They did give us grilled nuggets instead of regular but we went inside and they quickly fixed it and gave us more nuggets that we ordered. I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this Chick FIL A yet as I come here weekly to pick up delicious chicken sandwiches, Mac and cheese, and chicken nuggets along with scrumptious Waffle fries, and a refreshing lemonade and ice cream in a cup for dessert. The service at this chick FIL a is good and their staff seems to work hard and efficient for the most part. There is a kids play area which my kids make (made) good use of and the parking is pretty easy. The ambiance of this chick FIL a is great and I'm happy they are doing well. I know it's a fast food restaurant but this chick FIL a does a solid job at being a reliable restaurant for good food. I rate this chick FIL a 4 solid Stars and am a fan. This location continues to disappoint. I have to check the bag every time before I leave the drive thru to be sure my order is correct. I forgot to check it Friday morning 4/25. I ordered a fruit cup and was given a cup of yogurt with a few sliced strawberries on top. I complained on their X feed and their web page and not one response. Very sad. read more

This WAS one of the BEST Chick-fil-A's in the Suwanee area. I've lived in this area for 8 years, and slowly I've watched the quality of food decline to the point that I will now drive to the Lawrenceville-Suwanee or John's Creek location for better quality food. This is my local chick-fil-a. They have been doing a wonderful job during this pandemic. The dining room is still closed but you can either go through the drive thru or you can do curbside ordering. They also are working with some of the food delivery companies and offering delivery. I have been using the curbside option. You simply go on your chick fil a app and put in a mobile order. Then when you get to the restaurant you let them know in which of the numbered parking places you are parked. Once your order is ready they bring it out to you in a box so you never have any contact. This one is my go to Chick-Fil-A because the customer service is the absolute best! I usually go through the drive through and because of the location, it's usually always packed. However, the line moves pretty fast and the employees are super sweet and always get my order correct. There have been times I would have to wait a bit longer but it's because they run out so quickly and are working on my order. About half the time I love this location. We go there often with friends. They just seem to be really bad at following directions sometimes. I can't have eggs or dairy because I'm still nursing my son (he's allergic to both), so I always ask for my hashbrown scramble burrito with no cheese and no eggs. If I could give no stars I would. It is always something with this location. Today, we went through the drive thru ordering a spicy chicken biscuit and regular chicken biscuit. We get home and open up the food and find hair in the sandwich. This is unacceptable and just plain NASTY! We called and informed the restaurant and they asked did we want our food replaced or refunded. We stated we wanted a full refund. We get back to the restaurant and let the associate know the situation. She asked again did want to replace or refund the whole order and I state "refund the whole order". The associate gets another associate to come process the order and he tells us he can only replace the biscuit with the hair. I said no, because the person who fixed the spicy chicken biscuit fixed the regular biscuit and I don't want it. After stating again , I want a full refund - the associate (white guy) goes to refund me only a partial refund . Another customer had to step in and ask "why do black people have to fight so hard to get treated correctly and with respect ?" It took me saying I'll call corporate and report you guys to social media as well for the manager "blond dreads" to come give me the rest of my money back. Had an amazing experience here today. All of the staff was nice and friendly, food was great. They were changing out the flowers on the table and asked if I wanted them, because they still had some life and looked good. The playground is designed for toddlers, which is hard to find. They even monitored the playground when an older kid came in and just made sure everyone was playing safe. It's sucks that this is the closest Chick-fil-A to me. For as long as I've lived in the area, I've hardly ever been satisfied with this location, but the experience I had today served as my sign to just go somewhere else from now on. Me and my partner ordered 2 salads in the drive thru, both without chicken or cheese. We were told to pull forward while we waited. After a few minutes, we got the salads and pulled off. When we got home we noticed that several things were the matter. For 1) the salads had cheese in them! I thought no cheese was a simple request but it apparently was not. And 2) the corn and beans that were on the salad were frozen to point that straight up ice was in there. It looked gross. So we drove back to the location. I spoke to a really nice girl about my order and she put in a request for some new salads. We waited for about 10 minutes in the lobby and eventually got the salads. Of course, this time we had to check the contents. As I pulled one of the salads out of the bag, I touched ingredients that should have been INSIDE the container but were not (ie. lettuce and peppers). As for what was actually inside, FROZEN BEANS AND CORN. Ugh. It was a major disappointment. We went back inside to get our money back and will likely never return. This location has curbside pick up where staff with masks will bring you your order to your car. So easy! One thing to note - the parking lot is not structured in a great way. It's one of the best Chick-fil-A locations I've been to. Before the pandemic I noticed this Chick-fil-A gets packed on weekends or after a school function. Sometimes it's hard to find a seat. Not their fault though, I can see why it's so popular. Service is ALWAYS great. The employees here are so nice and friendly. Also, they are FAST. I never have to wait in the lobby or at the drive-thru for too long, even when there are a lot of cars ahead of me. They are very efficient. During the COVID-19 pandemic their curbside pick-up is likewise efficient and convenient. The restaurant is always clean. Food quality is always good and consistent, especially compared to other Chick-fil-A locations. Feeling really lucky that this location is my go-to and closest to home! read more

I really don't understand what people's complaints are. It's a busy location and the traffic flow is a little complicated, that is just a fact of life. Playground is closed, every other table is blocked, drive through is packed. I come here every once in a while and have never really had a problem. Maybe they forget to ask me if I want any sauces. Or today they forgot to add cheese to my 2 filet only order (had other stuff too that they got right). It was a trainee, they repeated my order back and I didn't catch the mistake. I have visited this location on three occasions and, I have come to the conclusion that this Chic Fila location is not consistent with the values of the chic fila brand. It is absolutely below standards on the customer service and professionalism aspect. The food is not consistent with other Chic Fila franchises..... The food here is horrible, the drive thru is a mess, and the staff is not friendly at all. This location gives Chic Fila a bad name.... I strongly suggest re-training the management and staff.... I placed breakfast order this morning from Chick Fil A (Suwanee) via DoorDash delivery. Immediately after submitting my order, received two emails from Doordash that Chick Fil A cannot fulfill my order (7:15am) and now I am out of at least $30 with no breakfast. Doordash says refund should credit back but how does that help me when I am currently out of money drafted from account with Chick Fil A claims open for delivery and then not fulfill my order? Chatted with Doordash agent to find out why Chick Fil A shows OPEN and not "unavailable" for delivery. **Chick Fil A website does not mention being unavailable for breakfast delivery but CFA website directs delivery to DoorDash, Ubereats, Grubhub. Doordash refunded full amount same day and said issues with Covid-19 caused cancellation of orders. Not the right kind of virus to be making this kind of mistake! read more

Hello, good evening. I am looking for someone to be able to explain to me why half of my meal is missing. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and the sauce (avacado lime ranch) is missing?! Keep in mind I only ordered the entree NOT the meal....hence less things to remember to complete the order. Don't order delivery and if you do take out check your bag. In my experience from trying them they have about a 50% success rate of getting your order correct. The latest one is we ordered three salads but no dressing. When I called their solution since they were busy was to deliver make up salads later in the day. Just try somewhere else. read more
