My chicken sandwich tasted funny so i stopped eating it yesterday about half was through. Now I'm home violently ill with food poisoning.

The best experience we've had at a chick fil a. The employees were so nice, and caring. Our 2 year old was having a hard time and a nice lady came over and brought him a a little cow. They checked on us multiple times. The food came out fast and as expected. 10/10! read more

Never have I ever given a 1 star review. I love Chick fil a and their customer service focused model. Unfortunately, that does not exist at this location (Moore road). The owners must not believe in the corporate's customer focused model. I have been to this location numerous times and I have NEVER received good customer service while here. That is not an exaggeration. It has always been bad and it seems like it's just this particular location. They ALWAYS forget or lose my order. I just don't understand it. It always happens here. I could overlook that, but the worst part was that each time there was never an apology or anything! At any other Chick Fil A I have been too, when this happens, a manager/supervisor comes out and apologizes and attempts to make it right. That has NEVER happened here. It's absolutely incredible that you can get consistently good customer service at any Chick Fil A in the world EXCEPT this particular location. It likely has to do with poor management/owners and their lack of care for customers. They refuse to even apologize to customers or attempt to make it right - what message does that send???? read more

This is officially my new place to meet my study partner. I am a Chick-fil-A fan and always have been, but Ms. AJ brought their customer service to another level. She was so nice to us during our long (6 hour) study session. Checking in on us, offering us free drinks, etc. As with every other Chick-fil-A the atmosphere was wonderful, not too loud, clean bathrooms, etc. Per the usual standard, but again Ms. AJ was just a delight!!! It didn't hurt that her voice reminded me of my grandmother in Germany ;) I look forward to seeing her next Monday :) read more

Typical Chick-for-A. The staff is 96% high school kids that are all VERY friendly, polite and efficient. They have 2 drive thru lanes and they move quickly. I've been through the drive thru countless times and never once waited an unreasonable amount of time. During peak hours, they don't use the intercom at the drive thru and you don't pay at the window. They have employees taking your order on an IPad and you pay another employee that's waiting for you around the corner. This makes the ordering and pickup a breeze! The inside is always clean. My order is always accurate. If every fast food place would mirror this business, life would be grand. Unfortunately, you can only go here to experience superior customer service and good food to boot! read more

It's a Chick-Fil-A you know what you'll get as far as food goes. As for service: I did visit this location with 2 co-workers that are regulars at this location and I was impressed with how many on the staff knew their names! Then again this is a CFA and if any fast food chain were to do this CFA would be the one. I will say the staff is a bit too happy. This place gets packed during lunch but has 2 drive-through lanes to handle the extra people. Clean, with a well-stocked condiments bar, and overly friendly staff this CFA is a bit better than the other ones I've been too. 4 stars for being an amazing fast food restaurant, which is the maximum I will give any fast food restaurant. read more

Ok so I rarely give 2 stars unless it's a pretty bad experience. For fast places like CFA, they operate on process that should be fairly seamless for the most part. On this Friday morning, my family and I were stopping by this location to pick up some breakfast on our way out of town. Since time was of the essence, I decided to try my hand at the mobile order. The app said "for the freshest food, tap I'm here". As we pull into the parking lot, I place order. As I walk in, this CFA was pretty busy but the norm I assume. I walk over to the area to where you pick your order/mobile orders. I stood there watching the people order their food AND get their food before me. What is the point of the mobile order if it doesn't speed things up. I finally get my order for what felt like an eternity and I look through it just to make sure they got everything. Sure enough, they forget the oj. I stand at the counter and nobody acknowledges me. I'm at the point where I'm leaning over and have to say loudly "excuse me!" They hand me the oj without so much of an apology. We get on the road and I start to eat my egg white grill. Chicken was thin and dry. The only reason they get the 2 Star is because they messed up and gave us an extra hashbrown. Score. read more

This is one of the cleanest nicest Chick-fil-A's I have ever been in. Mrs. Vail who works here is one of the nicest most friendly people we have met in a restaurant and the reason we come back time and time again. Keep her there working with you because that will keep us coming back. The food is always spot-on and the service from the young teenagers is always friendly. the kids love the play area so keep it nice and clean. This is the worst Chick-fil-A location I have ever been to. And I am an Atlanta native who have eaten at Chick-fil-A since I was a child over 40 years ago. The drive through service is horrible. It seems that the orders for black people are put on hold while the orders for white people are ready with no issues. So if you are not white and still choose this location after reading my post, please use the outer drive through lane or you will be stuck in line while you watch at least 5+ cars that were behind you receive their large orders. Now to the food. Today, June 10, 2021, my husband decided he wanted a breakfast chicken biscuit and the meat was over cooked and tasted old spoiled nasty! He immediately took it back. I used to love this chick fil a bit it has gone down hill in the past 6 months... They used to have speedy service and very polite workers. There are a couple of good eggs still there. But what I have found is that on multiple occasions I have seen rats and mice... they either need to close down or fix the issue because I don't want there to be rats and mice all over my food. I did not know what Chick-Fil-A was when I first moved to Georgia. Over the many years of living here, I have tried almost all the items on the menu, from the grilled chicken meal to the brand-new mac and cheese. I have also visited many different locations, and yet I keep coming back to the Peachtree Industrial location, frequently craving one of the classic chicken sandwiches. This Chick-Fil-A is the best location that I have visited by far because of the consistent food quality, great atmosphere, and cleanliness. The quality of the food that Chick-Fil-A serves is one of the most important aspects that I consider when placing an order. The food at this location never fails to disappoint me. The fries are always crispy, and the chicken is consistently well-cooked. My food is always hot and fresh, which is a must at fast food restaurants. At other locations, I've experienced too many cold, undercooked waffle-fries, to the point where I can barely eat it. I would much rather prefer going out of my way to this specific restaurant and making sure that I get the best quality food. Customer service though, is where this location really shines. The atmosphere is always amazing, and I cannot help but smile every time I walk in. The employees are some of the most friendly people that I have come across who work for the corporation. I simply love the fact that the employees treat me like a friend, and not just a regular customer like other popular fast food chains. If I am having a problem, there is no doubt that they will do anything in their power to try and assist me, being that it is their pleasure to do so. As for the cleanliness, I have no complaints. In fact, the floors are probably so clean that you could literally lick it. It seems like there is always someone busy mopping and cleaning. This certain location can get very busy at peak hours. This Chick-Fil-A, has not one but two drive-thru lines, although, I usually just prefer to dine in. During the few times that I have went through the drive-thru, it really did come in handy because I can place my order fast and get my food much quicker than waiting for my food inside the restaurant. Inside, there is a play area for the kids, so while you are waiting for your food to be ready, the little ones can have a bit of fun through the wait time. The one thing that I cannot seem to put my finger on, is why there are so many bad reviews about wrong orders. I have been to Chick-Fil-A on Peachtree Industrial an endless amount of times, and nothing has ever gone wrong with my orders, unless you count the one time they forgot my sauce, which is fine because it happens every once in a while. Besides, the food is so good that you can eat it without any sauce. While there is another Chick-Fil-A closer to where I live, I will always prefer to go to this one instead, even though it is slightly out of my way. It is a shame that it could not be closer to me but any other locations either take too long to serve you your food, mess up your order, or do not serve you the quality food that you expect. This Chick-Fil-A has everything nailed. If you are looking for a place to eat, make sure you consider Chick-Fil-A on Peachtree Industrial because they ensure quality service and delicious food regularly. read more

Nice kids that work here but it really is so disappointing how many times they get your order wrong. So many times in the last few years that I always check my order while sitting at the drive through. Tonight my wife picked up the food and when she got home we found they'd left 3 items out of our order. Ugh. When I went back the kids that work there wanted me to wait in line at the drive thru again. The line was about 20 cars long so I went inside. Almost nobody in line inside. I explained what happened and they had me re order the missing items. No charge, but waited 10 minutes with no one else in line. I finally had to ask the guy and girl behind the counter if they could just put the nuggets and fries in a bag so I could go as my family was waiting at home to eat. This has happened a lot. I really wish their supervisors would address this issue. So tired of having to go back to the store after getting home and then it's as if nothing even happened. read more

Update 3/3/17 Apparently they have discontinued my favorite part of Chick-fil-A. There is no more curbside service, that is what made this place my lunch spot for months. If I have to get out of the car and go in to get it or sit in the ridiculously long drive through line, I may as well go somewhere else. My favorite location! Always well-staffed and always exceedingly polite. Service is FAST! Use the app, get curbside delivery and avoid the lines. Hiring kids to manage kids is a bad idea. The service here is consistently bad. The teenagers are all horsing around and being goofy, which is fine unless you're at work. Which they are. The result is adolescent anarchy and no clear management. Our food is wrong nearly every time we visit. We are not going back again. read more

This is a great Chick-fil-A location very friendly staff ample parking with two areas for the drive-through that makes even a long line move fast. Has a good play area and nice seating area inside. Been visiting this Chik Fil A for about 10 years and it's always solid. The line at the drive through can be long as can be and they still get you through it quick and with everything hot and fresh. I visited this Suwanee location via their drive through in the morning with my daughter. We ordered food for myself, my daughter, and my son. The drive-through line was long how are that is to be expected at this time of the morning. We were greeted by a cheerful cashier at the drive-through window in her food was served up very promptly. On the way home however I was checking the food and noticed that we were missing a chicken biscuit. I looked on the receipt and at the store's phone number and called them. David answered the phone and I explained my situation to him. I told him that they had filled my breakfast order wrong but that we are already close to home which is near their other Suwanee location. I asked if I could get the chicken biscuit from the location near my home. David stated that they are separate locations under separate owners and that I would not be able to get a chicken biscuit from the location near my home and I would have to drive back to their location which is another 10 minutes further away. For any of you who have kids you know that it can be difficult to have to run around in the morning with them when they are hungry. Since David told me that I would have to drive back to their location I decided to just go to the location nearest me and purchase another sandwich. I will not be going back to this Chick-fil-A in Suwanee. I'm very disappointed and this location did not live up to the standards that I have heard broadcasted about this company. They're supposed to be wonderful in regards to customer service however I find my experience rather disappointing. read more

The location is true convenience as its really close to me, but the service is not great. First Saturday I came here, it was for breakfast, they messed the order up and I called in about it but I didn't feel like coming back to get it fixed, I just dealt and would have it adjusted when I returned the next time. So next weekend I come back for breakfast, and I placed my order. I told them about my previous experience and the manager I spoke to, the employee Caroline made me feel stupid because they said there's no name of that person here and I checked my numbers to see if I called the correct chickfila and I did. Okay, the reason for the 3 stars is, first, the long drive threw line that always forms during lunch hour. Second, is that the past 3 times that I've been there, I get the chicken deluxe meal, with no pickles. All 3 times, I HAVE GOTTEN PICKLES ON MY SANDWICH! Stamped right on the little sandwich box that the sandwich comes in, it says at the bottom "Deluxe w/Pepper Jack with NO PICKLES".... and what did I get, all 3 times????
