On a trip to Atlanta, I thought it would be nice to introduce the kids to: Krystal ...the South's version of White Castle. We pull in the drive through around 10:30 PM and tried to order, but it was difficult to understand the cashier because the drive thru speaker was acting up. We eventually ordered a case of 24 sliders, 24 spicy wings, 6 chicken tenders, 3 corn pups and 2 chicken sliders. Food: the sliders are slightly larger than White Castle. They put mustard instead of ketchup and the buns are not steamed. Overall, they are ok. Although the chicken wings are fried, they are not crunchy. Think KFC. Service: I was initially told that it would take 20' minutes to make the order?! They explained that it was a large order and that I should have phoned it in beforehand. They managed to bring the food out after 10 minutes, but when I got home, I found that they left out the 3 corn pups and 2 chicken sliders. read more

Going to ask for the person who put our health at risk to be fired!! I hate to see anyone lose their job! Normally me & my husband stop by which is after I get off of work late night. We usually arrive right before closing. Normally the cashier is friendly & accommodating since we come so late. Whenever we go to any restaurant we ask for no salt on fries if we're ordering them. This was a cashier we'd never encountered before! He made sure to tell us that & I quote " We don't put salt on our fries". This is due to us both having hypertension/high blood pressure. The cashier made our chili pups & sprinkled salt all over them. That could cause us both serious health consequences! Like why are people so evil. Someone that intentionally does something to harm other human beings doesn't need to be working with the public!! I'm sitting in my living room feeling the salt rise my blood pressure!! Taking the food back tomorrow in the container that clearly has salt over the pups & in the container to speak with a manager prior to heading to work!! I went and got some food here, and two women there Crystal and Karen were ridiculously rude and quite frankly it made my entire experience there awful. Because of these two women I will never eat at Krystal's again, if this international, worldwide company is interested in employing people like these two then they have a complete lack of morals as a company and are terrible judges of character. Odd way to run a business; go thru drive thru, order 3 Krystals plain (as in no cheese), takes a while so I check them, they were plain as in no mustard or onions or pickles, so I loop back and go inside to get some mustard for them at least, and the manager follows me outside all mad, saying if you go through the drive thru you can't loop back and go inside the restaurant!! Krystal burgers are mouth watering and a tasty deal ....but the breakfast egg and sausage was not good. First, it was served on a hamburger bun ( a no no for breakfast) and second...just did not taste good. If I wand a hamburger bun for breakfast then I want it with hamburger in it ! I think this place deserves a current review. All of the other reviews are way outdated. I skipped this place for almost a year because of it. Last week I decided to bite the bullet and go anyway because it is the closest location to me. The service was friendly and the Krystals and fries were fresh and hot. Some other locations have disappointly went downhill over the years, serving stale and un-steamed buns. I found this location makes theirs the original way, steamed on the grill. The result was nostalgic! If you ever get that Krystal craving, stop by and give them a try! read more

Worst $7 I've ever spent. I guess they never wash food trays. Red sauce I caked on the ends look like for days. A few of my burger buns were hard on the ends and the meat was room temp I'm sure I'll pay for it later. Worst sausage scrambler ever!!!! Very little grits, made up for it by putting in the last dregs of eggs,which were overcooked and hard. Contacted them to see if I could go back and get it replaced, told by person answering the phone that manager (Mr. Walker) was not there and there was nothing she could do about it. I can. Good food but crappy service. I went here and the cashier was continuously talking to the other employees about a tv show while I was placing my order. I ordered a sandwich with no onions but when I got my order there was onions and the whole staff blamed me for the order being wrong. They didn't make new sandwiches just wiped the onion off the originals. Will not go there again. . read more
