I ordered a burger and fries and a shake and OMG my mind was blown. The burger is juicy and delicious and addicting and flavorful and hot and yummy and... I could go on. The fries were delicious. The shake was amazing. The people at the counter were very kind. I saw a review that somebody gave a very poor score and said it was because there was no soap in the bathroom. Went for my free bday shake which was delicious! So were the huge onion rings but at 5.99 for 6 they should be ! That's basically $1 per ring! I got the rodeo burger with onion straws, jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, BBQ sauce and 2 patties.... it was good not as good as I expected but oh well the shake made up for it. So excited to visit and get a burger only to get there - use the restroom and not able to find soap to wash my hands. Staff was not helpful at all- basically said: we are out. I had to go next door to Jersey Mikes to wash my hands after using the restroom at BurgerFi ! Makes me wonder about the overall cleanliness of the restaurant... several soap dispensers outside the restrooms in the hallway .. none has soap. Only one restroom had soap and it was occupied for at least 20 minutes before I decided to leave and go next door! This location normally is rather empty so I wasn't surprised that we were one of maybe 5 people there. Definitely a good place to go by yourself. I ordered the CEO with a side of onion rings which came to a total of a little bit over $15. This is not your typical burger spot, as you can tell from the price. However, you do get your moneys worth with the burger. I was a little disappointed in the amount of onion rings I got, but I should've expected that given that they are labeled colossal. I got their BurgerFi Cheeseburger which comes with 2 pattys. It's pretty filling, but the taste of beef is overwhelming. It comes with a single lettuce and a single tomato, and if you're like me you might want to ask for another leaf of lettuce. The seating area and service are like your normal restaurants. The worst part is that their phone number on their website is out of order the phone number on Google is out of order they don't list wings on their website so the only way to get them to go is to actually go there and sit and wait for them. First time visiting BurgerFi and I went on one of the busiest days, September 18 which is National Cheeseburger day. The deal they offered was with the order of a drink you can get a $3 cheeseburger. Even though they were crowded, food came out in a timely manner and the workers were doing their best to clean tables in between guests. As for the food, I enjoyed the burger, which comes with their special sauce, lettuce, tomato and a patty (only one in the JR version). The bread is similarly to a potato bread. The burger overall was good and I would have it again. The fresh cut fries were fried well, but were too salty, but I did get a few that didn't have too much salt and those were good. I decided to try BurgerFi out, and honestly what brought me in was the Garlic Aioli fries. When I read that item on the menu, It quickly brought me back to Fred's in Krog Street Market.... I ordered the BurgerFi Pairing which comes with (2) Patties and a fry. I must have not been paying attention, but I paid for another patty which was $2.50 and Garlic Aioli fries which was about $5, which made my total almost $25. Lol!... Nonetheless, they have a fair selection of burgers that already come with (2) patties, and it's cheaper to upgrade your fries than buy separately. This is a major plus as many burger restaurants charge separately for these items. The taste of the burger was hot and fresh. The packaging is nice and trendy and I like the concept of "Burger for Every1". To be honest though, there is nothing special. Quality is good, the burger is fresh, portion is large, but I don't know If this will be my go too place for a burger. The patty wasn't too seasoned, and the place reminded me of Wayback Burgers. Fresh food but just nothing special. The Garlic Aoli fries were tasty but since I had the fries from Fred's, the bar has been set for Garlic fries... This BurgerFi is located in Duluth Hwy, and since is the closest one to me I decided to give it a try. When I went, they have a pretty good deal "buy one, get one $1" which was pretty convenient since they're kinda expensive. Their menu is not as extensive, but they have very good options. They offer from Wagyu burgers, to plant based burgers. Their ingredients are so fresh, and everything tasted so great. They also have hot dogs, shakes, ice cream, and draft beers. I ordered the double cheeseburger, and the cry + fry which is fries, and double battered onion rings. The onion rings were HUGE, and absolutely delicious. Love the food! Hate the service! I come here every weekend to get a good well made burger. And the good is worth the $20. However, I have noticed for a while now I will walk into the place and they are just standing around ignoring you. Like literally see you standing at the counter and no one is at the register. But a bunch of people standing in the food prep area trying to ignore someone is standing there. And it's not a one off. I have noticed this at least since around Christmas. Constantly!! It's super disappointing, because the food is really good. So after I got my food, I decided to talk to the manager to let him know my experience today and on previous occasions. I have a new favorite! This place is amazing. I walked in and was completely mesmerized. I cannot lie. It's more than what you would pay for a typical burger. But I will say that it's worth the wait. They use 100% peanut oil so if you have an allergy this is not the place for you! The restroom was state of the art. They are actually saving water and trees at the same time. (Check my video). I got the veggie burger and the cry/fry(onion rings & fries mix). I love the fact that everything is literally made to order. It makes a difference when you taste the difference. The only suggestion I would have as a vegan or on behalf of any plant-based individual who orders the Vegefi or Beyond burger is to add "vegan cheese" as an option. The Fi sauce used to be free but is now 60c which sucks . 4 stars is because their fries are meh and will not hold up to any travel or delivery. Buy in small quantities if you want some.
