My husband and I finally tried Craft Burger by Shane in Suwanee after months of shrugging it off for reasons we still cannot explain. Let me just say we were absolutely blown away. The garlic burger hit me with that creamy aioli in a way that made me stop mid bite and question all my life choices that led me to wait this long. But the real winner was the Philly cheese. The mushrooms and onions were so perfectly caramelized that I swear they could have been served on their own and I still would have clapped. We had talked ourselves out of trying this place for far too long. We were wrong. The food was incredible, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. We had a great experience here! The lunch combo special was a good price as well. We each got a burger and loved them both! I got the southern grower (minus tomato because, ew), and the pesto aioli on it in combination with the pimento cheese was perfection! We also loved the seasoning for the fries. I was happy that we could control our seasoning amount as well. It's an order at the counter place, so definitely more of a casual vibe. We came at 1pm on a Sunday and the place wasn't crowded at all, but many people were getting to-go orders. I'd love to come back and try the chicken. read more

Came by here with my parents for dinner as this one was closer to where I live. This location is a tad bit smaller than the Johns Creek one but we got there an hour before closing and was able to grab a table. My parents and I each ordered the herb chicken sandwich and we shared an order of truffle fries. The sandwiches did take a while to come out, but we appreciate that the chicken was fresh! They got plenty of condiments and the spice dust which was a great addition for the fries. They chicken was grilled to perfection and was not dry and the avocado and chipotle ranch flavored the sandwich really well. Consistent service and food here. They seem to do a fair amount of takeout compared to eating in customers. Food is cooked to order, so 15 minutes is normal. The best part is that you can customize ANY burger with the meat (or non meat!) of your choice. They even have vegan patties! I have ordered to go from them a few other times, but this most recent time they forgot to include an additional item I ordered and paid for. They typically will staple the bag shut and they've always had the order correct, so I picked up my order and went home. Once I was home I realized I was missing an item and I called them to let them know. They informed me that they will be crediting me back for that item on my credit card and I wouldn't have to do anything. I noticed after a few hours I still didn't have the credit on my bank statement so I called them again and they said they should have that done at the end of the day and the manager has a note and will get it done. Called them twice about this and now it's been 4 weeks and I still don't have my refund. I'm more disappointed with how they handled this after a mistake was made from their end. read more

Holy crap this place is actually really good, I hard time picking what I wanted because it all looked so yummy. I came for a burger but ended up getting a chicken sandwich (bc they know how to market ngl), I was expecting something above average but I kept saying, this actually so good. I was also worried about it being tenders b/c of the pictures but they were fairly manageable. The Mac n Cheese fritters were also delicious, very creamy and had a nice crunch. I think the burger is nice and fried cheese is also nice, but overall, found it to be dry and lacking flavor. The bacon was undercooked for most people probably, but I like it. I ended up adding more ketchup and even mayonnaise, but it didn't help and not sure what it is it needs. My son had the CC You and thought it was pretty good. My husband had southern grower and also thought his was dry. He thinks that the flavor was good, just maybe could've used more pesto. Visited on a weekday night to satisfy a burger craving. We got there around 7:15pm and it was already pretty busy inside. FOOD: C.C You Burger w/ Sweet Potato Fries ($8.99 + 4.29) - I am not the biggest fan of burgers but get cravings time to time and this was a big winner. The burger absolutely satisfied my craving and actually has me craving for more already. I really enjoyed the balance of flavors with the savory cheese, the kick from the jalapeño, and the sweetness from the corn and onions. Sweet potato fries were also great, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We asked for hot sauce and it tasted like hot sauce for wings, but we enjoyed the pairing. Honey lemon pepper wings ($10.99) - So disappointed with their wings. The first time we got them, a majority of them were raw, so we asked to re-fry them. They were nice enough to make us new ones, but unfortunately the new ones also had a couple raw wings. The honey lemon pepper sauce was also nonexistent on the wings. I would not recommend the wings for the price and because I don't believe they have the capacity to handle multitasking burgers and wings yet. If you want them, I would ask to fry it to be extra crispy so they cook them longer. SERVICE: While the inside was quite hectic with delivery orders, in-store customers, and takeout customers, I think the girls in the front did a great job managing everything. However, I do believe that things could be better organized or trained in terms of sanitary conditions for takeout food. Overall, I would only come again to try out the burgers. Love the variety of burger options, onion rings are fire, and their wings are legit. They do a nice lemon pepper and hot flavors and seasoning on their wings. The fries aren't my fav here but that's ok because others may enjoy it. If you love onion rings you have to try theirs. Batter, the fry and portions are really nice. Other mentionable- fried Brussels sprouts and Mac & Cheese Fritters. Service is really solid too! You can tell a lot of love and care goes into their food. I placed an order for a kid's meal for pickup which I physically picked up myself and I ended up paying almost $20. Food prices are so high I just paid it. The meal was eaten rather quickly and during that time I checked the receipt which I should have done in the first place. I was charged extra for double meat, and bacon that I did not order. I was also charged for sweet potato fries and I thought you could swap it out. Either way, I wish I has carefully looked at the receipt that was texted to me. When I called and spoke to the person that took my order, with a slight laughter, she apologized three times, but she didn't even offer a refund on the items she added on that wasnt even there. She took the order too. Mistakes happen, but a lot of these businesses are blatantly overcharging you and giving you less product plus they encourage a tip. Please look at your receipt and inspect your food throughly especially if you are unable to eat it due to dietary restrictions or religion. read more
