Based on reviews, we decided to go here. We were just in the area for the day ended up ordering a make your own burger so I could have it the way that I wanted it. My husband got the K-pop burger. We shared an onion ring order. While the hamburgers were pretty good, the onion rings had no seasoning whatsoever on it. And even the onions didn't have much flavor. I was very sad because I love homemade onion rings, but these were just not it. Inside the restaurant was kind of dirty. Not many clean tables. We sat at a table where I had to clean half of the table and there were hamburger sticks (the thing that goes in the middle of a hamburger to hold it all together, on the other side of the table. Absolutely outstanding! I went for lunch and decided I wanted a good chicken sandwich that wasn't fried. I decided to drop in and check them out. Just a pick up so I ordered the California Chipotle chicken sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the bag. First of all, it was hefty. Definitely not a light weight sandwich. I appreciated that. Once I unwrapped I saw that there are 2 chicken breast patties on the bun. Wow. Both seasoned to perfection and extremely tasty. The sauce had a little kick but wasn't spicy. It was quite filling. I also ordered onion rings on the side. These were some monster onion rings with a nice batter. It was plentiful so I gave a few rings to one of my coworkers, who also appreciated them and remarked that they were delicious. The service was on point for the pick up as well. The burger was filling and given that they have so many options for customizing it, I can't complain. They also have a halal menu, but know that the bacon add-on is regular pork bacon. Took about 10 minutes for us to get our food. Second time here I tried the truffle fries (a great pick!) and Korean fried chicken. The chicken was yummy, and you can try more than 1 flavor by typing into the notes section while ordering which two flavors you want. Only thing is that they forgot to give us the radish that usually comes with it. The surprise MVP is the mango green tea. It absolutely slaps. It's full sweetness and tastes so refreshing like something from a boba shop. Honestly, I'd come back just for that tea. Presentation isn't everything but it definitely counts for a lot. The burgers, salad, and fries are served up beautifully. Steak salad with balsamic vinaigrette was exceptional. What a find! This is a no frills place, except for the food. I went with the Fried Chicken chunks with the Soy Ginger sauce. The breading on the chicken was great. The flavor, the crunch were both great and the sauce was super tasty! I also got the fried Brussels Sprouts, which on their own were great, but I dumped the last bit of them into the Soy Ginger sauce after I finished the chicken and that took it to another level! My wife got the Build Your Own Turkey Burger. It was pretty plain (picked and mustard) but she raved about the flavor. She said it was juicy and had great flavor. The place has plenty of parking, which is great. It's a bit tucked away from the main street of Pleasant Hill, but once inside, it's a clean and welcoming space with very friendly service. You can order using the indoor kiosk or at the cashier. The staff were genuinely nice and happy to answer all my questions. I really liked their "build your own" burger option. I chose crispy bacon for mine, though it wasn't crispy when it came out. Thankfully, they quickly remade it for me without any issue. Next time, I'll add a note to make the bacon crispy when I order. Here's what we had: - Classic burger: My boyfriend liked it. - Build your own burger (with fried egg and crispy bacon): The egg was perfectly cooked. I enjoyed the burger, but personally found it a bit greasy -- the top bun looked a bit too buttery. - Sweet potato fries: Tasty and not greasy, which I appreciated. - Soy garlic half chicken: Flavorful, though the glaze was quite drippy -- be careful when eating! Needed a quick dinner fill me up and the basic stuff wasn't cutting it and I needed something filling and rather dirty. I was feeling a burger and out of all the places in Duluth/Norcross, nothing outside of fast food was open or non-existent and I'm not driving past Beaver Ruin to find something and nor am I going further than Duluth Hwy. So I needed something and thankfully, Yelp was the resource I needed. I typed in "burgers" in Duluth and Craft Burger by Shane popped up and to my surprise, the Duluth location is the ONLY one that is open till 3am six days a week and since I've never been, I needed to try it and since I was feeling burgers, this option was perfect! Upon arriving at the place, it's near the Soel La Boel Korean restaurant off Old Norcross and Pleasant Hill across from the Toyota Dealership. When walking in, it's a corner joint with a very spacious interior that's clean, well lit, and offers roughly 50 seats. To order, it's kiosk based but their menu is extensive so you might need to do your homework first before coming in or order ahead. The only service they offer is from kitchen to table but you bus your own stuff which seems to be the model for these fast sit down places. Now for the food. The burgers are thick 6 oz patties. Can't really tell if they're seasoned as it seems like the cheese, your veggies, and whatever sauce you asked for seems to carry the flavor and not the burger patties themselves. But the patties are thick boys and you definitely get hit with strong beefy flavors. Think old school Big Mac in terms of size but with better quality ingredients. The bun is lightly toasted that ensures your burger holds it's shape and for the most part, it's a flavorful bun as well.. I opted for the build your own burger which starts at $12 then w/ the extra patty is another $4 and then their signature custom items are a la carte and you add one item as you go along from fried egg to grilled mushrooms etc. They offer fries and a drink meal for an addition $6. I love their fries! Long, crispy, yet you can taste the potatoes! Delicious fries and they offer other flavors of fries like truffle or buffalo flavors. When I compiled my items between the additional patty and the meal deal, I was already was looking at a $21 burger meal with is comparable to some of their competitors like Burger Fi or Burger 21 which all share the same concept but Burger by Shane seems to have better ingredients. All in all, this place is fantastic! Highly recommend Craft Burger by Shane, especially when it's after midnight and you need a quick fix for a burger! read more

The coffee shops that have been in the same place haven't lasted that long so hopefully the food and extended hours will be what keeps this place in business. It's clean and brightly lit on the inside. They didn't rip out the flooring or paint the walls differently from the last place that was here. Ordering is by kiosk or counter service. The kiosks are easy to use and that's a nice touch that they have them available. I decided to go with the "Cheese It!" burger. It's basically a regular bacon burger with a slab of deep fried mozzarella cheese. Flavor combos were great and the bun was light, fluffy, and likely steam toasted on the grill. It brought back memories of my first time at Fuddrucker's in the 90s vs. other fast food burger options. I'm surprised that a counter service place has burgers that are better than some of the table service gastropubs in the area. The menu is extensive and there are a lot of options in addition to build your own. I'm looking forward to trying the other items on the menu.
