I'm NOT a burger eater and this place could convert me. It just slaps! Every burger I have had here has been huge, juicy, and seasoned really well! The meat quality and even vegetables are top notch. Super fresh and flavorful! My FAVORITE burger is the korean style GANGNAM SPICY. Add bacon for extra protein! The herbed fries are CHEFS KISS. So good! I also like to wash everything down with an Arnold Palmer. I'm sad and glad we don't live next door because you'll see me here all the time!
The food is great! The flavor on the burgers is rich and they're juicy, but still have that signature smash crispness. I ordered a "no idea - build your own" burger and a side of chicken-fried bacon with the chipotle ranch dip. My burger build was American cheese, lettuce, onion, and their roasted garlic aioli sauce. It was messy, juicy, saucy, crisp, rich, and meaty. The umami of the burger is on point and while there was no real need for sauce because the burger is still juicy, the flavor in that aioli is delicate, yet packs a big punch. The chipotle ranch works well with the applewood smoked bacon that's been dipped in batter and fried up nice and crispy on the outside while still being tender (NOT CHEWY) and even a little juicy on the inside. I ate my bacon after my burger and the crunchy exterior stayed crunchy through to the end. The bacon -could- be a bit thicker, but it might mess with the crunchiness and might even become chewy, so while the bacon is very thin, I'm quite happy with the end-product as it is- tasty! The staff were friendly and welcomed customers as they entered. They were also keeping things cleaned up and tidy. You know a place is good when the cook eats the food- he came out and ate his own burger - a bacon and cheese burger if I'm not mistaken! The music in the background is chill. The seating is ample even if it is basic. Overall, I give this place a 5/5! Right now, there may only be 29 reviews (this one included), but trust me- "No Idea" is onto something here! Give them a shot!
Overall, I had a really good burger experience here. The menu is focused while giving enough variety of interesting flavor combinations. I got the Gangnam Spicy burger. Soft bun, meat was cooked well, the ratio of toppings was good. There was a generous portion of fries. I would definitely opt to go here over one of the big name burger chains. I'll be going here again. Do yourself a favor and grab some extra napkins. My burger was juicy and not overcooked.
I had no idea this was here (get it?). Either way, this burger establishment truly surprised me. The portions are big, the food is freshly cooked, and you can customize a lot too. Service was quick and dandy, the cashier was nice and super informative. The drink option is a bit limited but they have crushed ice so all is well. Ambiance of this place gives me a very retro-modernized In-and-Out. I personally love this place, and will most definitely come again!! Our total for 2 people was approximately $30 with no add-ons.
I saw that this place had opened nearby my parent's house, and thought to myself, I hope this place is good. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The owner is nice and whoever the lady was that took my order over the phone, A1 customer service. Parking is plentiful. The interior is cute. Reminds me of an old burger joint but modern. I love me a good smashed burger. I honestly haven't had any good ones but, THIS PLACE IS LEGIT! The burgers are smashed to perfection. Thin and crispy, just the way I like it. The herbed fries are crispy and flavorful. An umami burst in your mouth! I recommend this place to everyone I know and all those I don't know! You will not be disappointed.
I had a delicious smashed patty. Burger at No Idea Burger Joint in Norcross, Georgia. I ordered the Gangnam Spicy smash patty burger and it was so flavorful and brought a little spicy heat with jalapeños pepper jack cheese, and a special hot sauce added to the burger. The herbed fries were worth it as a side and enjoyed them as well. Will love to go back in when I'm back in nearby Lilburn visiting my relatives there. Service was quick and ambience was like a fast food joint but is actually a fresh cooked burger that for me is the best burger.
I think my husband saw this restaurant on social media so we decided to give it a try. It was clean and very nice inside, perhaps because it is still fairly new, the grand opening was still going on. The associates were very welcoming as soon as we entered. We told the cashier this was our first time there. She recommended everything that was on the menu. Everything was her favorite. lol It did take a little while for us to get the food. Maybe the fact that they cook it fresh was why we had to wait so long. The burgers were delicious. They were nice and juicy, not dry at all. My only issue was they did not ask how we wanted them cooked, one of the burgers had a little too much pink inside for me. Just my preference to have no pink showing. The fries unfortunately I could not say the same for. Even though we waited so long for the food to come out the fries were cold, not even room temperature at best. There was not enough chilli and cheese on them to even make them the least bit hot. The sodas were free refills and it had enough syrup in them to be enjoyable. I probably could have sent the fries back to the kitchen to make this a better experience but I was like if it took this long to get my food I did not want to wait any longer to get a batch of hot fries. The price for the burgers were a little expensive to me, but because it was new I did want to check them out. If I am ever in the neighborhood I probably won't be going back.
Food was amazing!! Recommend ordering online to escape the wait but it's definitely best burgers.
We came in to have to try the burgers . Service was good and explained the menu. The restaurant's name is quite unique as I had no idea it was here. Anyway, I had the good morning Atl burger which comes with a fried egg , green spring mix, mayo, etc. It was massive and delicious! The meat is cooked fresh to order . The fries were good but probably frozen then deep fried. I had the good sweet tea but noticed there was no unsweetened option so being a diabetic I had to dock a star. In summary if your travels takes you near Indian trail and Norcross try No idea I think they are great alternative to the Krystal, Taco Bell, etc in the area.
Let's start with the good! This was definitely a quality burger. I was impressed with the size of the burger, the quality of the meat and the cook and crisp on the smashed patties. It's served on a nice sesame seed bun. The caramelized onions were delicious! The place is bright and modern, plenty of seating, even if you have a larger party. They have a self serve soda station with good chipped ice and Coke products. The not so good. We were a party of 3, 2 out of our 3 burgers were prepared wrong. We both requested no pickles (they only offer bread and butter pickles) and my wife ordered hers without mayo/lettuce and tomato. Both of our burgers came with all the toppings we requested removed. Hopefully they'll offer dill pickles in the future. We just ended up taking off the toppings we didn't want because we didn't want to have to ask for our food to be remade and wait for it to be cooked. My wife really dislikes mayo, so that kind of ruined things for her. The fries were a good sized serving, however severely lacked salt. No salt shakers offered so we asked for salt. They gave us a condiment cup with some salt behind the counter. Unfortunately the fries were just lukewarm so the salt didn't stick at all. I've read the herbed fries are really tasty, so we'll try those next time. The ice machine was empty, I got about an inch in the bottom of my cup. I was also disappointed they don't offer Diet Coke as a choice on the fountain. Over all good, and they're new, so probably working some kinks out. We'll probably go try again at some point. But if the owners are listening.... Please offer salt and pepper shakers for your eat in customers! Also, mustard would have been nice but they only have ketchup in dispensers for customers.
Their veggies were super fresh and we were blown away by the appetizers!! Never tasted such tender chicken tenders.. Burgers were pretty good overall as well, honestly better than five guys haha
I wish I had discovered this spot sooner! My workplace is relocating from Norcross to Suwanee, and over the past 3 weeks my wife and I have made it our mission to come here weekly and try as many burgers as we can before the move. The owner is always friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit feel great from the start. The fries are delicious and come in a portion big enough to share, which we love. We've tried several burgers over 3-5 visits, and honestly, every one has been good. Our absolute favorites so far are the Unloaded Burger, the Gangnam Burger, and the Lemon Pepper Chicken Sandwich. This has quickly become one of our go-to spots, and I'll definitely miss it after the move!
Amazing burger. Got the Cali BLT, combo with seasoned fries. Top notch! Super fresh veggies, delicious burger, some of the best seasoned fries I've had. All in all. 5 out of 5! Its pricey though. The combo is a little over $17, so you have to pay for the quality! read more
The Highs: The cashier was friendly and welcoming. We were able to sit wherever we like. It looked clean inside and was pretty quiet even though there was a good amount of people in there. The Lows: Overall, the food was pretty good. It was just really salty. Maybe it's just us... We don't really use salt in our normal lives so if salt is not an issue for you, you'll probably enjoy because the flavor was there. The In-between: I found this spot on the AFWF social media page because they won best taste. I'm not usually in Norcross but was out here for a comedy show. We ordered the chicken burger meal with fries. It came with buffalo sauce on it so it had a kick to it. The chicken was strips. Overall it was not bad. I bet the beef burgers are amazing. I like that you can create your own burger if you have "no idea" what you want. read more

Its my 3rd time coming here w my 2 friends since the grand opening and every single time has been amazing. Employees are super welcome and helpful. They got crushed ice for the bevs. Bathroom is funny and cool. Ambiance is chill. Plenty of seating area. Burgers are amazing. Cali b.L.T tastes like a beautiful homemade burger. Portions are fantastic and im a big guy. One meal of burger and fries makes me feel great. Not sluggish but feeling good. My friends got the unloaded, southern charm, good morning atl and atls famous burgers and everybody said that was a good ass burger. Oh yeah and they got Korean fried chicken.. its super tender and the right amount of crispy. And the fries are also pretty close to perfect. Oh and the Got an Idea feature to make your own burger slaps. read more

This spot is incredible!!! Everything on the menu is amazing! We love the Good Morning ATL (2 Burger patties topped with bacon, egg, and cheddar cheese), the Gangnam Spicy (2 Burger patties with pickled jalapeno and a special Korean spicy sauce), and the Southern Charm. Oh, and don't sleep on the Double KFC strips-- they are perfection. In fact, they are so good that I have eaten them cold and they are still delicious. The owner is so kind and helpful. The staff is friendly. We love No Idea Burger Joint! read more

I found this place on Yelp while looking for some lunch by my office. Sign out front says Grand Opening, and I asked the employee how long they've been open and she said 2 weeks. I ordered the Good Morning ATL burger. You can tell the owner cares about having fresh ingredients. It was such a well made and tasty burger. It comes wrapped in paper, which is necessary because boy it was messy, but in the best way. I will definitely at this to my list of lunch spots. Open 11-9 Mon-Sat. read more
