The burgers are huge with multiple thin patties and fresh, all made-to-order in a pristine and open kitchen. Super fresh and flavorful! My FAVORITE burger is the korean style GANGNAM SPICY. Add bacon for extra protein! The herbed fries are CHEFS KISS. So good! The food is great! The flavor on the burgers is rich and they're juicy, but still have that signature smash crispness. I ordered a "no idea - build your own" burger and a side of chicken-fried bacon with the chipotle ranch dip. My burger build was American cheese, lettuce, onion, and their roasted garlic aioli sauce. It was messy, juicy, saucy, crisp, rich, and meaty. The umami of the burger is on point and while there was no real need for sauce because the burger is still juicy, the flavor in that aioli is delicate, yet packs a big punch. The chipotle ranch works well with the applewood smoked bacon that's been dipped in batter and fried up nice and crispy on the outside while still being tender (NOT CHEWY) and even a little juicy on the inside. I ate my bacon after my burger and the crunchy exterior stayed crunchy through to the end. The bacon -could- be a bit thicker, but it might mess with the crunchiness and might even become chewy, so while the bacon is very thin, I'm quite happy with the end-product as it is- tasty! The staff were friendly and welcomed customers as they entered. They were also keeping things cleaned up and tidy. You know a place is good when the cook eats the food- he came out and ate his own burger - a bacon and cheese burger if I'm not mistaken! The music in the background is chill. The seating is ample even if it is basic. Overall, I give this place a 5/5! Right now, there may only be 29 reviews (this one included), but trust me- "No Idea" is onto something here! I think my husband saw this restaurant on social media so we decided to give it a try. It was clean and very nice inside, perhaps because it is still fairly new, the grand opening was still going on. The associates were very welcoming as soon as we entered. We told the cashier this was our first time there. She recommended everything that was on the menu. Everything was her favorite. lol It did take a little while for us to get the food. Maybe the fact that they cook it fresh was why we had to wait so long. The burgers were delicious. They were nice and juicy, not dry at all. My only issue was they did not ask how we wanted them cooked, one of the burgers had a little too much pink inside for me. Just my preference to have no pink showing. The fries unfortunately I could not say the same for. Even though we waited so long for the food to come out the fries were cold, not even room temperature at best. There was not enough chilli and cheese on them to even make them the least bit hot. The sodas were free refills and it had enough syrup in them to be enjoyable. I probably could have sent the fries back to the kitchen to make this a better experience but I was like if it took this long to get my food I did not want to wait any longer to get a batch of hot fries. Anyway, I had the good morning Atl burger which comes with a fried egg , green spring mix, mayo, etc. It was massive and delicious! The meat is cooked fresh to order . The fries were good but probably frozen then deep fried. I had the good sweet tea but noticed there was no unsweetened option so being a diabetic I had to dock a star. In summary if your travels takes you near Indian trail and Norcross try No idea I think they are great alternative to the Krystal, Taco Bell, etc in the area. read more

Let's start with the good! This was definitely a quality burger. I was impressed with the size of the burger, the quality of the meat and the cook and crisp on the smashed patties. It's served on a nice sesame seed bun. The caramelized onions were delicious! The place is bright and modern, plenty of seating, even if you have a larger party. They have a self serve soda station with good chipped ice and Coke products. The not so good. We were a party of 3, 2 out of our 3 burgers were prepared wrong. We both requested no pickles (they only offer bread and butter pickles) and my wife ordered hers without mayo/lettuce and tomato. Both of our burgers came with all the toppings we requested removed. Hopefully they'll offer dill pickles in the future. We just ended up taking off the toppings we didn't want because we didn't want to have to ask for our food to be remade and wait for it to be cooked. My wife really dislikes mayo, so that kind of ruined things for her. The fries were a good sized serving, however severely lacked salt. No salt shakers offered so we asked for salt. They gave us a condiment cup with some salt behind the counter. Unfortunately the fries were just lukewarm so the salt didn't stick at all. I've read the herbed fries are really tasty, so we'll try those next time. The ice machine was empty, I got about an inch in the bottom of my cup. I was also disappointed they don't offer Diet Coke as a choice on the fountain. Over all good, and they're new, so probably working some kinks out. We'll probably go try again at some point. But if the owners are listening.... Please offer salt and pepper shakers for your eat in customers! My workplace is relocating from Norcross to Suwanee, and over the past 3 weeks my wife and I have made it our mission to come here weekly and try as many burgers as we can before the move. The owner is always friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit feel great from the start. The fries are delicious and come in a portion big enough to share, which we love. We've tried several burgers over 3-5 visits, and honestly, every one has been good. Our absolute favorites so far are the Unloaded Burger, the Gangnam Burger, and the Lemon Pepper Chicken Sandwich. They got crushed ice for the bevs. Bathroom is funny and cool. Ambiance is chill. Plenty of seating area. Burgers are amazing. Cali b.L.T tastes like a beautiful homemade burger. I found this place on Yelp while looking for some lunch by my office. Sign out front says Grand Opening, and I asked the employee how long they've been open and she said 2 weeks. I ordered the Good Morning ATL burger. You can tell the owner cares about having fresh ingredients. It was such a well made and tasty burger. We stumbled across this place and didn't really know what to expect. We had the "for example" and the "steak and frites" and herbed fries. The beef is fresh and sinfully juicy and the buns are a good frame for the fillings without getting in the way. The herbed fries were nothing earth-shattering, but they were fresh and hot, and the herb mixture was a nice upgrade. The dining space is all hard surfaces, and the music can get a little loud; that's probably better when there are more people there. But you don't really choose a place like this for ambiance, you choose it for great burgers at reasonable prices. The service was great.
