Overall disappointing experience. We were only customers with nobody else in line, and the young woman taking our order struggled to get through it then managed to omit a couple of items. My first time at a Craft Burger and I had high hopes for some vegetarian options but there was just one--a portobello " burger" that had been breaded and fried to a crisp. It was flavorless and dry. Stopped on a Saturday afternoon and had lunch with my DS. Parking was a bit tricky so we ended up parking in the lot next to the bank and walking. I ordered a classic, he orders a BL with fries and a cookies and cream milk shake. The place has a nice seating area and the employees were friendly. It took over 30 mins to get our food. Which was a bit of a surprise, since the restaurant was not that busy. It took almost 15 mins to get our milkshake. But once the food arrived, it was very tasty. Everything was fresh and the burgers were twice the size compared to others. I enjoyed how fresh all the condiments were and the seasoning in the patty. I will definitely stop here again. read more

I think I found my favorite burger place in the Johns Creek area! After my friend brought up this place, I decided to stop by and try it out with another friend. I ordered the herbed chicken sandwich and got a side of truffle fries. The burgers are made fresh to order so it did take 10min to come out whereas my friend got her buffalo chicken salad pretty quickly. There was plenty of seating inside so once we ordered at the counter, we found a table inside. They have plenty of condiments and this spicy dust which I added to my fries to season them. Once my burger came out, I was excited to dive in and absolutely loved it! The burger came with smashed avocado, chipotle mayo, lettuce and tomato, and the chicken was seasoned really well. While eating, the staff checked in on us multiple times to make sure the food was good. There is a parking lot right in front of the store and it can get crowded a bit but there is some more parking in an adjacent lot towards the back. Ooohhh! If you want a burger, this is where you need to come! Sooo delicious. We came here for a late lunch and were pretty surprised at how empty it was. There is a lot of place to sit, and it is really clean. There are a lot of different types of burgers you can choose from or build your own! There is the option to use the halal beef patty, which is what we had initially came for. There are some other halal options too that the girl helping us walked us through. We ended up choosing two burgers, fries, and sweet potato fries. As someone who usually doesn't eat burgers, I really loved it! My husband, who loves burgers in general, also really enjoyed it as well. The sweet potato fries were perfect! We look forward to coming here more often now that we know of the halal options. I love this place. It's so comforting and spacious inside. The k-pop burger is my favorite. There are onions crisps on it and the way they make it each time I just have to savor every bite. The person at the front was helpful and watching over my water cup as I used the bathroom, and knew where I was to bring the food out. I discovered CBBS a few months ago and since then has gotten steady (lol) takeouts from them. The Johns Creek location has a big open plan with lots of seating and the place is always spotless! Their burgers are really tasty and they are generous with their servings! I love their Brussels sprouts and my takeout box is always filled to the brim! It's been my experience that many restaurants tend to give you less when you get takeout instead of dining in. Just recently tried their Korean fried chicken (I got the cheese and soy garlic) and just as good! I live near two highly Korean chicken shops and I actually find CBBS's chicken equally good, if not better. Unsure if this is offered at all locations. Solid choice for a burger/sandwich in the area. This chain has expanded to multiple locations and this particular location in fact didn't exist when I lived here. The menu itself has also expanded quite a bit. Pretty large menu with multiple options, but even if you don't find yourself liking any of the pre-made options you can always build your own. Large seating area and pretty friendly for kids so I imagine this is popular for young families. For the most part, I've had good experiences with the food here, as the portion sizes are decent and the ingredients used are fresh. I also am always appreciative of free soda refills and the ease to get them as desired. Good quality buns and veggies, and I personally enjoy the sweet pickles that most sandwiches include. I had mixed opinions on their fries since they were too small for my liking, but I did notice in my most recent visit that they've added Onion Rings to the menu which was a huge plus. Main reason for docking a star is that I've had my order messed up on more than one occasion and no offers were made to correct it (e.g. adding garlic and being charged for it but then its clearly not there). This particular location service has been on the slower side at least relative to the original, and the people working the register seem to be confused at times. However, I do want to mention that on my most recent visit a couple months back, the lady who took my order in my most recent visit a couple months ago was very pleasant and patient as she trained what I assume was a new employee. Overall glad to see this franchise is doing well and especially happy to have one so close by when I visit family! read more

They must know it, because they don't post their prices next to the exaggerated pictures of their burgers. To give you an idea, my son went and bought three burgers meals for a walloping 75 dollars. This was my first time being this far out from Atlanta. I decided to come here because it was the highest rated burger joint in the area. This venue is in a strip mall with plenty of parking and surrounded by a ton of other eateries. The venue is surprisingly big on the inside with plenty of seating. I ordered the Busy Bees Burger with Sweet potato fries and maple syrup dipping sauce. The Busy Bees Burger has 1/3 lb burger patty, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, sauce, and some veggies. The burger was delicious. I wish it had more cheese. The sweet potato fries were good. The maple syrup is too sweet for me. The cashier brought me honey mustard and BBQ sauce. The BBQ sauce was the best dipping sauce. I will come back if I am in the area. I will go bigger next time. read more

It's a well-rounded, clean, and FAST place. FOOD: - Craft Classic (10/10): I wanted the classic because there were a lot of options, but truly a solid perfect burger. The patties were smashed but flavorful unlike a lot of places. There were fresh tomatoes and lettuce, and the bun wasn't greasy. Loved this burger, and I wasn't hungry until I had a bite. - Onion rings side (10/10): I love onion rings, but these are my new favorite. It's kinda like Farm Burger onion rings, but they're very crispy and not oily/greasy. The batter is seasoned well. - I want to try the K-Pop burger! AMBIANCE: Lots of seating and very friendly staff. There's also a bar area if I remember correctly! Lots of parking, and the place is very clean. There's not loud music playing, and this is a great lunch spot. The worst location of this Great Chain. We have been to the Jones Bridge and Old Milton location and loved the staff, cleanliness and food so we came to this location expecting the same. FOOD: the items took a while to come out (5pm on Friday afternoon with only 1 other patron in store) and it was lukewarm. Some of the same items we are used to were missing ingredients (ex: garlic lover was missing roasted garlics). SERVICE: there were patrons coming in and out and there were about 3-5 workers seen socializing and not cleaning used tables. I actually witnessed 3 parties get up from their tables and the waiting staff did not bother to clean them. AMBIANCE: lighting is not well lit. There are 4-6 TVs with random cartoons/TV shows. I went and cleaned our table and the napkin was very dirty (which now I am not surprised and wondering when the last time it was cleaned). Really good and good portion size. We got the chicken sandwich, steak salad, and an order of french fries. All three were good, the chicken flavorful and in two thinner patties (which I prefer over one thick chunk of chicken breast), salad was a big portion, and fries were good. Such a delight! We were passing through John's Creek and needed a late dinner. We entered with no expectations and were warmly greeted, even though it was nearing closing time. No problem at all. We asked the cashier what his favorites were... and ordered exactly that. Yummmmmm!!! K-Pop burger (has bulgogi on it) along with Brussel sprouts and mac-n-cheese bites. It's a burger place, so for the burger specifically... it was delicious and among the best I've tasted. The patty was seared and had a nice crust which worked perfectly on the cold crisp lettuce. That was a damn good burger!!!! We went on a Saturday a little after 1:30ish, and the place was not packed, but there was a consistent flow of customers. This was our first time, and the manager was excellent. I asked about the menu and his favorites, and we had similar likes from the description, and I knew I was in good hands. I ordered the Brussels to start, and my son ordered the BLAT. The food came out HOT! The Brussels were good, but the star was the burger. I took a little taste of my son's burger, and I was in love. We didn't get the avocado, but it wasn't missing. The burger was so fresh, every ingredient, FRESH! It was so good I went and ordered one Togo. They have many TVs playing the Saturday sports and I believe there was a movie plying from a network. Nice open space when your not sitting on top of the next table and clean. Had some time to kill so I decided to check this place out. Walking in I was hit with a strange smell. Almost like garbage hadn't been taken out. Which I didn't understand because the place seemed clean. I ordered the K Pop burger to try and the Cashier recommended the Truffle fries so I got those as well. Taking the food back to my car I could smell the weird smell in the bag that was in The restaurant. The fries were not very good. I said I would stop taking advice from servers and this only reinforced it. The truffle that was on the fries smelled funny and even ketchup didn't save them. I just had lunch at the new Johns Creek location. It was excellent. It is very clean and nice. I ordered a burger with chili peppers, garlic, lettuce and fried onions and it was well prepared and with fresh and good quality ingredients. My husband had one with grilled onions and lettuce and liked it as well. We definitely plan on returning. Johns Creek needs more places like this so I hope that it will be supported! read more

This location is across from the plaza where the H-Mart on Medlock Bridge is located. The parking is a little tight. The interior of the restaurant is very bright with adequate seating. I am always looking to try a new burger joint. So, I took a few minutes to peruse the menu to see which flavor combination I would like and was finally decided to build my own. I was disappointed the only option was for a basic bun. So, no wheat buns, although there was a gluten free option. I ordered a BYOB burger medium rare with an extra beef patty. I added the spring mix, pepper jack cheese, onion, jalapeno, grilled mushroom with the jalapeno mayo. I passed on the fries since they did not have crinkle cut. This burger was so good, I wanted to slap somebody's ancestors all the way back to the beginning. It was seasoned just right and so incredibly juicy and moist.
