I went to this place today and ordered the 10-wing combo with fries and ranch. My food came out really fast, which I liked. When I sat down and started eating, the place was a little busy, but it was still clean and had a nice atmosphere. The wings were honestly amazing, and I really enjoyed them. Our server, Nick B, was cool and made the experience better. The restaurant was also very clean and nice. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the fries. I think they could have been a little better, but everything else was really good. Overall, I had a great experience, and I think this could become one of my favorite wing spots. My family and I decided to try this place because they have such a variety of foods. I did not think I was going to be that overwhelmed that I needed to take pictures of my food before eating, but I guess I should have. My son had the " not closed on Sunday" chicken sandwich, my husband had the boneless wings flavored half with garlic Parm and half buffalo, and I had the WNB house salad. My son really loved the chicken sandwich. It was very tender, meaty, and crispy, as well as having a great taste with a nice bun. The wings as well were very meaty and not stringy at all with a nice texture on the outside and still very juicy. The fries are really delicious as well. The salad isn't fancy by any means. The chicken is freshly cooked that made the cheese on top melt, but I was a little shocked to find fresh broccoli in it. Jamie, the manager was very friendly and helpful with questions we were asking and quick to clean up after people with a smile. It's nicely decorated and music is pleasant volume and not too much of any style that it's off putting. I would like to hope I could try the cheesesteaks one day, but I'm extremely picky about those since I'm from Philadelphia. We will definitely be coming back to this place on a regular basis. read more

Stopped in for lunch when the pub sub line was too long and I'm glad I did! Friendly service and lots of options. I went with the wing combo and tried the Kew West flavor, which was an herby lemon pepper. Next time I will order my fries "crispy" as they were a little undercooked for my liking. I hate writing bad reviews, but here we are. This is the second time I've tried this location. The first time was last year- (on a Sunday since we prefer the Bethelview/Castleberry location but they're closed on Sundays). This location gave me the completely wrong flavor sauce I order my wings with. I had called and the manager apologized and said they could refund but would comp my next order- annoying but fine. I never redeemed that because as I said we normally go to the other location and a lot of time went by so I figured they wouldn't remember owing me a free meal. We try it again today- a Sunday. We just got home late last night from out of the country and were hoping to having some comfort food- as long time GA residents we missed chicken wings. We always order our wings extra crispy wherever we go. Upon opening our boxes these were clearly not prepared extra crispy. They squished when we pressed them. They were barely sauced and a lot of them were smaller than my finger. The fries are not up to standard. I can't even explain it but when you're used to one location doing everything perfectly this was just not it. I called explaining the situation and he asked if I would like them to be remade or given a refund. I told him we were exhausted from traveling so to please administer a refund. He said ok, he'll send me a picture of the receipt of refund. Great. We legit throw 20 wings and a pack of fries in the trash and go out to get some drive through closer to home. Then HE TEXTS ME. Says the boss wants them to be brought in before giving a refund. I was like???? You just offered to do the refund. I called and asked to talk to the boss and he said he wasn't there :-/ that "he just left". And that if I wanted to bring the food in tomorrow and talk to him I could that. JOKES. I work all week and the location is out of my way. So here it is, a one star review and waiting for the charge to pend so I can dispute it This might not be a big deal to most but $40 is $40 in this economy. read more

I accidently ordered from the wrong WNB Factory from the Mathis Pkwy location. I had to call them back to apologize and canceled the order. They said they already made the food, but was polite about the mix-up and stated they would cancel the order. This is an example of great customer service! read more

Food is pretty solid but the service is awful. The last 2 times I came in to pick up my order, there was a high school kid working and both times he literally never said one word to me or looked me in the eyes. Just handed me my food. I'm currently waiting on a small order in the store that was ordered 50 minutes ago. It's 4:30. No one here. No orders etc. Girl at desk even complained about the cooks. No apology, no update, etc. just back to playing on her phone. Poorly run business. Will not be returning. read more

We were regulars at this location but will no longer be going there. We were swindled and and charged twice. We ordered online through DoorDash and gave us an error message with was a mistake. So, instead we called wnb and placed an order. The transaction through DoorDash actually went through. The man up front did not want to give my wife the online order even if it went through. We don't mind taking and paying for both the online order and the call in order but he refused to give us the DoorDash order even if the transaction already came through. We were swindled. I am glad I warned my neighbors about this location and suggested they go to another location. We like the usual lady that we been dealing with but that man that day was terrible for business. If he is the owner, he needs to find something els to do with his life. He is bad for business. Before my review got deleted, the owner responded and asked for the date and time it happened so they can make things right. What's done is done. Our bank is taking care of it.
