    Chicken gyro with greek salad.
    Darwin M.

The food was amazing. We both had the chicken gyro. I had fries, and my mother had the salad. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and very juicy and tender.Every bite was better than the one before. The salad was very tasty, just the right amount of dressing. This place was packed to the door but lucky for us.We were able to get a seat right away. The ambiance was nice for a corner location. It's small but definitely a place you need to check out if you're in the Lawrenceville area.

Chevapi, in the back; Adriatic Salad (there's veggies under the gyro meat) in the front. Everyone has leftovers!

How have I missed the Adriatic Grill in Lawrenceville?? Clean, friendly, options, delicious... and the portions... when I complimented the staff in the portions, he seriously said, "We don't play with portions". Truth!! Everyone has leftovers!

Two Thumbs up!!! I been wanting to try this place for a while but its always crowded, but today was our day..... I wanted to try everything but I settled on the Chicken Gyro and the famous greek salad and they did not disappoint! The wrap was loooooaded with tasty meat, red onion, tomatoes and lettuce and the salad was a salad-lol! I think the key to this salad is the dressing, its tangy but not overly done. My guy ordered the grilled platter with fries... lots of meat and I don't know what kind of bread that came with it, but we are definitely sold on this place! The service was great, and we could not leave without trying a dessert. Cheesecake and some type of almond pie... all very yummy, I can't wait to see you guys tomorrow-lol!

Did you think I'd forget to continue my Mediterranean trend? One of my favorite spots now for a few years... @adriaticgrill in Lawrenceville!! They have one of my ultimate go-tos: the chicken doner sandwich! It's so good, I always order the large. Think this, a delicious panini with chicken and all the flavpr and goodness of a Mediterranean spot And let's talk about their hummus, naan bread, and tomato combo - a match made in heaven! And I'm not even a big tomato guy!! Their gyro is top-notch too! Seriously, everything here is spot on. And dessert? You bet! Their cheesecakes are always perfect. Don't miss out and let me know when you check them out! #rolieats #AdriaticGrill #ComfortFood #ChickenDoner #Yummy"

I came here on a Sunday after reading the good reviews on yelp. They have a nice selection of entrees. salads, wraps, kebabs,,burgers, and sandwiches, etc(the whole nine). The ambiance is your standard small restaraunt decor but with a twist of nice purple paint! The service was fast and friendly and the food prepared to order. The establishment offers Uber eats,, grub hub, and door dash for fast delivery. I highly recommend for Mediterranean cuisine especially if you have jury duty in Gwinnett county ( close to Langley drive). Fun fact: wifi available.

I got the Adriatic salad. Probably the most amazing gyro meat I have ever had in my life. If you don't give this place a shot, you are wasting your precious time on this earth.

Some of the best Mediterranean money can buy! Great choice of gyros, wraps, kebobs and other little treats can be found at this nicely nestled restaurant. Definitely worth a try if you're looking for some solid Mediterranean.

The food was so good! All the portions were very big and filling. The workers were all wearing masks when I went in. We ate in the restaurant, even though most ppl came in to pick up their orders. We tried the burger and the platters, all of which were delicious. We even enjoyed the salad! This halal restaurant is definitely one I'll be ordering food from again.

Ask the Community - Adriatic Grill

Is the chicken gyro shaved chicken (like the lamb/beef) or is it grilled chicken?

Hello Jennifer, We use grilled chicken (breast) for our gyros.

    Restaurant doesn't open till 11?

I just figured that out lol

I learned an important lesson today: sometimes you should trust your first lunch instinct…read more A coworker suggested Greek, and my mind immediately went to Adriatic Grill. Instead, we decided to try somewhere new and headed to Pita Corner in Lawrenceville. I ordered the beef shawarma with falafel. Let's start with the positives. The restaurant was clean, the dining area was well kept, and the restroom was spotless. It looked like it had just been cleaned, which I always appreciate. Now for the food. The beef shawarma had decent flavor, but it was so dry that every bite felt like a workout. The meat clung to the roof of my mouth and my teeth like it had signed a lease there. No amount of chewing seemed to improve the experience. Texture matters just as much as seasoning, and unfortunately, this missed the mark. The falafel ended up being the highlight of the meal. It was flavorful, had a nice texture, and was easily the best thing on the plate. I always like giving new places a chance, but this one just wasn't for me. While I appreciated the cleanliness and friendly environment, the food simply didn't leave me wanting to come back. If you'd like, I can also make it a little sharper and funnier for Yelp while still keeping it professional and believable.

When I posted my videos and photos of this restaurant on my IG, everyone reached out to me asking…read morehow it was because they had always wanted to try it here. I gave my honest opinion: Positive: -Beautiful interior with a lot of space for diners -Delicious foods with big proportions -Plenty of parking in a lit plaza Negative: -VERY slow service -Not greeted -No smile -Not very friendly Restaurant opens at 11:30 AM. I got there at 1 PM with my Aunt and there was nobody there. I went to the other side of the restaurant lingering and wondering if we should just go find our seat or stand there. There was another couple that was seated already. A server finally came out to deliver foods, don't even acknowledge us, and after putting her foods down, walked away. I had to stop her and asked if we seat ourselves. No hello, welcome, or anything. She didn't smile and only gestured something and walked away. We were confused and walked back to the other side where a man was at the register finally. We asked him the same thing and he went to go get the server lady. She finally took us to our booth. Again, didn't ask us if it's our first time, if we had any questions, nothing. The didn't let the lack of enthusiasm deter my mood because I am there to try out the foods. It took forever for the server to come back to get our order. Foods did arrived in a reasonable amount of time, big proportions, and everything tasted as good as it looks. Took us 2 hours from beginning to end dining there even though there were only 3 couples eating there, including us, during lunch on a Wednesday. That's how slow service was. I can't even imagine how it'll be during a big crowd on weekend nights. The prices were on the same level as Delbar and Rumi's. However, the other restaurants has top notch service. The service here acts as if we're doing them a favor by paying them for the foods. I will probably not come here again even though it's close to my area. If it still stands by next year, I will probably give them another chance.

Even after reviewing the menu online, the counter-ordering process can feel a bit overwhelming on your first visit, especially since the menu boards don't line up exactly with what's shown online. No worries, though--the staff is very helpful and happy to guide you through their many great options. My tablemates all enjoyed their selections, and I was very pleased with my Gyro Melt Combo. One thing that really stood out to me was how closely my meal matched the online promo photo--always a nice surprise. While I didn't try any desserts, the cakes and sweet treats on display definitely made me second-guess that decision. Looks like I have a good reason to come back.

From the makers who brought you Marietta Diner comes Yeero Village…read more It's a different style of restaurant compared to that of their predecessors that have become Atlanta staples (Cobb County). The ordering style is that of a fast food joint The service is that of your typical restaurant where they bring the food out to you. So the restaurant itself is very hybrid in terms of how they go about their business. This place is well lit, spacious, and homely yet corporate enough to pass as a franchise type joint. Seats roughly 90 people or so between 4 top tables and booths. It's clean, quaint, and with the traditional Greek soundtrack playing the background, they want you to sort of feel like you're looking at the Aegean Sea while a lyre is playing in the background... but really you're looking at Publix so they can only do so much. Let's go with the food... It's Yeero Village. So I had to try the traditional Greek style Gyro. There is something to be said for the attempt at authentic and it seems like they do it right here. The meat isn't the beef/lamb conglomerate we are all used to when we think "gyro". Here, for it to be authentically Greek, the meat is pork based, not beef based which is typical of the Americanized gyro, which is an interesting take. But rest assured, the gyro was flavorful!!! They married the flavors of the meat which was tender as all get out, the tzatziki sauce, and tomatoes all were balanced and intermingled well. And the pita was fluffy The salad was a bit disappointing. The romaine was shredded and you can't really get a good forkful. The dressing was tart. Too many tomatoes. And just three Kalamata olives??? Come on!!! I did opt for the Greek style potatoes which, I'm glad I did because they were cooked in a way that the flavors seemed to be infused into the potatoes which I was a big fan of! I also had to grab their rice pilaf. The rice was pillowy yet had an al dente texture to it that made each forkful all that more enjoyable! All in all, the folks who brought us Marietta Diner definitely had an idea and developed this place nicely! At $14.95 for a gyro combo with a side of your choice plus the aforementioned salad with tax and your choice for a tip, it's a good $16-$17 meal which is comparable to that of fast food or Panera just a few blocks down! Definitely recommend.

Great selection of Middle Eastern goods; was happy to see دبس فليفلة which I haven't seen since I was in Syria and where it is made by the barrel in homes to last the year. The deli also manages good shawarma and the hummus is so delicious! I wish they were more generous with the side of it in the plate (was less than half full). The salad was tasteless; no salt/spices, nor dressing. A previous visit I purchased two cakes: one carrot and the other chocolate. The carrot cake didn't have any carrots in it (looked, but didn't taste like traditional carrot cake), and the chocolate cake wasn't good at all (bitter) except for the frosting. The 'espresso' based coffee was lukewarm and tasteless. The person put condensed milk in it which made it worse but he did remake it without charge. He kept calling me, mama, which was unsettling to me. I have a son less than half his age. I gave only 3 stars because of the overall ambiance and the discourtesy and unfriendliness of the staff. Once inside, I noticed they sold halal meats -- I've heard their halal lamb is especially good -- along with lots of spices, snacks, and Turkish desserts. I bought one dessert to pair with coffee, and the flavor was definitely unique. I also picked up MAHMOOD Gold coffee. It tasted slightly bitter, but it was very refreshing and gave a nice energy boost. Before leaving, I ordered the Mixed Grilled Platter from the hot food section. Later, I realized I had actually meant to order shawarma -- the big slices of rotating roasted meat. The grilled meats were decent overall, though a little dry, and the butter rice became a bit heavy after a while. Still, it was a fun and interesting experience trying something different.
