Great new lunch spot! Really enjoyed the tomato bisque and love that you can mix and match a combo of 2 or 3 items.

Was hungry and wanted something fresh after a walk in the park…read more Ordered two #5 burritos (Chicken Fried Crispy Chicken)and the clerk figured it was our first time here (we were a bit lost). the fella hooked us up with two drinks, totally forgot his name but was very friendly. Asked the wife if she wanted cookies and she said no not today. Clerk noticed we were on the fence on the cookies and by the time the food was coming out, guy gave us two free cookies on the house too. Talk about trying to make a great first impression!! Food was great, the huge burritos tasted home made. Very friendly staff, place was super clean.

My husband took one look around and said, "Did Austin and his girlfriend open this place and decide…read moreto run it alone... together?" That pretty much summed up the vibe. Only two people working, and it took about 30-45 minutes just to get his food. Austin's Fried Queso: This was the highlight. But to be fair, my husband's nickname is literally Cheese, so they had him at "fried" and "queso." If it's cheesy, he's sold. So yes, this one was a hit. Orange Oak Grove Tea: I'm sorry... but wtf. lol. According to the website, it's supposed to be "Austin's Original Orange Grove Iced Tea" with orange essence and freshly brewed magic, or something like that. What we got? Basic tea. No orange notes. No citrus aroma. Just... tea. Like, from a gas station. QT's better with additional flavors..lol The Burritos (aka the supposed stars): They weren't bad... but also, not memorable. Think: one tier above Chipotle. Solid, edible, but nothing that screams "signature item" or "come back for more." Chips & Guac - $10.99: Absolutely not. For that price, you expect something next-level. Sadly, even Chipotle's guac had more flavor. Save your money here. Not a total loss, but definitely some misses. If you've got time to wait and a deep love for cheese, you might enjoy it. Otherwise, it's more "mehhhhh" than memorable.

Before, they had shallow bowls and smaller portions but they upgraded to a deeper/bigger bowl and bigger portion sizes. The only difference is it doesn't come with the free sweet potato chips anymore, but you can still get the chips for extra. But hey, I would definitely take bigger portions over a side chips any day. It's super easy to order here. Just pick your flavor profile, the base (greens, brown rice, or half and half), and protein. My favorite flavor is still the Chipotle Mango Avocado. I love the creamy chipotle sauce. And they give more of the avocado mixture now. It has black beans, red onion, corn, cheese in it. For proteins, I love the shrimp and tofu. The tofu is a great vegetarian option. This is my favorite location too. It's spacious (also has an outdoor dining area) and very clean. Food is great and feels very healthy compared to some other fast casual options.

We ordered the Chipotle Mango Avocado Half lettuce and half rice with Grilled Shrimp and Sweet Soy Sriracha half lettuce and half rice with Grilled Shrimp. I think it was the manager who helped us out with the menu changes. We visited before but were not pleased with the small portion sizes. We told him we were happy about the change in the size. I received the Black Friday coupon BOGO bowl or wrap. It really helps signing up for the rewards program or having the app. The dining space was clean and inviting. It was not crowded but there was a family eating dinner at the circle table and two other parties eating. We were definitely pleased this time around and will return.

Not one employee serviced me with any kind of professionalism...even the manager Zach. I ordered my typical Grains bowl with half honey chicken half braised lamb. When i asked if there was any more lettuce the lady put the last bit of scraps on my bowl and looked at me. I asked if it were more and she walked off and put more lettuce on the bowl. This should've told me to cancel my order but I proceeded and told her to put a little ceaser and a little garlic dressing on it. She put way more than a little on both causing the bowl to be drenched in dressing which has now ruined my bowl. When i get to the register, the lady charged me and I just paid without thinking "this seems more than what I typically pay". I asked for the receipt and left and when i got to my car I looked at the receipt and saw that i was over charged for the protein. I came back inside and spoke to Zach the manager. I mentioned to him my experience and he didn't apologize for the poor service, offer my anything to rectify the situation (not that i was looking for anything) or find a way to help with this inconvenience. He just told me to reach out to CAVA support to get this resolved. I honestly really like Cava but after this experience I won't be back. Zach should be fired for his poor customer service!
