Very messy. :) The greek potatoes were perfectly cooked and had just the right balance of spice and lemon, and the pilaf was very good, although I couldn't finish all of it because I was too busy devouring everything else. Finally the pita, it was brought out fresh and warm, and was the perfect vehicle for transporting both the baba ganoush and the hummus. Even on it's own though, their pita was delicious. The beef was incredibly tender and well seasoned, the hummus as I said earlier was stunning, and the rice was done perfect, not too dry and not too wet, the perfect thing to tie the plate together. No amount of chewing seemed to improve the experience. Texture matters just as much as seasoning, and unfortunately, this missed the mark. The falafel ended up being the highlight of the meal. It was flavorful, had a nice texture, and was easily the best thing on the plate. I always like giving new places a chance, but this one just wasn't for me.
