I went to firehouse on braselton hey which is my go to place. Today there was 3 person working behind the counter but nobody acknowledged customers coming in. NO they were not busy busy few waiting to pickup their order. We order 3 large sandwiches with 1 combo and garlic bread bread. We asked twice if the could cut sandwiches in 3 but No. Also no garlic bread I could see if they were busy but they weren't. Maybe they just don't want to be there. I went to Firehouse Subs today to get a small Hook & Ladder sub. Last time I was there to pick up a take out order, when I got home I saw that they had forgotten to put any meat on my Hook & Ladder sub. I called the manager on duty at the time and she told me that next time I came in they would give me a free small sub. Today when I went in to order, I showed the manager on duty my receipt from last time, told him the manager's name who authorized a replacement small sub, and told him what happened last time to allow the replacement. He told me that manager no longer works there. I asked him if he would honor her authorization and he flatly said no. Great customer service, buddy :( I'm sure that type of attitude does not reflect the core values of the Sorensen brothers who founded Firehouse Subs. I will no longer eat at that location and hope that others don't have the same experience. Be sure to check your food thoroughly every time you pick up take out from there because clearly this location doesn't stand behind its service. read more

The girl who took my order tossed her food in the trash as I walked in. She wiped her mouth with her hands as she was taking my order. She put gloves on to make my sandwhich and I asked if she would mind washing her hands since she also checked her phone before starting my sandwhich. She did wash her hands but took offense . My sub was soggy also. I watched to see if the other workers washed their hands after taking orders and exchanging money while touching their faces but no.. just put gloves on dirty hands. read more

I didn't realize how close I was to this location from Gold's gym. I got there at about 2 something so I nearly had the place to myself. My service was pretty quick as a normal Firehouse would normally serve you, under the right conditions of course. Conditions meaning how crowded they are at the time. I'm a rewards member and on Monday's it double rewards day. Instead of receiving 100 points for every dollar spent, you receive 200. Their rewards program is pretty good though. I'm already past 6,000 points in 3 visits. I can start claiming a free sub right now at this point. There are certain size subs you're rewarded. Rewards: After 6,000 points you're eligible for a small sub free with any purchase. At 8,000 points you're eligible for a medium sub or salad with any purchase. At 10,000 points you're eligible for a large sub. The coup de gras is 50,000 points. With that you're eligible for a Deluxe Catering Platter. I would advise joining the rewards club if you're there maybe once a week. read more

The Firehouse website said they could deliver, but when I called the store they said they didn't deliver unlike what the internet said because they were a franchise. Work in Jefferson, GA. Drove to Commerce, GA in treacherous pouring rain to get 6 sandwiches for a management meeting for a man transferring to another state. I even paid a $9.13 tip even though I was the one that drove there, waited for the food, and drove back. When I got to the conf. rm. at work, the 1 sandwich that was missing was for the mgr. we were honoring by having a goodbye lunch. When I called 706.680.7936, the young guy said he forgot our sandwich and didn't realize until I was gone. I had even given him a written list of names & orders. Everyone makes mistakes, but they were unwilling to fix the payment unless I drive back (which is far and dangerous due to highway traffic) in person because they are a franchise. Will never return and will never visit any of their locations again. In addition, I asked for a $3 Fireman's pickle bucket they were advertising. But the guy said they don't have any. The back of the receipt says to fill out survey to possibly win $500. I wanted to tell our story, but of course, FirehouseListens.com says the "survey is no longer available." I've always been a fan of firehouse but when I moved jobs their wasn't a location near me so when this one opened up I was super excited only to be let down by lack of proper staffing. Ordered two party treys on Wednesday for pick up at 10:30 Sunday. Stopped in to pick them up one employee there saying they are getting ready to start the order. 30 minutes later party has started and I am still in the parking lot waiting. To top it off the employee told me he has no party boxes for my order. This is unacceptable, besides being completely late to the bday party I am not getting what I am paid for. The worst firehouse subs that we have ever been to! We got our subs to go and drove 30 minutes back home only to discover that we had the entirely wrong order. We drove 30 minutes back expecting some type of customer service or offer that would make up for our lost hour and gas. The employee insisted that we were wrong and that she said a different name. The manager told her that she was wrong because the name was not even close and proceeded to bicker in front of us. The manager insisted that the only thing that they could do was remake our original sub and could not give us another sub or anything to make up for their mistake. She threw away the original food and there was no apology from any staff member! Safe to say we will never be coming back to this firehouse location and we urge anyone else not to as well. Stopped in before work for my first time. It was about 3pm and I was the only customer. I got the turkey bacon ranch sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese. The service was good and the food was excellent. The prices are up there though for a sub shop totaling about $12 for an 8 in sub and a side of macaroni and cheese. Today was the first and last time I will ever dine at Firehouse. I arrived shortly after noon and there was no one in line in front of me and about two or three other people in the store that were already eating their sandwiches. I went up to the counter and told the cashier it was my first time there and asked if they cut their sandwiches in half. She looked really confused and looked over at her coworker making a sandwich. That should of been a huge red flag. The man then gave the long way around the answer but, eventually said "yes". I was like great because I'm sharing this sandwich with my grandpa. He then said well unfortunately, we have 20 subs in front of your order. I was like, there is no one in here. I said, I'm just getting the one simple sandwich, can you please just make mine real quick because they aren't here? He said " no". I said, okay, I guess I will have to go somewhere else. They were like okay. So, I went to Publix and got a freaking awesome sub that we very much enjoyed. I will never return to this place. There are so many other places to eat in this area. The was smokehouse brisket was smelling so good, so I was going to order that one. I was very disappointed to learn that a small sandwich is (3" to 4") for $7 is ridiculous. I was a little concerned seeing such low ratings, but upon further examination, most of these were during the period of first opening. I had the Engineer and the NY Steamer via a web order. It was ready when I arrived and and was still hot when I got home. Both sandwiches were exactly as ordered and were fresh and delicious . The bread was soft and fresh. I have heard good things about Firehouse, so decided to try it for lunch. They were not crowded and they were adequately staffed, but service was slow. The girl who took my order was very friendly, but she sounded like she was talking from a script. I ordered the Engineer sub. It was very tasty, but had only about 4 mushrooms on it. I liked that they brought my order to the table. Also, I was not aware of the size of the sandwiches. A little expensive, but when I got my order it made sense. read more

We have just recently discovered Firehouse subs in our neighborhood. We go there often and enjoy the food however our last several trips we have notice how unclean this restaurant has become. I know requirements for Covid have been somewhat lifted however this restaurant would not pass any inspection. There is food on the floor and around tables, trash under drink bar, and under the refrigerator that holds bottles behind the counter. I also notice that tables are not being cleaned between customers. I sincerely hope this problem is taken car of so we can feel comfortable eating here again. read more

Will just start off by saying that fire house subs was an isn't any more one of my favorite places to eat. We searched up the closing time and showed up more than 15 minutes before they closed only to be kicked out by them telling us they have closed early tonight for no reason at all. I asked why this was and the girl couldn't give me a reason. She seemed like an employee and I don't think the manager was on duty at all and was probably unaware that this was happening at all. Is a very bad look for the company itself and an even worse look on the employees and how they care for their customers. I personally work in the restaurant industry and we went to restaurants down to five guys and I kept asking them if it would be any trouble at all for a showing up at this late time. They continue to explain to us that they would be more than happy to serve us so that was our only option and we went with it. I'm sad to say as someone who eats at Firehouse very often, will no longer be eating there. It's so sad to see you when you support a company going through this COVID-19 and get this in return. I live about 45 minutes away from this location, but have stopped in a few times because my daughter has a late extracurricular activity close by, so we have stopped in to get food on our way home since I don't have time to cook dinner those nights. Each time, the food was just "okay" but we came back because it was quick and convenient. My experience this past time though will be my last though. My children and I were the only customers in the building around 7:30 on a Thursday evening. We walked in and my 8-year-old ordered his own sandwich, an adult size sandwich on wheat bread with only meat and cheese and nothing else. I made a joke with the cashier about how it would be the easiest sandwich they made all day. I went on to order three more combo meals to the tune of about $40. After getting my order to-go, we drove all the way home and opened the bag to find that my son's sandwich was made with every topping they had including onions, spicy mustard, mayo, etc. My son was so disappointed. There was so much on the sandwich that there was no way he could even scrape off what he didn't want. I called and politely told the girl that answered the phone that they had made a mistake and added all the toppings to my son's sandwich. I asked if there was a way to refund or credit me for the one incorrect sandwich. I was told that their policy is that you have to return to the store and bring the sandwich if you want a refund or credit. I explained that I was 45 minutes away and that it would be very inconvenient for me to return. I also reminded her of the order, as it was a memorable order that could clearly be identified as a mistake if they would check with the staff working. Regardless, the girl told me that it was their policy and she could not do anything to help me unless I drove all the way back. In the end, they took no responsibility for the mistake, did not apologize, and would not correct their mistake unless I drove all the way back. I felt as if they thought I wasn't being truthful.
