Scrambled eggs & toast just fine. But they were out of onions?? Made me whine.
    Ticia Y.

There are good WaHos, poor WaHos, and amazing WaHos. Wherever they fall on the spectrum of service, quality and cleanliness, there's no denying that it's the best hangover food you can get. I hadn't been to any WaHo in a few years and elected for this location with my brother for a weekend early lunch - imagine my surprise on a Saturday around 11 a.m. to hear that they were out of onions ... no onions on a weekend?! What's a pile of hashbrowns without onions, or a patty melt without onions? Our server was super nice, but I can't say that I felt all that comfortable with the lack of masks being worn and the fact that the restaurant felt as crowded as one expects any Waffle House to be on a weekend. The grilled chicken was appallingly-overcooked. Like eating a poultry-flavored sneaker. I guess it's what I've come to expect of most Waffle Houses - smiley service, fairly clean tables and floors, and so-so food quality.

Nice Waffle House. Large staff, walked in, sat quick, and started on coffee. 4 of us, tons of food and perfect waffle and live to get a fried egg and grits to mix with hash browns . Clean, good service. Mom wanted breakfast and got it! Keep the coffee coming!

Hashbrowns with cheese (instead of peppers)

Quick and friendly service for my to-go order, but the order wasn't accurate and the beverage (hot black tea) was missing. One of the plates was to have hashbrowns peppered and instead they had cheese, no peppers in sight. I'd try them again but would have the person picking up the order double check the order before leaving. We only ordered three things.

Good service, nice people. Glad they put it where they did. Right on my way home late at night. Great example of a Waffle House.

SO much flavor, but if you're like me and can't handle too much during breakfast i don't recommend ordering it bc it's A LOT of food lol i couldn't finish. it's huge pieces of pork belly with eggs on top of cornbread cake and served with potato wedges!! tbh SOOO cheap for all that you get. normal eggs benedict elsewhere are about the same with so much less food. we also tried their specialty whipped coffee which was okay, i think i expected more since it's one of their most popular items but it's worth trying for sure. the restaurant is basically a house so it feels really cozy and is a super cute spot for a brunch date. i would feel overwhelmed bringing a big group of people here but they have a lot of outside seating too! overall such a great brunch place, definitely made it to one of my top favorites :)

Today, they were out of the nuts for the cinnamon pancakes, which was especially disappointing because that's the specific dish I brought my daughter here to try. This is not a reflection on the staff, as they have always been friendly and provide great service. The issue appears to be with inventory management. It's frustrating that before 9:00 a.m. a main ingredient for a featured menu item is already unavailable. Whoever is responsible for ordering really needs to improve the process, because consistently running out of key ingredients takes away from the customer experience.

I ordered the traditional three eggs, scrambled with hashbrowns, chicken, sausage and sourdough toast all made exactly the way I asked for it ! I highly recommend this place right in the central heart of Buford area and many other restaurants to choose from. BUT, Don't forget about snooze for breakfast. It's Fantastic!! You can get Waffle House anywhere but you can't get snooze anywhere So Goooo!! Now!!! the ambience inside this place is really cool!! Very clean and fresh look. Thank me later! Cheers!

I rolled in there hungry enough to eat the bumper off a truck and ordered the meatloaf ciabatta sandwich with hand-cut fries, and sweet mercy... somebody's grandma must be back there running the kitchen because that thing was borderline life-changing. The meatloaf was thick, juicy, and had that "somebody's been perfecting this recipe since 1978" flavor going on. The ciabatta held it together like a champ, and those hand-cut fries? Lord have mercy. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside -- the kind you keep saying "just one more" until suddenly the basket's empty and you're thinking about ordering another. Now here's the real kicker: they've got gluten-free options, which means I can bring my wife this weekend without her looking at the menu like it personally offended her. That alone deserves a round of applause. So if you're anywhere near Buford and your stomach starts talking louder than your good sense, do yourself a favor and stop by. Just be warned: You might leave full, happy... and already planning your next visit before you even get to the parking lot.

It was extremely and uncomfortably cold inside. I know restaurants keep the A/C turned down so customers will eat and leave, however, this was ridiculous. The service was poor at best. The wait time for the server to take my order was excessive. After I was seated, other servers passed by my table several times, however, no one even acknowledged I was there or let me know someone would be with me shorty. After about 10 minutes, someone finally came over and took my order. It was about another 20 minutes before the food arrived. Again, no one said anything as to why it was taking so long. The restaurant was not busy at all. By that time, my lunch hour was more than half way over so I ate quickly and waited for the bill which never came. I finally had to get up and walk over to the bar and ask for the bill. I paid and left. Again, the food was excellent but because the temperature was so cold and uncomfortable and the service was so bad, I will never go back to that location. I will still go to the Sandy Springs location.
