Chicken croissant and hashbrowns

Been coming here for almost 2 decades, since the old location next to the bottle shop as well. A Duncan Corners staple, this is what it's all about. This is authentic southern cuisine and a perfect country kitchen. Papa Jack is a standup guy and never fails to make your morning, along with the rest of the staff. It doesn't get much better and more authentic than papa jacks. Dining room is always pleasant and servers are nice as can be, PJ also hosts some neat ol car shows too that are well known in the community

Best cat head biscuits in Atlanta area. Love the country ham, cheese biscuit. Biscuits and gravy also are off the charts.

You couldn't ask for more out of a country kitchen. The food is top notch, the staff is incredible, and the atmosphere is one of the warmest and most welcoming I've ever enjoyed a meal in. I fully understand why my grandma has had her high school reunions here for so long, it's just incredible.

Great food. Fast service. It's cafeteria style and atmosphere so you have to be OK with that. Otherwise a great place to eat.

They also sent out a reminder text 30 mins before we were due at the restaurant and checked on us to make sure we were coming when we ran a little behind schedule. We were seated promptly and our server was Mickey. Mickey was helpful when we asked for suggestions on drinks, appetizers and entrees. I ordered their drink the Pom De Vie. My mocktail was delicious and fruity. My husband ordered the Manhattan. He enjoyed his drink as well. Bread was brought to the table and we really enjoyed the sauce to accompany the bread. The sauce was a mix of balsamic vinaigrette, garlic and tomatoes. For our appetizer we ordered their calamari and boy was it good. We are used to a dipping sauce being served with it but it did not need it. The breading that was used was perfect and light. We enjoyed the onions and peppers that were lightly fried with the calamari as well. The chili sauce that was drizzled onto the calamari was delicious. For our entrees my husband ordered a wedge salad (not pictured) and we shared and enjoyed that together. He ordered their 22 oz ribeye with Oscar style. He really liked his ribeye as did I. I tasted a piece and it melted in my mouth. For my entree I ordered their August special: Summer Barramundi. I have cooked Barramundi myself and it is a favorite. This is my first time trying Barramundi at a restaurant. It was cooked to perfect. It was served with fried okra and watermelon along with a pickled watermelon rind. The pickled watermelon rind was a cool and interesting way to put a twist on taking advantage of using the entire watermelon to eat. It was really good. For dessert, my husband and I ordered the crème brûlée (not pictured( and we really enjoyed that together as well. We enjoyed the service by Mickey. We enjoyed this establishment and their food. I definitely would love to come back here in the future.

Complimentary bread served with a tomato balsamic like dipping sauce. Prices are great given the craziness of how expensive everything in our current economy is. Food came out hot and fresh. That's a big deal for me. Don't give me warm food, give me hot food! The tartar sauce, and the ranch... so yummy. The chicken and berry jam sandwich is a great size. The pics can make it look small, but it's great. Parking= street Would I visit again: definitely

There's plenty of parking, but seating is limited since it's located inside a commercial kitchen building. I would consider this more of a great pickup-and-go spot. The team here was OUTSTANDING. When we walked in, the chef gave us some chicken wings to try, and man, they were GOOD! That immediately had us excited for the rest of our food. We ordered the catfish, fried shrimps and white fish with mac & cheese, green beans, and collard greens. I loved every bite. Everything was well seasoned, fried perfectly, and nicely presented. My only complaint was that the collard greens were a little too salty for my taste. Other than that, everything was delicious. I would personally give the food a 4.5/5, but the overall experience gets 5 stars from me. Great food, amazing hospitality, and the kind of small business you feel good supporting. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area and craving some good soul food!

We ordered the bacon biscuit with grits and the avocado toast, and everything was absolutely delicious. The grits were the standout item for me. We learned they are made with locally sourced grits from a North Georgia mill, and the cheese combination created an incredibly creamy texture and rich flavor. The coffee was excellent as well and was served in a large mug that we really appreciated. We also discovered that the coffee is sourced from a small local roaster in Johns Creek, which fits perfectly with the restaurant's commitment to supporting local businesses. The dining area is somewhat small, but there is bar seating and outdoor seating available, which provides additional options. We also found out they have a second location in Johns Creek near our neighborhood, so we'll definitely be giving that one a try soon. Great food, excellent coffee, and a strong commitment to local sourcing make this a place worth visiting. We'll be back! BAM!

(Which... we did.) Love Potion Latte (Valentine's menu): Absolutely delicious. The strawberry aroma alone could convince someone to fall in love. And served in that giant Rushing Trading mug? Lumberjack Special: That board comes out looking like it's ready to feed a small village. Not a complaint uttered. Service was great, our server was on it, attentive, and basically read our minds the whole time.

This review is all about the ambiance…read more New location, very nice but not comfortable to eat at. Menu very hard to read as it is extensive with lots of descriptions but post on a screen on the wall which is difficult to read especially if other customers are doing the same. ( Also when you look at the menu on website you couldn't get full descriptions of sandwiches) You order at the counter, but then can sit down at booths or tables. The booths do not have any thing on them like condiments or napkins. You have to ask the servers for both and when they brought you napkins, they were wadded up in a pile as if they had been pulled one by one from a napkin box. Plastic folks, spoons, knives in cellophane. Paper cups for coffee. Odd new wave music was more distracting than restful. Food was ok but did not enjoy due to overall setting. Very frustrating. We had been hoping for a new breakfast spot and a good place to eat a late lunch or early dinner. At this time, the deli feels like a TO GO spot rather than a nice place for a sit down meal. That's a shame because it could be a gem.
