Quick, made to order drive thru! I ordered a sausage biscuit, a small gravy, a large has brown and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The sausage biscuit and gravy went out the door as soon as I got home! The hash browns are yummy, next time I'll ask for them to be crispy! Just by fluke I happened to look over and catch the sign for Linda's Kitchen out of the corner of my eye just as I'm about to go through the intersection. I whipped my car into the parking lot of the gas station which the restaurant is attached to (so you know it's good). I pulled up to the drive through, placed my order, paid and received my food quickly all in one stop. They have very efficient operations! I ordered the biscuit and gravy with hash browns (knowing this is too much food for me lol but gotta test the menu!) and a sweet tea. We all know the "lords chicken" biscuits, well, I have been very frustrated with how dry and crumbly they are and wondering why or if I even liked biscuits. Linda's Kitchen reminded me what a good biscuit really is and the pepper gravy reminds me of my momma's. The hash browns are just right mix of crispy and soft, gotta have both, with a hint of onion flavor (yum). The sweet tea is just right too. You can tell they keep their urns clean (I'm very picky about this) and yes, the tea is sweet but not sticky/thick. It's still a drink not a syrup. I'm so glad I found this little spot. They had a line at the drive through and people dining outside middle of the week which actually is speaks for itself. I'll for sure be back. read more

I got a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit for a little over $5. The biscuit was large, there was a lot of bacon, and was worth every penny. For comparison Chick-fil-a's bacon, egg, and cheese is $3.79 and you would have to order two to equal the one at Linda's Kitchen! By the way, the biscuit was also outstanding!!! read more

Came here for a quick up for breakfast around 8am and they were busy. This place is a little shed like building connected to a gas station. There was a little wait because you order and get your food all on the same window. There are no fancy POS systems, everything is hand written, it seems. The older lady taking order was very nice and speedy. I gave my order and it was yelled out, but came out very fast, maybe too fast? I ordered the steak, egg and cheese. I ate it about 5min after I got it and the cheese hadn't even melted yet - kind of a bummer. The biscuit was just okay, not very fluffy and the outside kind of dense. The steak was okay yet the egg did look home made but a little over cooked. I will have to try other items on their menu to give a good/fair overall review of the place. Tip: they take cards, but no AMEX and their prices are a little higher than I am used to at a biscuit breakfast place. read more

Heard about Linda's Kitchen on Facebook for quite awhile but never went. This morning decided to pop through the drive thru. Boy, was I happy I made that decision! I have been coming here a few times a week for over 2 yrs...it used to be so wonderful and everyone so nice and if there was ever a problem with what I ordered they would fix it...I felt valued as a customer, but that started to change over a yr ago when the new owner, Chandler, took over. The biscuits are now often so hard you could play hockey with them...the nice lady at the drive thru told me to order them "soft" to insure that I would get it done right....so yesterday thats how I ordered it...well what we got was too hard to eat. So I called them and explained...the lady on the phone asked if I could come back right away. I told her no, that I was getting my son to school then myself to a doc appnt....she took down my name and told me to come back as soon as I could and that she would replace my order...so....the next morning my son and I stopped by...I went inside this time and I encountered Chandler the owner....I politely told him I was there to get my replacement order....he immediately went on the attack...calling me a liar. I tried to reason with him and he told me verbatim "get the fk out of my restaurant you lying bitch....get out now or Im going to physically remove you" He was vitriol...spitting and cussing and very aggressive ....he actually came around the counter and tried to grab my arm! I couldnt believe he was trying to addault me....I never even once raised my voice to him and some short heavy set lady came out of the kitchen sussing at me and telling Chandler not to touch me. These new owners are mentally unstable to say the very least....So.... Jefferson. GA....go here with caution and just pay for overpriced hockey puck biscuits...but if you complain in the least, be prepared for a crazy confrontation out of these Jerry Springer calibur unprofessional bullies. I have never been treated this way everrrr at any eating establishment.... I hope they go belly up and that no one else gets abused by these heathens like I was. read more

Went here for the first time in along time, ordered two single biscuits and gravy with side of bacon. After nearly $12 dollars and $3 dollar tip, when I got home with my food there was no bacon. The biscuit was good just like I remembered the gravy taste like can gravy..... Also the person behind me ordered scrambled eggs with cheese, chicken with gravy and a CUP of water to drink, it came to $16 bucks, I was really surprised and felt bad for the guy. Definitely different. I moved into the area 2 years ago. Couldn't understand why there was always a line around the gas station and into the road. We tried them once the other day. This place may be the best breakfast in NE Atlanta. Be prepared to stand in line since there are only four tables. Biscuits are homemade right out of the oven. One of the best breakfasts in Georgia, hands down! We found this quaint little place connected to a gas station on the way to an estate sale & stopped in for a bite to eat. SO glad we did because everything was absolutely delicious. The biscuits are homemade & the prices were fair. Everyone seemed to know one another & the staff was so friendly. They even brought us out a sample of their gravies so we could pick which one we wanted on our biscuits (go with the brown y'all - it's from scratch while the white one is not - it's basically like a homemade sausage gravy without the sausage). So glad we stopped! A friend of mine and I were passing through on our way back from our kids cross country meet. I found Linda's kitchen on yelp and noticed all the great reviews. I asked my friend if she wanted to try it. She was game so we followed Google maps to Linda's kitchen. When I noticed it was attached to a gas station I told my friend I completely understand if she wanted to try someplace else. But she noticed the huge line for the drive-through and said, "No way! Looks like the locals know a great breakfast place. Let's try it. " I am so glad we did! I am a grits girl, and the grits were fantastic. My friend is a hashbrowns girl, and she said that the hashbrowns were the best she's ever had in her life. I will warn you though. Seating is VERY limited inside. You may have to take your breakfast to go. But Linda's kitchen is so worth the stop! We'll definitely be back. read more

Been there twice now and I am becoming a fan. The food is just good southern breakfast food. Biscuits are yummy and so is the pan made gravy. The waitress is very nice and knows almost everyone by name and what they usually order. They offer a little bit of everything. Everything from eggs and bacon, to grits and of course their taste biscuits. The only issue I have with the place is the small dinning area. Besides that you will not regret giving them a try. Yes, the place is attached to a gas station but do not let that put you off. Down here in the south you often find great little whole in the wall restaurants attached to gas stations.
