I'm not sure I'm updating or starting a new review on this location. I've randomly gone to over the past 15 years. One girl working tonight, started to get busy, but she did a great job getting each person what they want and everybody was nice. When you're nice to the people making your food, it makes their job easier and and you watch them make your sandwich so there should be no complaints. It amazes me how many people say the sandwich was not what they wanted but you watch them make it! They make it by hand the vegetables are fresh the meat is fresh I stick to the same thing all the time as managing a food bar with 20 different chicken options or meatball would be a nightmare to be able to produce a hot or cold quality product in just minutes. Tonight it was one girl alone with five people in line, I got exactly what I wanted, it is fresh it is good it is huge, and I always tip the person who made my sandwich. Always tip please so we can keep our workforce going anyone deserves a tip, it's these men and women busting their ass to meet company metrics and And the customers needs. I've heard some crazy request that baffled me so know what you want get it it's always good highly recommend.!!! read more

One of the worst subway experiences I've ever had, they were so unfriendly and it was so awkward to order, truly an unpleasant experience. The 2 employees that weren't helping sat in the corner and laughed quietly at me while I ordered. They were also extremely sparing with the meat and toppings to where I had to tell the guy making my sandwich more please 2 or 3 times. I won't be coming back to this location. Guy working here deserves more than five stars on his own. Not sure why the not-as-smiley young gal employee wasn't helping him finish up, dress and wrap the sandwiches (she stepped in and just rang us up at the end), but because we were the only customers in the restaurant, the whole process from ordering to paying was fairly quick, considering this one guy (didn't get his name - SUPER friendly!!) did the entire thing for four of us. The last time I ordered inside this past week, the employee claimed they knew nothing about the app, even though I had a simple yes/no question. Today, my curbside order was with the pickup orders. I parked in the designated spot, hit "I'm here"....nothing. Over the next 5 min I hit it twice more. Called the store. The phone was STILL RINGING when I finally gave up and went inside. 6/11/18 is Subway Sloth Day. Came in at 12:30 and there were 8 people in line. Would be great if the two associates could cut bread and dress the sandwiches in a timely manner. We left, went to publix to pick up some staples, and came back 20 minutes later. The two men that were in the back of the line the first time we came in were still waiting to order. The girl dressing sandwiches had long black hair flying out of her cap. The girl slicing the bread was sawing through it, having a difficult time. Where's the Ateam that I'm used to over there? Update 1 month later: what the heck is the owner thinking? ONE person working (she does a good job all things considered). Higher prices. No mobile app ordering either. I suppose this is because their one employee would be filling those orders and won't be able to address the walk in customers. I don't know how they stay in business really. Dear owner: pay attention, you COULD make a lot more money if you did. Left again, this time I went to Publix across the street where the sandwiches are bigger and a lot better and cheaper. This subway restaurant is usually pretty good. Today, I went into the restaurant at 11:45 AM and they had no lettuce or cheese. I usually order a wrap veggie delight. No way I could order that today with no lettuce. There must be a subway close by who has extra lettuce and cheese or they could've gone to Publix or Kroger to pick up shredded lettuce or cheese as well. Very disappointing! read more

The level of how bad this subway has become is so low it's become laughable. The last three times (in a row!) I have gone there they have been out of Italian Bread (this last time it was 7:45pm on a Saturday evening). They are always out of something - Italian bread, turkey, spinach, cookies... They have one job - to make sandwiches, and can't seem to manage that. On my previous visit they were taking so long people were leaving, and the line was only five people deep. When I walk in I know what I want and if I can't get it I leave. Third times the charm here - I don't think I'll be back. It's a shame because it used to be very well run, and it's extremely convenient to my home. I can't believe how poorly managed this particular location is, and how poorly trained the employees are. read more

This store has one guy making sandwiches while the line gets longer and longer. He doesn't have the correct change to give me, so he asks another employee what to do. This girl comes around the corner licking her fingers, gives me $10 and licks her fingers again after touching the $10 bill. Gag! The last theee time I went there 1 time they were out of coke and the employees did not want to go and change the coke out. Another time out of white bread and twice no roast beef. And a New employees behind the counter with people in line and another employee I guess the manager was sitting in a chair out there playing on her laptop telling the girl what she needed to do. Unfortunately like other's reviews. This location has issues. I went in an hour and a half before closing which shouldn't have been an issue. One employee, not very welcoming. As he's making the sandwich he says they're out of olives, ok not the end of the world. I ask for mayo and am told they're out of that also. Cmon, how is a sub place out of mayo? Surely they had some in dry storage but too lazy to open some and if they were truly out then they aren't ordering right. There's a location a lot closer to my house but was in that area. This subway is always under staffed....and tables are always dirty. However this time it had three people who were supposed to be working and instead two are outside hanging out having fun while there's a line inside. None of the tables were clean...the floor was dirty. I saw one of the employees a girl wearing cargo pants look in twice and never once came in to help. I saw the girl go to the back...look like she was looking for her. This place literally lost 5 customers not including us...while they were hanging out. If I was the franchise owner I would be upset...he needs to see what is going on. read more

A regular place we go. It's clean and the service is good. It is what you would expect for subway food. Nothing wrong with it at all.

This Subway used to be consistent with a friendly staff. For the past year this location always has revolving staff who are very unfriendly, not welcoming and almost look angry to be there. Also, this location always seem to run out of items that have been on Subways menu for years(meatball,turkey). When asked staff about being out of food, their response is owner doesn't order correctly. There is a Publix across the street from this location, better off going there for subs, much friendlier staff and always consistent. read more
