Walked in about 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday (didn't realize until I saw the yellow safety signs) and were greeted warmly and served quickly. This crew clearly knows how to take care of their customers and their store. The food prep areas were clean and the tables too. My 7inch Jersey Shore favorite was delicious. My neice enjoyed her Original Italian too. I think we received a free brownie too which was moist and fudgy. I'll definitely return to this location when craving Jersey Mike's again. Check them out in The Exchange off of Buford Drive. Note: we were so hungry I only snapped a pic before eating my second half

Love it when the sub is not cut all the way and is too soggy from way too much vinegar!

We were excited as heck to have this new location closer to home. Albeit they are brand new, so we didn't expect the service to be perfect - but the two stars was more for the poor quality food than the team making the subs - as the food would have gotten no stars from me... Surprisingly the bread felt rubbery, the turkey was cut too thick and I asked him to make it thinner but it was chewy, tasteless and quite dried out. I had to ask for extra cheese as the pieces he was cutting were so thin, they were splitting. Bread was cut un-evenly, nor was the meat - which was really sparse for sub over $16... As I said I understand they were new - but they seemed like this was the very first time doing this! The nervous girl spread the mayo all over the outside of the bread and over soaked the sub and counter with vinegar - so the bottom of the one with out vinegar got to sopping wet too. So we get home and the subs were not cut all the way through and pulling them apart was a joy due to the over soaked vinegar as well... So almost $60 with a nice tip was not the best way to start off - it was really bad and we will go to one we always goto until they actually get trained and stop selling super SUB-par food!

Good service. Good sandwiches. The staff is friendly and not trying to skimp on the serving size like Subway.

The cashier was extremely friendly and there is the option to order at a self-service kiosk or at the front. It was pretty empty when I went so my food came out really fast. I got the 2 Sliders with Fries. I asked for medium spice level for my chicken, which was good enough for me as it still had a kick but I was still able to eat it. The cashier told me to drizzle Dave's sauce and honey over the slider which was a smart decision! I feel like it added a unique sweet and spicy flavor to my meal that was lacking without the sauces. As for the fries, I asked them to put cheese on it and it tasted pretty average. I also wanted to try their mozzarella sticks that came out recently, but this location ran out. I am not a big fan of hot fried chicken just because I like to taste the seasoning and enjoy my meal without my mouth being on fire. I think it was a bit pricey as well. However, I know that this place is popular so it is worth a try! It just is not my preferred spot for a chicken sandwich.

From the moment you walk in, the aroma of fresh-baked pastries wraps around you like a warm hug, instantly putting your mind at ease. The interior is stunning, bright, modern, and buzzing with the best energy. Even with a packed house of happy customers, the vibe remains sophisticated and welcoming. I spent my wait time snapping photos of the display cases because every single creation looked like a work of art! The staff members are the true stars here; they are incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to ensure every guest has a perfect experience. I couldn't leave without a massive haul. I picked up treats for the entire household and plenty of goodies to enjoy at home later. If you are anywhere near Buford or shopping at the Mall of Georgia, this is your sign to stop in. Touch Of Flavor - Swai, shrimp, and pork chop with candied yams and mac n' cheese

Touch Of Flavor

I'm only writing to give Touch of Flavor their flowers…read more You see, I've been pretty disappointed lately by a number of restaurants calling their fish CATFISH when it is actually Swai (technically known as Basa). It looks extremely similar to American catfish, but it's an entirely different species native to Vietnam. And while its looks may deceive you, its taste will not IF you are a true lover of catfish. So why give Touch of Flavor flowers? Well, they are only one of two restaurants I've encountered that stated upfront their fish is Swai and don't try to fool you into believing you are being served American catfish. I greatly appreciated the forewarning and decided to give their Swai a try anyway. The fish was cooked nicely and seasoned well, but I'm still not a fan because Swai itself lacks flavor and in my opinion tastes watery. But for their honestly I'm rounding my overall rating up. This location is a spin-off sister restaurant to the extremely popular FLAVOR RICH restaurant in Suwanee, GA. I've eaten there a dozen or more times and have never had a bad meal, so this location came with built-in credentials. That being said, I'm not sure if I would return. The mac n' cheese I ordered needed another 10-15 minutes or so in the oven. It was very liquidy, but still good. The candied yams and fried shrimp were also good, but the fried pork chop was just okay. I was told it was amazing, but I didn't find that to be accurate. [ SERVICE / ATMOSPHERE ] They seemed to be a little busy for just two people to manage, but they got the job done. Still it was a longer than expected wait for the food. The interior features a couple of tables that look rather upscale for the location, but who's complaining about that :-) [ FINAL THOUGHTS ] Overall I would rate Touch of Flavor 3.5 stars. While they may be owned or somehow connected to the same people as Flavor Rich, the FLAVOR profile does not hit the same way.

Pick a bag based on the type of sandwich. Mark your type of bread, as well as your toppings. If you want fries, there's a card for that. I picked the black bean patty wrap. The picture on the website actually showed a patty. However, a patty it was not. It was mashed together almost like a spread. No issues, just not what I expected. also not sure if that's because I picked a wrap verses a sandwich. I requested it to be hot and selected a bunch of toppings (see pic). It's was really good! When I first introduced him to the restaurant, I got the Wicked, their signature 5-meat sandwich. It was spectacular! I forgot that can choose all the toppings you want so I loaded it up with my favorite ingredients. The second time we went, I got the Cuban sandwich. It tasted exactly how it would at an authentic Cuban restaurant. The only downside is they don't have a good variety of drinks in their drink machine. I settled on getting Starry since they didn't have Sprite. Another thing was that we had to wipe the table and chairs down ourselves before we could sit to eat. I'll probably get it to go next time but I can't wait to try the rest of their menu.

I'm always down for Cuban food, and I've been hoping for new options in the Buford area. The experience was overall positive. I was pleased to see some attention had been paid to the environment. The lighting was ideal, the interior color scheme is sleek and modern but inviting. They also have open air seating to the side of the main floor. Booths are spacious, but they also have hi-tops. They provide complimentary basket of toasted bread dusted with spices and a bright and peppery green sauce. Tasty, with what I'd consider to be moderate level of heat. I ordered the Croquetas de Jamon, which is a plate of four ham croquettes with Romesco sauce, which is a semi-sweet puree usually made from red pepper, tomato, herbs, nuts, etc. Served on an appealing ceramic platter with a garnish of what looked like sprigs of fresh thyme. They arrived crisp, but not too hot. Great combination of flavors. My entree was Lomo de Cerdo a la Parilla. Two citrus-marinated grilled pork chops topped with chimichurri and served with rice, black beans, and fried plantains. The pork was on the well done side, but tender and flavorful. The sauce was fresh and savory with an herby undertone. Plantains were just past firm, still had some satisfying toothsomeness with that great caramelization that gives that unique almost honey like flavor, a great contrast for the spices on the pork. The black beans were perfectly tender and a bit smoky. The rice was also cooked exactly right. I'd go with yellow over white every time. My entree was from the lunch menu. Good pricing for that item, and a satisfying portion for the money. The main menu I noticed had more expensive fare. Many traditional Cuban dishes, and I'm looking forward to going back again to work my way through the selections. We went early in the lunch "hour" so it wasn't too crowded - but it deserves a lot more attention. Definitely returning. One and only one negative: The interior had a pronounced chemical fragrance. I noticed that the plastic menus were at least one source for this smell. My hand actually kept that aroma after handling the menus. It was somewhat distracting, and quite unfortunate for a style of food known for spices and aromas. I'd advise someone in charge to see about minimizing or mitigating that.
