This place is filthy! Not one table was clean to sit at. Even the tray that the food was delivered on was dirty. I questioned pricing on an item. The guy said he'd get back to us because he could r answer on his own and he never came back. While we were there two other orders were delivered wrong and the staff gives the impression that they could care less! Awful!! read more

One day I noticed the large cup of water I was given was kind of brown. I took it home, and let the cup sit on my shelf for a week. The cup of water started growing mold after a week because of how dirty the water was. I ordered 2 large waters last night to see if anything changed with their water situation. Both waters were tinted red. Please clean the drink machines! read more

Came and ordered 3 reg meals just for the collector cups. They gave me the food and didn't even say anything about the cups. I had to ask 3 different people to finally speak with a manager that said that that deal was over when it just came out last week. Then she said they were sold out and that the cups cost nothing anyway. It cost me 3 regular meals I otherwise wouldn't have gotten so yeah it did cost me. And on top of that they didn't even give me a voucher or anything so that I could come back when they do have the cups again and get em. Either they really ran out or they are keeping the cups for themselves. Something doesn't add up. I'm never going to this location again. There is always some issue here. read more

How is this rated more than 1 star? I eat here occasionally and when I do I'm reminded of why I don't eat here more often. It's consistently bad. The service is slow. The food is cold. I wish I could award no stars to this McD's. I have never been to a restaurant that gets their orders 100% wrong all the time. The only reason I frequent this location is because it is near my home. I have vowed never to eat here again. The last time I ate there, I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger meal. I was running late to work (graveyard shift) and I didn't look to make sure the meal was right. That is on me. When I got to work and opened the bag to eat, I noticed that there was no fries and that the Mushroom Swiss burger wasn't even beef. They threw a chicken patty on a bun and put the mushrooms, swiss and onion straws on it. To top of all off, the chicken was still pink. Needless to say, I did not eat until end of shift. This is completely the fault of the owner and managers of the restaurant to have let it get this far out of hand that a customer actually feels compelled to complain and let the world know how unhappy he is. I seriously believe that the owner had no business being a restauranteer if you have let your business decline this much. read more

I had a sweet tooth and ordered a peach cream pie! $1.48 The PEACH CREAM PIE came in a APPLE PIE box and it WAS ICED COLD!! I asked if it was heated and THE MANAGER FOR THE NIGHT (no name tag)( long black pontail) Told me it was heated! Went through the drive thru for a sugar free vanilla iced coffee. No problems. They had to take my phone all the way to the back to another register to enter my rewards code, but it was fine. Sorry to hear this location has a 1.5 star average, but my experience was pretty standard - nothing bad. Was happy to see this location was a 24/7 operation and that it had a Playplace for the kids. I haven't seen one in awhile, but they've got the slide and everything. I'd take my chances and come back to this location again if I'm in the area. read more

Well, it IS McDonalds, and one located directly on a busy highway exit, so one can't set his or her expectations too high. The parking lot is a twirly, tight mess, so much so that I have no interest in returning to this location. Stopped in for breakfast and the young dude behind the counter ignored us until I issued a polite ahem in his direction. Despite responding that we'd be dining in, we were given a brown bag that already had greasy fingerprints polka-dotted across it. The contents inside were warm and delicious, so yay for tasty food. We sat in the playground area and while it was a little on the warm side, I liked the splashy and simple art, the smart table that was kid-sized seating on one side, and adult height on the other, and the friendly gent who continually monitored the area for cleanliness. read more

I have made multiple visits to this McDonald's and every, single trip is an extreme disappointment. I have been given unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea so many times that I absolutely have to open the straws and taste every single sweet tea ordered just to make sure all of the drinks are right before pulling off from the store. When I went there for breakfast a few times, I received extremely watered down orange juices. There are constantly things missing from my orders. There is a drive-thru worker that can not count correctly and is constantly giving me the wrong change back. I paid a visit to this McDonald's tonight and spent over 40 minutes in the drive-thru line. Each car in front of me spent no less than 10 minutes at the window just waiting to pay. They are clueless what they are doing. We told the girl we wanted 2 of the 2.29 specials....2 Sausage McMuffins and 2 hashbrowns. The girl rang up 2 sausage McMuffins with egg at the full price plus the 2 hashbrowns. We told her we DID NOT want egg so she said she'd fix it. Go to pay for it and boom, they charged us for the McMuffins with egg. When we got the receipt, we saw it was wrong. Told the girl we needed them WITHOUT egg and wanted our refund. She didn't know what she was doing so got the manager. So, the manager charged another 2.43 then, she credited us for 3.49. We paid 6.13 for two 2.29 items. I know it's not a huge difference but it pretty bad when the manager is also clueless as to what she is doing. read more

I normally go to this location but, during the day and never have a problem. Tonight my son and I were craving ice cream and a shake. Unfortunately the lines was very long in the drive through but we were willing to wait. We ordered a shake and McFlurry (I had my fingers crossed the machine wasn't broken down as it is notorious for at this location) I ordered no problem, paid and got to the second window and the girl said we can't give you what you ordered our machine is down at 12:00am. I placed my order and paid before 12:00 so I wasn't sure what she was talking about. She grabbed the manager and I still didn't understand her (does the machine go to sleep?) She very rudely asked if I wanted something else or my money back. When I said I'd rather have my money back bc that's the only thing we wanted she told me to drive up and wait for my cash. Waited another 5 mins of my already waisted time. Didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. It's really sad that people don't have common decency anymore. read more

What can one say, it's McDonald's so you know what you're gonna get. I've never had a problem at this location. Went tonight kind of late, and while talking to the guy in the drive thru, who's always been cool to me. We were discussing hours and he proceeded to tell me the daily hours. They were definitely not 24/7. I said I thought they were 24/7 and he said they haven't been for over a year. Now if that's true then they have had more than enough time to correct this on their Yelp site and the google because they both say they're 24/7. So keep this in mind if you go late and they're closed. Makes me wonder if other locations that claim this actually are. read more

McDonald's please do better with the way you prep food. The line we waited in drive-thru was over 20 minutes. You would think by the time we got to the second window to pick up our food, our fries and food would be nice and warm, but oh no, not the case. Our fries were room temp and the nuggets were warm. I tried to leave at the 8 minute mark but was boxed in with other cars waiting. Got to the window and was rudely told that " sorry we can't make your order " I asked to speak to the manager and a young African American women came to the window with an attitude, she was clearly having a bad day and asked " what ?" I said I have been waiting over 10 minutes for my order and I'm being told you aren't able to make it. I normally do not come to this McDonalds because I usually don't have good experiences. Tonight I stopped to get my son something to eat. I sat at the speaker for 3 minutes without anyone saying anything. Someone should have said I'll be right with you or something. When the girl finally said something she was absolutely rude. She was mumbling a bit so I couldn't understand some things and answered the wrong question and she yelled at me. It took everything in me to remain nice because I understand that I don't know what people are going through. Her entire interaction with me was super rude. I understand that there's a shortage of people during this pandemic but if you are asking us to be nice to the workers who showed up via the signs on your window, then customers should get that same courtesy. That should be explained to the girl (she is African American) that was working the drive through speaker from the front of the restaurant on 01/12/2022 at 10:50pm. Pull it together! read more

Don't ever stop here. They don't deserve our business. There has not been a time when the food was not subpar or the service too slow. Sometimes the bread is too hard, the drinks don't have enough syrup or too much carbon, the fries are rarely pipping hot, they are usually the small hard ones. Breakfast sandwiches are not good. I know McD is just McD, but we refuse to go to this one UNLESS we are really thirsty, don't want to get out of our car and spend $1 for a drink and take that chance. read more

Never coming back. All I asked for was a cookie tote and for it to be fresh. Which they usually are. I get a bag of cookies and they are all cold and hard. I asked for them to be cooked fresh and first I was offered to get them warmed up when I declined I saw the employee through the drive thru window waving her hands. The staff are friendly. My main issue with this particular branch is the food quality. I really do not like "cold" fries. I went on New Year's Eve and was given cold fries and many times they didn't listen carefully and messed up our "customized" order. My son loves their Happy Meal. But couple times, I've said it's for a boy and he ended up with a girl toy, lol. :( My son was so disappointed when he found the toy. The playground instead is huge and it's fun. for the most part, it's okay, nothing extraordinary about it. read more

My family and I visit this McDonald's occasionally for breakfast on Saturdays. Although it's the closest one to our house, unfortunately it is one of the worst McDonald's we have been to. One employee in particular, who is an older gentleman, tends to irk us most of the time. He comes over to our table (along with everyone else's) and tells us not to worry about throwing away our trash because he will do it for us. He tells us just to leave our trash on the table. Don't get me wrong - this is super sweet and kind of him. The thing that bothers us, however, is the fact that he SPITS when he talks. When he comes over to our table to tell us to leave our trash, his SPIT tends to spray everywhere. So whenever we see him walking over, we quickly try to cover up our food. Ugh. When I went this afternoon for a vanilla iced latte, service was SUUUUUPER sloooooooow. Wow. There seemed to be plenty of staff in the back, but it looked as if one cashier in particular kept messing up the orders. So I had to wait about 10 minutes for my coffee. Others who were also waiting for their food and drinks seemed very confused and bothered by the speed and accuracy of the service here. Overall, this McDonald's gets 2 stars for their slow, and at times, annoying service. Customers had left their trash at several tables, so my friend actually threw someone else's trash away so that we could sit. I guess that older gentleman only works in the morning, and no one else seemed to be cleaning up after he leaves. I have been stopping at this McDonalds for years on my way to Alabama and back. Nothing really special until today. I ordered two sausage mcmuffin with eggs for the kids. After starting back up I85 N I realized we had ham instead of sausage. I googled their number and spoke with the manager. She told if I couldn't come back to stop at the next McDonalds 3 exits up and she would have them to have my sandwiches waiting. Now I know most would say they deserve bad marks for screwing up the order, and not having a receipt in the bag with a contact number, BUT... I was IMPRESSED with the way the manager handled the error. She apologized profusely and thought outside of the box to solve my problem. THAT will get me to continue stopping there. Horrible service. Horrible quality. Slow service that is usually incorrect. Most love cations start lunch at 10:30 am. I called corporate, they said it depends on the franchise owner. Ok. With that being said, the manager on duty told me it is 11 on the weekend days and she had been working there for over 10 years and I did not know what I was talking about. I used to manage McDonald"'s restaurants. If you have worked there for over 10 years, you should be well informed of facts! Nature of your job as well as tact when it comes to customer service.
