I live about 45 minutes away from this location, but have stopped in a few times because my daughter has a late extracurricular activity close by, so we have stopped in to get food on our way home since I don't have time to cook dinner those nights. Each time, the food was just "okay" but we came back because it was quick and convenient. My experience this past time though will be my last though. My children and I were the only customers in the building around 7:30 on a Thursday evening. We walked in and my 8-year-old ordered his own sandwich, an adult size sandwich on wheat bread with only meat and cheese and nothing else. I made a joke with the cashier about how it would be the easiest sandwich they made all day. I went on to order three more combo meals to the tune of about $40. After getting my order to-go, we drove all the way home and opened the bag to find that my son's sandwich was made with every topping they had including onions, spicy mustard, mayo, etc. My son was so disappointed. There was so much on the sandwich that there was no way he could even scrape off what he didn't want. I called and politely told the girl that answered the phone that they had made a mistake and added all the toppings to my son's sandwich. I asked if there was a way to refund or credit me for the one incorrect sandwich. I was told that their policy is that you have to return to the store and bring the sandwich if you want a refund or credit. I explained that I was 45 minutes away and that it would be very inconvenient for me to return. I also reminded her of the order, as it was a memorable order that could clearly be identified as a mistake if they would check with the staff working. Regardless, the girl told me that it was their policy and she could not do anything to help me unless I drove all the way back. In the end, they took no responsibility for the mistake, did not apologize, and would not correct their mistake unless I drove all the way back. I felt as if they thought I wasn't being truthful. So, I paid for something that wasn't what we ordered, and had to make a late dinner for my son anyway. read more

All these bad reviews aren't true. I come here almost every week and they always greet and talk to me. I feel welcomed. There turkey bacon ranch sandwich is to die for (the only thing I get now). The manager is extremely nice. Everyone has those kind of bad days tho so you can't really blame her. I have recommended this place to my friends. They also know my name! Haven't been coming here for long and they already know what I want to order and my name!!! Will definitely be going here for a while. I was extremely disappointed with my encounter at this location. I called in to place a pick up order, I was told the orders were backed up and my wait was 20 minutes. Not even 15 minutes after I placed my order I got seven back to back calls from the manager, who proceeded to be rude to me, asking when I was coming to pick up my food. Totally uncalled for. On top of that, when I picked up my order I expressed my dislike for the way I had been spoken to. I like their selection of hot subs especially the cheese BBQ brisket. This location is fairly new so it's clean and in a fairly quiet area. What's interesting is they have a counter full of hot sauces of different flavors and levels of hotness. Will b back. read more

Went there for dinner tonite, had to tell the cashier 3 times I wanted a BLT on white, with mayo, cheese, salt n pepper. She brings me a turkey bacon. I gave it back and told her another 3 times my sandwich is a BLT on white w mayo, cheese, salt n pepper. So 6 times total I had to tell her. She finally got it right. Didnt apologize, none of the workers did. This is the type of shit you see at the mall with young teens who have no work ethic. They bitch because they dont make enough money but dont put forth the effort to earn it. This was a disappointing visit. Prolly will not go back there for awhile. Too bad. read more

This is the WORST firehouse subs place. Too bad is so close to where we live. First I ppace an order online then I shownup 15-20 minites later for pickup and they have not even started working on the sub. I love Firehouse Subs. The food is fantastic (far superior to the subs at another well-known chain). My favorite sandwich is the Hook and Ladder, which is a hot turkey, ham and cheese sub. Get it done all the way with lettuce, mayo, tomato, and onion. I prefer takeout at this location though, because the dining area, drink station, and restrooms are not super clean. It's kind of a restaurant pet peeve of mine to have to wipe down your own table and chairs to remove the sticky and crumbs before you sit down. The employees here are pleasant though, and the service was prompt. You can even order online or with the firehouse subs app, and your food will be ready to pick up and go. read more

I like this place place a lot. Always good, friendly wherever the location. Today there was a millennial Working the register with the worst attitude I have ever run into. Not friendly AT ALL. Just the opposite. Would not listen while I was trying to order. Talked over me and was basically completely disengaged. Usually there is a greeting when a person enters. The 20-30 min I was here about 4 people came in and received no greeting. Who are these kids? How do they expect to make it when mommy and daddy stop paying the bills. Even then, I've seen kids who are struggling to pay rent but still don't go to work on time. When then do arrive they stand around and do nothing unless you tell them exactly what to do every day, all day. I don't know the kids name that took my order but he was wearing a cheap looking brass cross over his dirty, wrinkled shirt. No name tag either. Everyone else was wearing a tag. These kids need a wake up call! Young managers are afraid to speak up because they want to be friends with everyone. I'm tired of these idiots who say we have to adjust our whole style of management to cater to these lazy kids who could care less about anything but the paycheck. We don't need to adjust our management style, they need to adjust their attitude. It states with the parents. For instance, my neighbor has 3 boys that don't any chores at all.
