This was my worst Starbucks experience to date. The person taking my order repeatedly rushed me, even though I was ordering at a normal pace. Their tone was dry and unwelcoming, and the same attitude continued when I reached the window. The employee, who appeared to be male and was wearing noticeable makeup, also seemed disengaged throughout the interaction. After receiving my order, I asked to speak with a manager and explained what happened. She apologized, but her reaction did not seem surprised. When I asked whether this was the first complaint about that employee, she said it was the first one today and mentioned they might be frustrated because only three employees were working. I later checked the reviews for this location and saw that rudeness seems to be a recurring issue. For a franchise as expensive as Starbucks, I would not expect this level of service. read more

This is my go to place closer to home for coffee and it has the vibes! People love sitting, sipping and conversing here. The staff is great too. They know their customers' names as well as our usual beverages. The only negative for this location is the parking situation. Needs more, but space is limited. Still visit daily though. The morning after every long day, time and time again Starbucks has been known to rejuvenate its customers! This particular one is not a representation of the Starbucks brand. The establishment was definitely very dirty, and I honestly was appalled. The countertop, the tables, the bathroom, and the floors were just very distasteful and I almost didn't want to order. Starbucks is literally a place where consumers come to work, study, or even relax and it just didn't feel comfortable in there. There's was such a lack of everything on the menu. I got nothing that I originally went in for. This is what you get when you order a nitro cold brew. You get 50% foam. I don't know who's pouring these drinks, but they need to look up a YouTube video how to pour correctly. This location is usually a hit or miss. Mostly a miss when it comes to the taste of my drinks. I typically don't come here but when I do I am usually disappointed. My go to drinks are usually a caramel brûlée latte or one of the limited edition lattes of the season. My drink typically comes out not warm enough or not flavorful enough. I will say that I've had no issues with ordering food - egg white bites are usually my go to food item. If you come here just keep in mind that there's a chance that you might not get the taste that you're used to in a Starbucks drink. read more

I've only visited this Starbucks location once and it was a pretty good experience. I came at night time and there was no one in the drive thru. But any time I have passed this Starbucks in the day time, it has been packed! Like the line has been wrapped around the building. The Service: The service I received was good while I was in the drive thru. The Drink: I ordered a Mocha Frappuccino with Almond Milk. It was good. I order a pink drink with peach juice and vanilla sweet cream cold foam. It is delicious and I recommend! Sometimes they don't have peach juice sadly or are out of stock but that's the way it goes. The workers are kind. I haven't gone inside in a few years but it's relaxing and a good place to study. read more

I have given this location so many chances they never the times I have gone make my coffee right Just this morning I got an oat milk shaken expresó I specifically asked for it not to be mixed ( shaken) I want it to be layered. Just to try if this time they made it Ike in other or similar to other locations..... NO they did even make it how I asked and I also paid extra for the cold foam and it was not added. I sometimes ask for caramel macchiato same thing . I sometimes had over ahead yet my order is not found. Mind you the line is over 10 mins most time. Its wrap all around. The menu most of the times they are out of certain things for long periods of time. Not sure if this location has a bunch of new baristas but, I've received watered down ventilator Caramel venti Machiatos for a month now. Just had my drink remade twice, and the only thing giving it flavor are the extra syrup pumps I requested. What is going on there. May go somewhere else from now on. These coffee drinks are way too expensive for this. Need you all to get it together. Maybe redo Baristas school or something. Taste like you have a bunch of people just throwing drinks together with no training. One thing I will say about this location, is that it is always extremely busy, drive thru always wrapped around the building. I went to this location on a random Wednesday night, and it was packed with people on the inside. For one thing, the employees at this Starbucks still wear masks which I understand Covid and maybe it's a requirement of Starbucks employees but unfortunately you can't hear half of what they're saying to you. It was extremely distracting & annoying. My friend and I stopped in there and we got two drinks and a cake pop. The cake pop came out right away, which was great but we waited a good 20 to 25 minutes for our drinks. And I get it that they were very busy, but that was a bit extreme. Great location. Lots of space and outlets. Very quiet and my drink was delicious. I had the iced pumpkin spice latte with whipped cream. I would definitely recommend this drink. Tasty but not too sweet. The staff were very friendly and patient because I never know what I want when I get to the cashier but that did not bother them. This location has lots of seating if you need to come here for meeting to study or to catch up with a friend. The parking here is terrible they don't have many spaces so I had to park at the restaurant next-door just come early so that you can get a spot as they will fill up very quickly. read more

So here's my problem with this location. Starbucks is POPULAR, in most other cities you can't go 2 blocks without running into a Starbucks however that's not the case in Snellville. This is the ONLY freestanding location (meaning I'm not talking about the ones in Target or Kroger). So, because this is the only location with a drive thru in this town oh and there's a global pandemic going on.... It's always packed!! Drive thru always busy and walk in almost as bad. The place is always staffed with many people- yes I'm there that much. The issue isn't staff as they have always been sweet to me when I go there. The issue is there the only location in town. This is hands down one of the worst Starbucks locations I've visited on the east coast. Prepare to park and cut your car off in this drive through. The wait times are unreasonably long, and in the years I've been traveling to Snellville, this has been a persistent issue at least for three years. You'd think corporate would step in to assess this location because it is certainly a unique problem in contrast to other locations. And to top off the long wait times, the food has always been lukewarm. You're probably better off going across the street to the Starbucks inside the Target. The manager who answered the phone informed me that the mobile order I had been waiting for couldn't be fulfilled because they were short staffed and were only servicing the drive thru. He hung up on me and then when I called back he came out to say the same thing. Instead of just asking my name and bringing the coffee he kept on being condescending and rude and then when I asked for a refund he said he would check to see if my order had been made. He came right back with it. I completely understand it's a pandemic the holidays and over all staffing issues. I don't understand the way he handled himself. I have done a coffee run several times this month since we have no kitchen access due tonrenmovations. I don't mobile order from home and hit "order" right as I pull into the line. By the time I get to the attendant who is taking orders they have received my mobile order and are working on it. My the time I get to the window to pay the order is ready. Every time!
