I have to agree with the reviews on this one! This Starbucks is located inside of target and they don't even bother to care that their service is terrible. I walked up to the counter and the young ladies were just having a grand time conversing with each other. No one greeted me they just kept going on and on. One of them finally said hello and I then proceeded with my order. She was laughing so hard she forgot to ring up my son's apple juice which pissed me off because we have multiple orders now for no reason. Then they continued talking, never gave me the second receipt, and didn't give me any napkins. I think it's pretty clear that I'm not coming back to this location. read more

HORRIBLE costumer service! This Starbucks is located inside Target, and they literally took almost 15 min for a caramel Frappuccino. The store wasn't as busy, and they kept talking to each other instead of finishing orders. Once I got my drink, it tasted nothing like caramel, so when I told them about it they had an attitude and even told me they were going to have to throw away the one that didn't taste right. Were you trying to make me feel bad? well it's not my fault you're not doing your job right. Smh. ESPAÑOL ¡HORRIBLE servicio al cliente! Scenic hwy starbucks Manager Rasul Brazeil is super rude .we ordered a sandwich, got stuck in traffic on scenic highway tasted it.it was gross.This manager was rude in the beginnning and also when we brought it back., it tasted old this was 6 pm and it was old and hard He yelled at me I'm 73 years old white but of course he's not. To be honest I usually avoid this Starbucks if I can help it because the coffee has been kind of bad a few times and the service has often been just.... I don't know, weird? off? unfocused? But the person working today just went above and beyond. She was clearly service focused, and asked me if I wanted to sample the new coffee, etc. She was a great communicator and so helpful. Very disappointed. I stop by Starbucks daily. Not this one but several different ones. I decided to try this one on my way home. As always, I ordered a Strawberry Smoothie. I order this so much that I know what the consistency should be. Received my smoothie and it was very runny and thin. It had the same consistency as straight milk. It wasn't thick at all. This was a huge let down. It was as if someone went overboard on the milk. For someone like me who counts calories, it is imperative that the mixing is done based off the guidelines so that I can be sure of my intake. Needless to say, I won't return. In addition, I had just downloaded the Starbucks app and wasn't familiar with its use. When I arrived at the window to attempt to use it, I was told that a gift card needed to be attached. I thought that was odd so I asked again to make sure I heard correctly. When I pulled off, I checked the app only to see that I could've added my debit/credit card. It's a Starbucks, so you know what your going to getting. This location is a medium sized one but with a lot of outdoor seating. It does have a drive-thru. For those who like to access their coffee in by an ambulatory (word of the day used!) entrances be warned, the Starbucks is right across from a Hooters and there's not a whole lot of space between the two locations. Honestly whoever planed this strip mall must not have had much experience. Overall a good experience. read more

Worst experience ever this morning I was treated beyond horrible. I waited over 10 mins for a butter croissant while guest behind were being served. Don't come here often but when we are shopping in target you would think how convenient I can grab a cup of joe before I shop. Yep not this place. Service takes a while and we went today to a greeting of "just to let you know we only have hot and ice coffee and teas...yes we don't have anything else. " Not only does the service here suck but they don't even have the products Starbucks are known for. Everything you would expect from Starbucks you won't get here. Slowest drive through ever. I have been in line for over 20 minutes. Often times my drink is messed up or cold before I get it. I would park instead of sitting in the line but they only have 5 parking spaces. read more

I visited this location this morning and the barista actually argued with me in regards to what I had to order to keep there inventory correct. I was under the impression they are suppose to make your drink exactly as you ask, not how Starbucks the corporation wants me to order my own beverage.
