I would rate it a zero, but that option is not available. Management and staff at this location are less than competent. It took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru (we were the 6th car in line). Our order was a simple 2 frosty and 2 fries order. For context and comparison, Chick Fila would of had the same line in and out in 6 minutes. When we finally made it to the drive thru window, they handed us the frosty's first (not the correct order when food and ice cream is involved). Also, we were asked to pull forward and wait longer for the fries. Eight more minutes there. Wife finally went inside to get them and they told her in no uncertain terms "sorry, we forgot". They were all standing around texting and chatting with no regard to other human beings. This is a repetative event at this location. Combined IQ between all of them, probably around 100. This site is about as sorry as it gets. True lack of customer service and true lack of professionalism. Bad mangement leads to bad employees. read more

Haven't been here in 6 months or longer. I've read rave reviews about the Power Mediterranean Salad so I thought I'd give it a try. Just leaving the gym and I'm hungry:) I ordered the full size 480 calories :) Full of good protein and the right amount of carbs. This salad was delicious! The quinoa, tomatoes, feta cheese, and chic peas - Oh my! The chicken is lightly grilled and very tender. I don't know if this is a seasonal salad or a permanent selection hopefully it's a permanent selection. Total cost plus tax $6.99 and this is the full size . Well worth the price! Sat in the drive thru 15 minutes. The car in front of me got tired of waiting and drove off. I get to the speaker to order my food. No greeting. I said "hello". Someone responded to wait a moment. I waited 3 minutes and then said "hello" two times, no response. I drove around to see what the heck was going on. The drive-thru window was open and employees were just standing around. A young lady stepped to the window and asked if I had ordered something. I told her what happened. She went and got another employee. Another young lady with lime green hair came to the window and said they are currently doing a shift change and it will take a few minutes and that's why they weren't taking orders at the time. At the very least they could have done was when the customer got to the speaker to order their food say "Hey we are currently doing a shift change. It's going to take X amount time. Sorry for the wait" and keep checking in periodically if needed. Let folks know what's going on. Please do better Wendy's. read more

Wendy's is usually great food. Today's visit the food was freshly made but everything else was OFF. The restaurant wasn't clean. I didn't bother to go check the bathrooms. There was all kinds of trash on the floor, crumbs on some tables, melted ice near the beverage machine, sticky floors and one of the ketchup dispensers didn't have hardly any ketchup. Most of the beverage selections was non existent. When I finally found a selection that had the drink I wanted it was like there was no syrup in it. I feel like this location is going down. I used to come in here all the time and it was clean and well stocked. Not tonight. Maybe because it was a Friday the staff was busy but today's condition of the store makes me think twice about coming back. If I do come back I think it will be a long while. I placed an order through the drive thru. Total $42.35. Half of my order was missing. Called the store and they would not refund and expected me to come back to the store to remedy the situation. I am absolutely unwilling to do that. The young lady called the GM Carlos - this was the worst part of my experience. No apology. Wendys on ST Rd 124, near Annistown Rd is terrible. Most of the time and in the evenings a customer cannot get chili...they are always out. Also the last time we were able to get chili, it was like soup with not much meat or beans ...substance to it. Their customer service is not good. They make you wait at the outside ordering speaker for a long time and I was the only one in line. They sometimes take one customer at a time so you are sitting waiting in your car burning gas mind you, for long periods of time. Understandably you want to go home however I'm doing my job just as much as anyone else. I hope management could atleast have the courtesy to acknowledge a simple mistake. I came through the drive thru on 01/24/2023 at around 3:40. The drive thru line moved very quickly, the person who took my order was very polite, when I arrived to the window the person there was also very polite and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious which is rare among fast food these days. My whole experience was atypical of a fast food experience, and the employees here obviously take pride in themselves and their work. I took my time to write this review in hopes that management and corporate will take note of this restaurant and will apply it to other Wendy's. At the end of the day as a customer, all we want is good food and a friendly interaction in which this store excels at. read more

My husband recently downloaded the Wendy's app and received a virtual coupon for a BOGO free Spicy Chicken sandwich. However, when he attempted to redeem the reward, not only were the 3 employees unfamiliar with the virtual coupon offering and how to apply it to one's order, but they were unaware that Wendy's has an app!! Needless to say, he was unable to use the coupon and I guess I can't be surprised considering that this location has a 1.5 Yelp rating! On top of all that, they put onions on one of the chicken sandwiches. Since when does a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's come with onions? My husband certainly didn't ask for them - he doesn't like them! Can we say... training opportunity?! Wendy's is known for staying open until 1 am or later. For some reason I pull up to order drive-thru service and they're closed. They placed a sign on the speaker saying "Sorry, we closed at 10". I've been to this Wendy's 3 times: 1st, asked for extra blue cheese and didn't get it, 2nd I asked for a loaded baked potato with extra sour cream, got a plain potato with 1 sour cream, and now this. Honestly, I love Wendy's (since childhood) and you can't mess up their burgers, but people that work in fast food have become more depressing by the year. I waited in line at Wendy's from 11:38 PM it was not served until almost an hour later. The drive up box that you order through was either shut off or not working and when we got to the window we were told by someone who would appear to be a manager in a black shirt, that they're almost out of everything. It was disturbing to hear that the district manager had come in and run this location into the ground. According to the manager at the window they had no soda they were almost out of every single thing because the district manager had come in and destroyed that location. Perhaps they should shut the location down if it is no longer able to support customers. They are always out of sweet tea and whenever they do have it, its watered down water advertised as sweet tea! Fries are never seasoned and even the Soda machines don't taste like they are supposed to! Burgers and salads are just thrown together not sold or prepared like advertised! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BALLS!!!!! I pull up to the window the girl just held her hand out took my money and started making the drinks, no "hello, how u doin" no repeat of my total, NOTHING! Then another girl hands me the bags with my food, no "hello", didnt ask what sauce I wanted or NOTHING!!
