So since I have been seeing the Zensational salad commercial I have been getting this salad! This salad is Asian inspired with an egg roll and everything! I usually just go through the drive thru haven't been inside this Zaxby's but I'm sure it looks like all the other ones. Every time I come here I have no problem with service or my food order. It's plenty of parking but again it's convenient for me to go the drive thru route. Anyhoo my favorite salad is the Cobb salad when the Zensantional salad goes away because it's usually seasonal but the young lady at the drive thru window told me they were keeping it permanently!! If I was able to give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. The restaurant closes in 30 minutes however they are "unable to toss the tenders and only have #'s 1, 2, and 5 available to order. I asked for an extra sauce because 1 sauce packet is not equivalent to my tenders being tossed. The workers had a terrible attitude and did not work in a timely manner. When I'm in the area I'll remember to avoid this location at all costs. read more

This location has definitely gone down as far as customer service. Customer service is down overall with the younger people being rude and disrespectful. Pulled up in drive through about 8:30 PM on 1/27/2024. One car at the ordering sign and two cars in line overall waiting for their order. The car ordering was there about 10 min and looked to not be talking with the order taker. Finally the car sped off and we pulled up just wanting ONE salad. After 3-4 minutes the speaker said "one minute". Seven to 10 min later I said "Hello" and they came on with a quick "one Minute". 7 min later I pulled around where the same two cars were waiting and the employees looked to be in a conversation looking toward the back of the food area. The young lady, opened the window..somewhat frustratingly and said "yes, can I help you?" I asked were they still open. She said " Yes, I said one minute, we are trying to get fresh food. Don't know what you want ME to do, either you can wait or pull off" I asked for the manager and she said "Yes, I can get her" and slammed window shut. Young lady manager, says "How can I help you", in a much more friendly tone. I just asked her name and said that's all I need. She politely said "Ok, thanks." It seemed as if the Manager was genuinely trying to get orders moving, but the ATTITUDES her staff gave off was very commonly what is now to be expected anywhere that is NOT Chik-Fila. Zaxby's has the best sweet & spicy sauce. I always order the Cobb salad with ranch dressing and a side order of sweet & spicy sauce. Mixed with the ranch dressing is delicious. A co worker told me about it and I've been hooked. The staff are super friendly and they're quick. The lines are long but it's fresh hot food. I did say "hot" as some Zaxby's I've visited the fries were cold. The orders are correct and if they're not they gladly correct it. The Cobb salad would cost about $7. The parking lot is a little tricky. The entrance is shared with a storage facility so you have to be careful pulling in and out because the customers do not pay attention as they're leaving the storage facility. For the most part there is plenty of parking and it's well lit at night. read more

food was good & looked good. restaurant has improved a lot since then of these crappy reviews in my experience but, the tables were dirty. i wouldn't say it's bad service, they all seemed to be teenagers but they didn't make my food bad. they messed around a little tho i wouldn't say its professional but it doesn't matter imo im just here for the food I would say just pick up ur food & go cause most of the tables weren't clean. and my fruit punch tasted a lil sugary than usual then when I get it typically anywhere else at restaurants. other than that it was decent & not bad overall. Im not sure why they haven't gotten a better rating?! This place is great! For a fast food chain, its better than most I have tried. We had the chicken finger sandwich sooo goood... the buffalo boneless wings and the classic chicken sandwich. If I had to choose I recommend the chicken finger sandwich, a little spicy and tangy. I ordered at 9:09 pm 3/31 once i arrived to my destination like any normal person i ate only to get half way thru and because the skin pulled out i was able to tell my food wasn't properly cooked it's raw and i threw up shortly after eating.. once i got back to the restaurant i told the lady at the window " i was just here not to long ago i received food poisoning due to my order not being fully cooked .. her response was " we closed you can't get so refund til tomorrow morning " i then asked to speak to the manager for the second time and when she arrived at the window and i again stated what the issue was her response was " so what's the issue, look we closed you gone have to wait til tomorrow " as she slammed the window rolling eyes.. there was no compassion at all. read more

Yuck. This restaurant was dirty, and from what I saw of the kitchen, I'm glad that I was only there to purchase a gift card for a friend. The staff ignored me for about 5 minutes, and then stared at me with a "what the hell do you want" face, so I assumed that was my cue to approach the counter. I asked for a gift card, and the clerk shouted "hey, y'all, we got gift cards?" There was a sign directly behind her that said "Gift Cards Available," but I know that reading is hard, so I patiently awaited a reply from the kitchen. First time at this location, and I am very impressed. The young lady at the register (Ms. Keyshawn) was very professional and pleasant. The kitchen staff was on point with the orders coming to them. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. I've been to several location and found that some play music and at times can be too loud. But! Here they have a nice size television for you to enjoy while eating your food. I can say if I'm ever in this area again I will return. Hopefully Ms. Keyshawn will serve me again with her pleasant hospitality. This is updated on the first review. However the thing I stated remains. Once in got to my destination and got ready to dig into my food, my French fry was over cooked I mean really overcooked, my chicken fingers was very tasteless, like they have been sitting in water and then fried and smothered with sauce. This is the Zaxby's closest to my home. I always love the food from Zaxby's, this one included. The bathrooms inside are decent enough to use. The customer service is lukewarm, most of the front counter staff is teenage, and has no sense of manners or common courtesy; they all mostly walk around in a daze, even when they take your order, they just give you a look, like "What?" My only advice is to order INSIDE the restaurant and double check your order before you leave, they ALWAYS leave something out. read more

I have passed this location but never visited until yesterday. As we entered the restaurant it was obvious the restaurant hadn't been cleaned night before because it was 11 minutes after opening. We approached the counter with all the workers gathered near the counter just staring and immediately disbursed. It took about 2 minutes before anybody emerged and came to the counter. The employee appeared to be in management with a black shirt and seemed somewhat annoyed but very quiet in tone and in a rush. As we waited for out takeout order it was still noticeable how dirty the store was with trash on the floor, the tables not wiped, the restroom was dirty with an odor. The cook was passed a cookie to eat by another young lady at the counter. The gentleman ate the cookie at the order window and then went back to expediting meal orders. So in the process he was not observed to step away to wash his hands. At that same time another young lady was off to the side behind the counter eating a full meal. As we received our order the lady that appeared to be a manager did not thank us nor say goodbye. Once we made it home some of the order was not as ordered and cold. Now I see why I have never been to this location and supports the reason why I go to restaurants outside my community. I will not be going back to this location as well as provide this information to corporate. Whether anything is taken into consideration by corporate or not either way this feedback is available for the public. Customer service and quality of customer interaction has to become better at some point. read more

This Zaxby's is the closest to my home so on 4/27/20 around 7pm I wasn't sure what I wanted to eat but ended up at Zaxby. Three cars in front of me and not sure what I wanted from the menu so when I got up to the intercom to place my order I really didn't expect Wings/Things to be over $10, it's been a long time since I had Zaxby. With all the changes going on around the world my experience as of late is the menu boards at a few fastfood restaurants are not up to date/correct pricing so I ask and it seem like I pinched a nerve because the reaction coming through the intercom from not only the person taking my order but another voice coming on and answering me about the price as if I ask something wrong. I drove up to the window and it seem like everyone stopped what they were doing to see who it was. I really didn't say anything rude or disrespectful so I didn't understand what was happening. Aniya was serving at the window, I went ahead and paid, she kept being very sarcastic handing everything one at a time which was fine because I had to clear my cupholder. Well it seems like I was doing something wrong because after Aniya gave me my food she said have a great day. I made sure to check my food before driving off as she closed the window she said" she is so rude", to the staff inside. I looked up and and that's when I said to her, "I can hear you". They are only doing takeout so I am sure a manager was in close proximity, I ask Aniya for her name and she close the window and told me to have a great day so I decided to stay there and that's when she spoke to the people inside and open back the window and gave me here name. The mangers on duty was Nicole and Samira. I am big on customer service and Zaxby stated it is all about customer satisfaction and quality of service, today that behavior was never presented. You would think with a 2 star the managers would be making sure the staff is helping the franchise brand to grow. I can promise you I will from now on drive to the Zaxby with 4 stars. It's the principle and the fact that people are going through hard times so be grateful for the few customers that are still willing to spend money knowing that sales has dropped tremendously over the past few weeks. The lady Rebecca working was very kind. However all of the tables in the restaurant were sticky. There were no other people in the building or drive through and it took much to long to get our food. And after ordering 25$ worth of food I was informed that If you would like any sauce other than ketchup it is an extra charge. I have never experienced that in my life of going to zaxby's, specifically this location. She also informed me they took away their zestable dip, which is a lie because it is still on the menu. Stopped by for an early dinner. Drive thru line was pretty short but this place is sloooowwww. Second time experiencing the drive thru and a car that pulled in after me pulled out to go inside because of the wait and still got done before myself and the two cars in front of me. Don't come here! The service isn't good at all. It took 20 minutes for our food to be ready and they didn't even give my pawpaw all of his wings and when he went to let them know they just completely remade his order which took even longer. My chicken was NOT good. It was really chewy and hard to bite. An employee almost hit my little sister with a door and none of them knew anything about the menu and what came with certain meals. I took a chance on zaxbys again after not eating here for 12 years after getting food poisoning from the hugh Howell location. Disappointed again. I understand that there is a slight wait but we waited for 30 minutes and the order was not fully correct but it began with a rude server who acted like she had some where else to be and like I was inconveniencing her. They have a freestyle drink machine and the ice was overflowing to the point it was falling on the floor in mass amounts. Someone finally attended to clean up when I was leaving.
