Truly a piece of culinary excellence. For the most part, our table stuck with appetizers, and somehow that alone delivered a full dining experience. Every single dish came out intentional, balanced, and full of flavor -- the kind of food that makes you slow down and appreciate each bite. Some highlights from our visit: Bread Basket -- warm focaccia with EVOO, balsamic, house dipping oil, and whipped ricotta (absolutely dangerous) Crab Stuffed Mushrooms -- rich, delicate, finished with a lemon butter drizzle Braciola -- parmesan breadcrumb filling, red sauce, served with focaccia Beet Carpaccio -- roasted beets, goat cheese, candied walnuts, arugula -- the perfect mix of sweet, earthy, and fresh Fried Tortellini -- cheese-filled with an nduja parmesan sauce that had serious depth Italian Spring Rolls -- pepperoni, sausage, mozzarella, peppers & onions -- unexpectedly incredible Even though we focused on starters, nothing felt small or secondary. Each plate stood on its own and showcased the kitchen's attention to detail and flavor. The drinks were immaculate -- balanced, smooth, and thoughtfully crafted. Yes, the plates looked like they came from Dollar Tree (no judgment, lol), but when the food is this good, that becomes part of the charm instead of a flaw. I'm already looking forward to going back. Fresca Trattoria is one of those places that reminds you why dining out can still be special.

Dropped in for an impromptu treat. Service was awesome. If you want a quiet space to enjoy some Italian food come before 5:30. Enjoyed a bartender choice cocktail. First time ever having a cocktail with egg white. Wasn't bad. No idea what it was called. Parking- lots of it. At the corner of a shopping plaza. Food was tasty. Only negative was my king oyster mushroom meal. I will come back and try something else. They have brunch on the weekends with the bread from the basket. That I have to try

Bucatini and meatballs, and vodka rigatoni

Hidden gem! The food is always fantastic. All the pasta is homemade. Rotating menu with some staple items. I almost never order red sauce and meatballs because I grew up with a mom who could cook Italian and I'm now discerning, but I get it everytime here. Service is always great. Comfy dining room with plenty of seating.

This place was amazing. We almost didn't try it because of a couple of low reviews. I'm a food snob and loved it. The salad was fresh. The pizza crust was perfect. The espresso and the lemon drop martini were delicious. I wish this place had been open when we lived in Stone Mountain.

We went in a large group service was good food was very disappointing. The restaurant itself is big enough for a large group with ease .

Pizza was really good. Service was on par with expectations. Pasta dishes were good size, even for lunch.

The inside is warm and welcoming, with an almost chill, mature vibe. First of all, ask for Ivan. If Ivan isn't available, I'm sure they'll take good care of you, as Ivan and his team took spectacular care of us. He really knew his way around the menu, and was able to explain various dishes, answering all our questions. But the food? You will go back for more. I got the pesto gnocchi. It was almost smooth. The gnocchi were delicate, which is a word I never thought would apply to gnocchi. My wife got the lobster ravioli and made the whole dish disappear. I may have to order that next time. One friend at the table ordered a pizza which frankly looked perfect. I plan to go again for my birthday. Holler if you're coming with.

The Lychee Martini does have an additional ingredient I can't remember which changed the flavor some, truffle fries were great, and my friend enjoyed the farfalle salmon. The lobster in my spaghetti Nero was overcooked, so I ended up sending it back to the kitchen. The sauce on the spaghetti and the shrimp were great. My waitress and the manager were kind about redoing my ordered and I chose the pesto shrimp. Pesto sauce was excellent and creamy, I would definitely return. The restaurant is tucked away in a strip, but decorated beautifully indoors. It's bright and had the perfect A/C for summer weather!

I had 1/2 of my husband's blackberry cobbler with ice cream which was a huge serving that definitely to be shared. My husband enjoyed his chicken pot pie, sweet potato soufflé and broccoli casserole. I like how the restaurant got a perfect score on their inspection report, something to be proud of! Food was out in a jiffy and it was not crowded on a Thursday at 5:30 pm so we got a parking spot out front, but front lot was full by the time we left. Our server filled my husband's drink at least twice and brought me a second lemonade and even offered me one to go. Pizza by Yandy's is delicious but their crust was almost inedible. The chef is a multitasking machine, juggling a mountain of orders. Judging by the Sunday night crowds, it's a local favorite.
