It's light and fluffy, almost like whipped cream has been folded into it, with just enough saltiness to balance the sweet taiyaki batter, which has a subtle hint of almond flavor. Since it's right by Emory, it can get pretty busy, especially on weekends and later in the evening. Overall, it's a spot I keep coming back to.
