Order your "halo halo" at the front counter, and they will go to a separate room behind closed doors (lol) where they create this magnificent dessert :) The guy making my dessert was super nice, and explained "halo halo" means "mixed" - hence you need to mix all the ingredients before consuming ... which was helpful to know b/c otherwise I would've enjoyed it layer by layer. The dessert includes two scoops of ube ice cream (ube is purple yam), dollop of ube jam, corn flakes (great texture enhancer), coconut strings, shaved ice & evaporated milk, and sweet beans.
