Unique experience worth trying! Located on a super neat food court in between a great supermarket and novelty/snack shop. Tucked away in the back of the mall, it is counter service with a few tables nearby and they offer drinks and desserts. While I didn't try any of the drinks, I did get the Mont Blanc matcha green tea soft serve in the black waffle cone with an extra side of black sesame soft serve, and the brown sugar dango. The matcha soft serve was very tasty, but I surprisingly liked the sesame even more! Matcha is typically my go-to flavor, but the two girls who worked there were very helpful and convinced me to try the sesame also :) The Mont Blanc was interesting, but it falls very easily, so be sure to eat it quick! This was my first time trying dango. I absolutely love mochi, so of course I enjoyed it, since it's basically mochi with a little red bean inside and brown sugar syrup on it. It too was very messy, so definitely beware of that, but totally worth it! This place is definitely worth trying for a unique and tasty experience :)
First of all this Fujiissa located inside a gigantic Asian market. My local friend introduced me to this place for the best soft serve matcha experience while I visited Atlanta. Fresh intense flavor of good soft serve in my mouth. Mochi was a topping with red bean inside. Not too sweet. Within the cone they hidden another half of mochi in it & more whole sweet redbean! Very smooth, intense flavorful of good quality matcha. I tried Monblanc topping made out of Chestnut also very tasty one. Service: great, quick & the seller are explain the detailed on each one to me in a friendly manner. Ambiance: Japanese & clean, have some table nearby you can sit, relax, enjoy the soft serve Sum up, my go to spot for soft serve matcha while I'm in Atlanta next time!
Tucked into a mall with various Asian shops, is a small little shop with green banners! I initially wanted to try it because of the special ice cream they had with the shredded pieces on top. The mall that it sits inside of has plenty of seating so you'll never have to worry about that. Once you order it took around 5-8 minutes to complete. The presentation was there but once you took a bite it was a bit of a mess and underwhelming. It did not taste like matcha but vanilla soft serve with food coloring. Cool to take pictures of but not a fan. Perhaps next time we will try one of their matcha drinks instead.
At the back corner of the JusGo food court this is a great surprise and almost never has a line. Ordering is by kiosk but there is counter service if you have questions. Decided to go with one of their limited edition specials while a friend decided on a cone with gold leaf. As ice cream goes it's pretty typical. If you want something different from a cone or cup they have quite a few options. Service is fast and convenient. The food court ambiance is a typical food court. Depending on time of day it can be busy so you may need to stand and enjoy your ice cream.
My all time favorite cold desert spot. It's not pictured but I usually get the soft serve vanilla. Although I'm not fully confident that's the name of the soft serve, the flavor isn't like any other I've tried. It tastes exactly like the white rabbit creamy candy. The workers are always friendly and always answer any questions. We also ordered the Fujiissa special. It's got 2 small blocks of matcha, a small ball of mochi for toppings, and a bit of red bean in the middle. The black sesame is super spot on and has that toasted flavor with a good amount of sweetness. Personably not a fan of matcha but the people I was with said the strong matcha was very good. This restaurants in a food hall with other shops you can check out as well as a grocery store you can walk around in after/while snacking. Good vibes.
I'm not into ice cream these days. But for some reason, since the thought of matcha ice cream crossed my mind, two opportunities came and go resulted in the third time being the charm. The matcha had a nice flavor going on. Flavorful but not too much, very well balanced. And I guess since it's a soft serve variety, it was soft and thick ish at the same time. And with it being in a black cone, it made it extra special. Don't think the black cone had a flavor like black sesame or anything, but it made the eating experience more fun. There's a kiosk you can order without any people contact. The employees are chilling there so you won't have to wait long.
One of the few dessert options in the jusgo market food court. Was curious about how this compared to Matcha Maiko. Similar but some different items. Seems to have more desserts besides ice cream. I love Royce chocolate so was excited to try their Royce series. Got a matcha ice cream that had cookie crumbs and pudding at the bottom. And OMG it was sooo good. I loved how strong the matcha is - strongest I've ever had in the US as far as ice cream goes so beware if you don't like bitter flavors. Yea its a bit expensive being almost $11 after tax but as a once in awhile treat for a dessert lover I don't mind at all! Will def return to try other items.
Finally tried the "spaghetti matcha" as I call it at Fujissa. I got the matcha soft serve in a cone and the "spaghetti" is actually chestnut strands- hard to explain. The combination was very good but warning- it is messy!!! The person at the counter foresaw my messy future and gave me a cup with a warning of what is to come. I ended up scooping half of it into the cup. If I get this again I will definitely use a cup next time. I look forward to trying other offerings at this kiosk inside the food court section if Jusgo Supermarket.
It was my first time trying their ice cream, and I have to say, the prices aren't exactly cheap. Looking at the wide variety on the menu, I decided to go for the Montblanc soft ice cream with matcha and strawberry flavors, topped with noodle-like decorations. The texture was quite nice, and it felt so refreshing and cooling--perfect for summer. My dad ordered the Matcha Affogato, which was a bit like a milkshake with a touch of ice cream and little mochi on top. He found it a bit on the sweet side. My mom chose the matcha latte, and she said she liked the subtle aroma of matcha blended with coffee, though it wasn't very strong. My niece had the strawberry matcha parfait, and she really enjoyed it. Overall, having an ice cream in the summertime definitely makes for a very pleasant day.

I could not pass up the chance to enjoy a dessert from here, so I decided to get a soft serve in a cone. It was delicious! The matcha was rich and the ice cream so creamy. The matcha latte is also not too sweet which is great. Service is quick, and the ambiance is nice as there are nearby tables to sit and enjoy your treat. This is a must try!

As we walked up to check out the menu, the cashier--Jason--immediately offered us samples of their soft serve flavors. That alone was unexpected, but it got even better when he told us we could try up to three flavors. Great service right from the start. We sampled the premium matcha, milk, and black sesame, and honestly, we were shocked by how generous the sample portions were. They weren't tiny bites either--we were actually getting full just from tasting everything. Premium Matcha (3/5): This is definitely geared toward true matcha lovers. It had an authentic, earthy, slightly bitter profile with grassy, umami-rich notes and a clean finish. You can tell it's high quality and not overly sweetened, which is a plus--but it leaned a bit too bold and bitter for our personal taste. Milk (5/5): This one was our favorite. It had a light, delicate sweetness with a smooth, velvety, creamy texture. The flavor was rich but not heavy, almost like a fresh dairy softness with a subtle vanilla-like warmth. Super comforting and perfectly balanced. Black Sesame (4/5): A really unique flavor--deep, toasted, and nutty with a slightly savory edge. It had a roasted aroma, a hint of natural bitterness, and a lingering sesame richness that made it feel complex and satisfying. Definitely something different if you want to try a less common flavor. After finishing the samples, we ordered a milkshake ($6.27 with tax) and asked if we could mix the regular matcha with the milk soft serve. Jason had no problem with that at all, which we appreciated. We also made sure to tip because the service and generosity really stood out. The milk/matcha milkshake itself was amazing--ultra creamy, smooth, and well-blended with a silky texture. The sweetness was just right (not overpowering), and the matcha added a subtle depth without being too strong. It was refreshing, satisfying, and honestly the perfect after-dinner dessert. Light enough to enjoy comfortably, but still indulgent. Overall, great flavors, super friendly service, and a welcoming experience. Probably the best desert shop we visited when in Atlanta metro. The matcha was super high quality and I loved how it wasn't too sweet or bland. It was located in an Asian shopping complex with tons of different options. I am glad we chose to get some desert here because it did not disappoint. Only regret was not buying another for the car ride home! read more

My partner and I were wandering around the Jusgo Food Court, searching for a sweet treat when our eyes landed on Fujiissa. It's hard to miss, with its vibrant green decor! The ice cream is on the pricier side. We ordered a cup with two soft serve flavors, matcha and milk, for $5.80. Our cup was ready within minutes and before we knew it, it was all gone in less than 10! I can honestly say that the matcha was the best I've ever had. It offered a perfect blend of sweet, rich, earthy, and creamy flavors. So, while it is a bit expensive, the incredible taste made it worth every cent! read more
I am torn on this one! The montblanc matcha ice cream: skip the montblanc or just try it once The matcha soft serve was good and had a strong matcha flavor. The montblanc I think is chestnut? Or potato? But hard to eat and I made a huge mess trying to eat this spaghetti looking situation but it was cute for the photo haha The dango - we got one of each @ $2.8 a piece and they are atrocious! They tasted literally like overcooked rice with a similar texture like the rice had too much water and broke apart - cracked when you bit? It was awful. The sauces are very thin & don't stick and tasted like nothing. I would never order that again. Just buy dango from the fridge in Tokyo Kuma instead The cashier was very friendly though and let us try all of the soft serve before deciding! The chocolate vanilla kinda tasted like cheesecake? We didn't take a pic but we also got matcha milkshake for my mom and matcha latte for my husband & both were very sweet but had a good matcha flavor to them. The matcha latte had a creamy texture as if the milk is a dense quality so I liked that one a lot. The milkshake was very sweet haha but it's a milkshake so it should be Overall, the drinks were good. Located in Jugso Market food court area. A great addition to the food court. The icecream quality is premium! Few options outside soft serve. The icecream flavors are Matcha, strawberry, milk. You get to pick the flavor for Monteblanc which is then topped with chestnut. Kiosk machines are avaliable for self order. Service was super fast. Shared food court seating inside. A bit pricey but the quality reflects it. Highly recommend to check them out. read more
Stopped by while grocery shopping at Jusgo yesterday. You order at the kiosk and there is a lot of seating in the food court area. Tried the Royce Pudding Dazzler with matcha soft serve and it was so good! The ice cream has a strong matcha flavor and isn't too sweet. Pricey at almost $10, but it's worth the price in my opinion. read more

Is the milk flavored ice cream is worth driving 2.5 hours for? Short answer yes! Long answer, yeeeeesssssss! Everything we ordered was amazing! You can adjust how strong and sweet you want your drinks and of course the toppings too!! read more
I'm a bit late to the game, but after seeing this on reels, I had to go try it out! The location is... interesting. It's in the food court attached to Jusgo Supermarket, which also connects to other little shops around. With how everything is, it kind of gives off the energy of going to a market in Asia and getting street food from a food stall. I like that I could get something and shop for groceries or browse Tokyo Kuma. There's seating since it's in a food court, and it's general to the shops in the area, so whether you can find a seat depends on how busy it is at that time. They have two kiosks to order from with pics, prices, and customization options. We ordered the strawberry matcha swirl soft serve with Mont Blanc and a milk soft serve. The ice cream was really smooth! I liked that I could def taste both flavors, and they paired nicely together. You could taste the matcha they used, but it wasn't super overpowering. The strawberry was sweet and has a slight fruit flavor. I wouldn't get the Mont Blanc again though. It was messy to eat, and even though it tasted good (it's chestnut puree), it wasn't worth the additional price. Would recommend trying at least once if you've never had Mont Blanc and if you like chestnut. It was a smooth consistency and tastes of sweet chestnut. As for the milk soft serve, despite my friend thinking it was vanilla and wouldn't taste like milk, it did in fact tastes like sweet milk. If you've ever tried Milkis (Korean carbonated milk drink) and liked it, there's a strong possibility you'll like this as well. It's creamy milk, which ice cream is, in it's original milk flavor. read more

The shop itself had a very cute design, it was very colourful. The ice cream came out quickly, so no complaints there. We ordered a cup of Black Sesame and a cup of the Matcha ice cream. Overall they were good, but I personally wouldn't order either again. The Sesame I'd give a 4/5 it was creamy and not gritty which I enjoyed but had some bitterness in the aftertaste, and the Matcha a 4/5. If I'm ever around again, and in the mood for Matcha perhaps I'll try something else. read more

Everything was delicious except for the drink which I had higher expectations for, it tasted like pure milk. I came up with a solution by adding their "stronger matcha" ice cream into the drink and it tasted divine. I still think about it till this day.... read more
No. The strawberry matcha tasted like straight up milk. There was no matcha flavor at all! The special ice cream was not special at all! It kept falling off and they ultimately put it in a cup, lol, not special at all. The matcha ice cream was not rich in matcha flavor at all either. The service was pretty bad as well, they took forever to make my drink and they were arguing about who had to go and make the drink. Overall wont be back for any matcha flavored items. read more

I have no words except keep licking that ice cream. It's soooo good! Definitely premium quality! Took my girl here today, and she ordered the vanilla soft swrve in a cup. She absolutely loved it. I always get the Fujiissa special. It consists of matcha with strawberry plus azuki red beans, green jelly, little but size matcha cake, and granola to add to that extra crunch. Everything blends together so nicely. We need to have lots of restaurants in the Duluth area open up in the Northern area of GA. You are definitely missing out on authentic Asian cuisines and desserts if you aren't getting it in this area. read more

There were some people ahead of us and not many workers. I ordered my drink at the machine. I got the matcha soda with citron honey tea. It was interesting and tasted better after the flavors blended. Location has a lot of space. read more
