I've had this place on my radar for over a year, and I'm SO glad I finally found the time to visit. I'm not someone who gets cake often, but my friends and I wanted to have a small celebration, and the cakes here are perfect for that with the variety of options they have. The cakes are soft and airy, and the cream is very smooth. The desserts are not overly sweet, especially the strawberry matcha, and the fruits used, if any, are fresh. Which is why, I absolutely had to get a fruit tea, and it did not disappoint in the slightest! There was a lot of orange used (if you don't like pulp, this drink is not for you) and actual bits of mango, so I did not add any toppings. The drinks here are larger than other places with their regular/standard size and $2 upgrade for their largest size. *If you buy a cake, they give a disposable take away cooler bag that intends to keep the cake cool for transport! I find this very nice and haven't seen this in other bakeries that also offer cake.

This little bakery is so cute and charming! The service was quick and friendly. My friends and I ordered Mango Pomelo, Strawberry Matcha, and Earl Grey Tiramisu to share. The Strawberry Matcha cake had amazing texture, soft moist cake and buttery mousse, and had an earthy matcha flavor. There was little to no sweetness to this cake but it was still enjoyable. Earl Grey Tiramisu was delectable! It was topped with a Biscoff cookie on top. There was slight sweetness to this cake. The star of the show for me was the Mango Pomelo! The mango flavor was sweet and the pomelo fruit elevated the flavor of the cake. It was a perfect, refreshing cake! I would come back to eat the whole Mango Pomelo cake box again!

Upon reading the reviews I was excited about trying this place out. Pictures of the pastry's look amazing! So a friend and I drove there around opening time which was at 10:30am. Walk in I didn't see any pastry's lay out. We ask the worker there she said it wasn't ready but we can order and they will make it for us. So we decided to come back at noon. Lunchtime! At 12. Walk in same nothing was ready! We ask the worker he said it being bags. But what would we like. Me personally I would like to see the desert, bread, cake displays so I would have an ideal of what I wanted to buy. I think the place would gain more business!! I bought two desert usually I would buy 10 different things had they put it on display earlier. Overall the desert was delicious! Place is super cute!! Will I go again? Yes probably.

I've been meaning to try this dessert spot for a few months now and am glad that I finally did! The desserts at Lemon Sweets were incredible! They were not too sweet and had depths of flavor. We tried 4 different cakes that were all unique but equally great. The boba tea was also great! Would go back here again for some more cake and boba.

Love me some taro! I picked up a taro milk tea and adjusted for 50% sweetness. It came in an adorable cup and also had real taro puree in it. You can upgrade your drink size for just $2. If you still need more sugar and carbs, you can hop over to the new Hansel and Gretel bakery location nearby.

This is my go to drink. Definitely still a hidden gem in Duluth. The service is always good, and if they have egg tarts try them!!! They didn't even make it home

I've been waiting for this to open since I saw that they started painting the building! The team is sweet. I got the Jasmine Grapefruit tea with lychee and that was very refreshing! So good. I got the Strawberry Box Cake. I will say the strawberries were very fresh and were delicious, however the box was literally 90% whipped cream and little cake. Not sure if all the cake boxes are like that, but I would maybe have more cake in them. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have much in store. I saw online they had matcha rolls, but unfortunately they were out. Same with a matcha strawberry cake box. It's a pretty small place. It gets crowded (probably because they just opened) but I was bumping into people and their kids were running into me. There wasn't enough seating. Overall, they have good drinks and can't wait to see what else they have. Definitely stopping in again.

I have been waiting for this place to open and we saw the soft opening sign on Christmas Day and made a quick stop. They were consistently busy when I stopped by. The place is bright and cutely decorated with plenty of parking around. I love the display of cakes and got a taro cake. Their drinks are bogo during the soft opening plus free item promotion if you spend $30+. I ended up ordering triple mill tea and taro milk tea. I love the taro milk tea because it actually had real pieces of taro in it. The boba is chewy and perfect! The options for sweetness is 0, 50 & 100% and the 50% is just right for me. The triple milk tea was packed with boba, purple rice and oats. It was good, but the taro one was better in my opinion. Service was on the slower side since only one person was taking order and a few made the drinks. They were all really nice and answered any questions I had. I also love the insulated bag they have for the cakes and drinks. Looking forward to see how this place does!

This quaint bakery offers such unique variety of Asian flavors and everything I've tried so far has exceeded expectations. My favorite is the black current cheesecake! When you walk in they have a kiosk you can self order so it's really convenient!

Place was very clean and quiet. We got boba and crepe cake. It was melt in your mouth. So good! Will be back when I'm out this way again

New Asian bakery/tea shop in the area. They have various fruit and milk teas, slushies, and a wide variety of cakes. I ordered the jasmine grapefruit green tea, which beat my expectations! The sweetness was just right at less sugar and it was refreshing. The cashiers were friendly and the interior was clean. Only slight complaint is the prices were on the higher end, but many tea shops have been increasing prices lately, so it's not too outrageous. I'll come back to try the other desserts!

I have tried the many Asian bakeries in and around Duluth over the years. Most have a variety of cute, Instagram-ready cakes, pastries, and drinks. What makes Lemon Sweets Bakery the standout is the taste. The purple yam or sweet bean pastry fillings are very tasty, not just a sweet mass. Further, the fillings are not a small dollop after-thought but in proportion to the bread. All that I have tried over two visits are well-made in appearance and in flavor. Conveniently located with excellent service. Great place.

Decided to try this bakery after I drove past it one day. It has a super cute exterior, bright yellow with a lemon logo! Did not regret my decision. I stopped by for dessert, but will try the boba drinks next time. I got the Purple Rice Taro Towel Cake, which was delicious! The "towel" was crepe like and texture super soft to cut into. The purple rice added contrast to texture. I got the matcha cake as well. I loved how the matcha flavor was strong in the cake and the cream, which is not always the case. I only wish there was more cake than crème. I noticed the desserts were not as sweet as regular bakeries, which I found refreshing.

The drink was so cute when it came out with the handle! The boba was fresh, warm, and had a subtle sweetness that I loved. It paired nicely with the milk tea, which was light and not sweet. I loved all the little details--from the baristas' outfits to the tea bar setup and wall decorations. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and very picturesque. I'll definitely be coming back for another Bubble Milk Tea, and next time I want to try something from the Grape Series since I love Asian grape flavors. Looking forward to it!

Safe to say, I'm a fan! If anyone is visiting Georgia/Atlanta/Duluth and looking for the best boba, I highly recommend Chicha. There was convenient parking, and their samples were great, too. One of the first things I noticed was two tables eating directly out of large rectangular aluminum trays, the kind you'd normally see at Chinese buffets or catering setups. This is a sign that tells me they are family member of the restaurant owner 员工餐 . It honestly threw me off and made the dining room feel unusual and unpolished. The female owner immediately came to the entrance as soon as I walked in, which added to the pressure and awkward vibe. My mom actually comes from a very similar cultural and business background and has worked with many restaurant owners in that community through commercial restaurant sales. Based on her own experiences in the industry, I became uncomfortable with what she described what possibly would be going on and that made me uneasy as well.
