Still my favorite tea shop! We got the kitty paw snacks in nutella, custard, and cheese. My girl got the smoothie with crystal boba and strawberry pop. As always, I got the wintermelon with lychee jelly and grass jelly. Can't wait to try it!

Overall Decent drinks, outstanding service. The menu is massive, so the experience really depends on whether you know what flavor profile you want and how you like your sweetness. Service and Staff Service was exceptional. The team was patient, kind, and genuinely knowledgeable. They walked me through how the menu works, helped explain the differences across a ton of options, and clarified terms on the spot (for example, "cloud" means coconut milk). That kind of guidance matters when the menu feels like it has a hundred choices. Ordering Experience The kiosk is super helpful because you can search by keyword, which makes a huge menu much less overwhelming. If you have specific cravings like ube, taro, or passion fruit, this makes ordering faster and easier. Ambience and Seating The ambience was very cozy and nice. They had Christmas trees and seasonal decorations that made the space feel festive and cool. There was enough seating to hang out comfortably, and there was even a small claw machine that kids were playing with, which added a playful touch. What I ordered I ordered a passion fruit drink (I wanted something lighter after a heavy beef buffet meal). I also left a custom note asking for the least amount of sugar and extra sourness. Taste and Sweetness They did try to accommodate. They added extra lemon, and I could taste it, but the drink still came out pretty sweet for my preference. If you're also not into sweet drinks, you may want to plan to dilute with more ice or water, or be very explicit about your sweetness level. What I'd do differently next time Next time, I'll probably stick to ube or taro based drinks since I can usually adjust sweetness more reliably with those flavors. I want to try more of their ube and taro options before I judge the menu too hard overall. Final note Nothing has beaten my own homemade ube smoothie yet, but BEP is still worth a visit for the service alone, especially if you like exploring lots of drink options.

The Bep Teahouse is a great option for boba teas and other drinks! The Thai tea is very good and authentic, I love ordering it here. The service is great! Their hours are also a plus as they are open later than normal boba spots. The inside is very comfortable to wait or enjoy your drinks, there is plenty of seating. It is located in the plaza right across from Senor Patron, so there is plenty of parking available.

I stopped in spontaneously on a weekday afternoon craving a nice drink. The bep teahouse definitely satisfied that craving! The interior was also beautifully decorated, and the vibes were on point. I will definitely return when in the area and would recommend anyone looking for a nice drink and relaxing environment.

It's hard to find a spot that sells boba before 12 pm. This is the place to be at 8am whenever you want boba in the morning. The fruit teas are refreshing, but I do wish for actual fresh fruit in the drink as shown in the pictures.

The flyer that greeted us at the entryway! We chose 2 strawberry milk teas and the Nutella kitty paws.

We love The Bep Teahouse and indulge often in the kitty paws and our favorite boba drinks. Tonight, however, we came in to get something sweet at the end of our lovely Valentine's Day and discovered an awesome deal for Valentines. So glad we came in!

The macarons are delicious here. We got 5 macarons. As you can see there were two Vanilla and three Raspberry. They were all delicious!

The Bep is the greatest tea house in all of Georgia! They have the most variety of teas, coffees, milk teas, and refreshers. I tried almost all the milk teas and have never been disappointed!

One of our favorite spots to spend time as a family or to chat with friends. They're open late which is super nice and rare to find in this area. Boba is always fresh tasting and they do have a variety of drinks, but you can ask for modifications as well. Very tasty options and light snacks too. Staff is wonderful. They have board games and claw machines. Great for all ages!

On my way to getting a massage next door at Spavia, I stumbled in here. And to my surprise, they were open before 12! Any boba spot that is open before 12 is a win in my book. Getting old isn't fun, and drinking boba and not being able to sleep kind of sucks. I ordered the Jamaica Sunrise. I would say that the marketing was a bit over? The amount of fruit in the fruit tea was sort of disappointing, however it tasted great. In all the pictures of the drink, it's full of fruit and everything, but it's all marketing. The true drink is not that nice, but as I said earlier it still tastes great. I'm still trying to find a fruit tea spot like Yi Fang, but haven't had any luck. Overall, Bep Teahouse is a great spot since they open early. They have one size, but I do have to say though that the marketing pics are not 1 to 1.

Always love supporting a business that knows what they are doing. They have Vietnamese flavor based boba with their đá me (iced tamarind drink) and trà mãng cầu (soursop tea). I enjoyed both, but honestly I keep coming back mainly for their waffle the cute cat paw shaped one. They recently got me hooked on their cheese and red bean combo. I didn't even know those flavors together could work this well. I've tried some of their other drinks too but not a huge fan of the matcha.

SP04. Coco Matcha Cream and Coco Ube Cream ($8.25 each, tax not included)
Giao O.

I usually drink their Soursop tea and hate coconuts, but their Coco Matcha Cream has changed me. Probably because of the quality of their coconut water plus the tasty creams (both Matcha and Ube), they've become my go to drinks every time. Service is always fast and attentive. Bonus point for late night hours as well.

New tea place in Johns creek. Lot of options to pick from. Most of their tea's are made from Organic tea. Really nice ambiance inside. Great place to hangout with friends. Tried their tropical fruit tea (They do allow customizations for sugar/ice levels). Guys working their were very friendly. Fast service. Go check them out

Taro ube brûlée and Japanese brown rice milk tea
Sarah S.

I stopped in a few hours after their grand opening on 7/21. They have a big menu, with lots of variety and options that I don't regularly see at other boba places. I took advantage of their BOGO deal for the grand opening to try a couple items: Japanese brown rice milk tea with pudding - Loved this one. It's essentially a genmaicha milk tea, which I've never seen before. The pudding is a great pairing with the roasted umami notes of the tea. Taro ube brûlée milk tea - This was initially made without the brûlée coating on the inside of the cup. They were slammed at the time and it's their first day open, so I'm sure it's an easy mistake to make. They fixed it without issue. I didn't get much of an ube flavor from it though, and the taro flavor was definitely powdered. Not bad though, and I'd be willing to try it again after they've gotten more into the swing of things. Kitty paw waffles - It's $10.50 for three waffles, which I initially thought was a little pricey considering the cost of the mini taiyaki I could get elsewhere. However, these turned out to be bigger than I expected. They offer more than the standard read bean or custard flavors that I always see. They were happy to make each waffle a different flavor, so you can mix and match between custard, nutella, mozzarella, or sausage & cheese. The waffles had a great mochi-like chew and weren't too sweet. I'd definitely order these again.

Good food, but the advertising is a little bit weird. I know Vietnamese cuisine when I see it but it's mixed with other cultures for sure.

The interior was adorable but what impressed us the most was their approach to coffee. We had no idea there were so many different ways to process coffee beans so we ended up looking them up while enjoying our drinks. Once we learned more about them, we were so intrigued that we actually ordered some coffee online afterward! It was easy to see why this cafe is so popular. The line kept getting longer and longer the entire time we were there. It's a fairly small cafe so seating was pretty limited as well. I ordered the Latte with Caramel Cardamom and it was delicious! My husband got the Coffee Shot of Chamomile Pink Bourbon from their "Coffee Nerd Drinks" menu. He was especially interested in it because of the brewing method. I'm usually not a black coffee drinker but I tried a sip and was surprised by how much I liked it. There were still so many drinks we wanted to try but since this was only a weekend trip, we didn't have enough time. We'll definitely be visiting again the next time we're in the area!

We got it and it was very clean and modern. They have a space theme, but it seemed like that's what the initial idea was and it dropped off along the way. The setup is very similar to other cafes and their ice cream display was very nice. They have some interesting flavors like Hokey Pokey and we were able to get some samples which were all good. Myself and another opted for the 2 scoop cup and i got Hokey Pokey and the hazelnut chocolate (forgot the real name) and they were very good... but I was put off by one thing. Both of us got 2 different flavors and were charged a dollar more for it. That seems like a rip off and honestly left a bad taste. I thought it'd be a good option compared to Jeni's, but not with pricing like that. The scoops were also considerably smaller than Jeni's and Jeni's is a better deal and a better ice cream in my opinion. I'm not a fan of getting nickel and dimesd for something that shouldn't cost more. I'm sorry it took so much effort to scoop from another flavor. I won't do it again.

That aside it is made to look European but theme is all over the place. German/Austrian interior, with Italian and French food. The language tape in the bathroom is however teaching Korean and Chinese... I dined here about half a dozen times. It is a nice place with mixed results. Sometimes it is really good, other times not so much...in particular I could say Hummus is good, White Hot Chocolate, Bosco cake is delicious (imported from Italy). Service is good and servers are polite and friendly. Management is not great. If they are busy they will have a wait which could range up to an hour. In my experience one hour wait could turn out to be 10 minutes. Other times 40 minutes wait is actually 50 minutes. As I live close by I have attempted to call and put myself on the wait list and arrive when they are ready but management would not budge. This will be on their terms with zero flexibility... They also sell cakes but cakes are always turned away from the customer...I have not seen this anywhere else...it really points to the fact that management has little experience in hospitality industry.... Lastly this place does not accept cash. Not sure why since they are located in super safe area. Consequently a 5-star review is really a three star and perhaps I am being very generous here...
