Dong Ding Tea Latte, Bubble Volcano, Creamy Lemon Tart
    Andrea A.

This place was absolutely packed when we went on a random weekday! The ambiance and service are great (they were giving out samples of black tea with cream, which was nice). We tried a few drinks: - Bubble Volcano: Pretty classic black sugar boba tea, perfect amount of sweetness. - Creamy Lemon Tart: Refreshing, but we couldn't really make out the tea flavor, and it pretty much tasted like lemonade. The cream on top of the drink also didn't really mix through the drink (we tried). - Dong Ding Tea Latte: Good overall, though we could appreciate the tea flavor more before mixing. I think if we go again, we might try the fruit teas to really get a better understanding of the tea quality. There is a parking lot in the front. 6.5/10 would maybe recommend for now.

I usually get the fruit tea because of the fresh apples and flavor but this time I decided to mix it up and try the Boba milk tea and it was excellent. I got it without sugar and couldn't even tell. Still delicious. Depending on the time that you go on the weekend, you'll either have a really long line or not, but they move really fast and are super organized Parking: lots of spots around! Price: what you'd expect, under $10

Free samples for their daily special Clean seating area Nice and soothing environment The drink I got is excellent- it's simple and plain Service was okay but noting that would take away points

I finally got a chance to try this place and it's amazing! Usually the long lines have swayed me to go down the street but not today! The service and drinks are fantastic. I prefer my teas less sweet and you can customize the sweetness and ice levels. I went with 1/4 sweet milk tea. I could have that drink several times a week. Yum! The size of the shop is a bit on the small side and when it's busy there isn't a lot of space to relax. The price is on par for what you get. Highly recommended.

Ahhh the popular Chicha San Chen! This place gets quite crowded and pretty difficult to find parking so prepare yourself to roam around for a few to find a spot. Went during the weekend and there a huge line. The cafe is cute and small. Has very modern aesthetic interior. They give you a sample at the register of their seasonal teas and the Mango Tea was absolutely delicious! I ended up getting Mango Cream. Absolutely in love! They are restrictive in their substitution for their signature drinks. Overall I recommend and will be going on a slower day!

I finally got to try this place and it was AMAZING!! Compared to other boba spots, this one tastes truly authentic. You can actually taste the freshness of the tea it doesn't have that powdery flavor at all. Probably one of the best oolong milk teas I've ever had!

The tea here has such a rich flavor and tastes incredibly well brewed, not watered down like a lot of places. It feels very true to traditional milk tea. The brown sugar boba is insanely chewy with the perfect texture, and honestly no other spot does it like them. My go-to is the Dong Ding Oolong with cream, with boba added.

Okay, so in terms of best Boba I've ever had. This is definitely up there! I didn't believe the hype until I went in myself! AND WOW! The texture of boba is exactly what is should be! Not mushy, but melts in your mouth! The quality of the milk tea was outstanding! Our servers walked us through the menu and gave great suggestions. They often have samples to try as well Smells great when you enter. There's quite a bit of space to sit, but can sometimes get packed.

If you can't tell by the photos, I've been to Chicha San Chen quite a bit lol. It's pretty much my go-to choice for boba in the area. I really like the interior along with the tea tasting bar, which I have never done, but it seems like a great experience. There is limited seating and only two bathrooms, so it can get quite cramped (especially on weekends). I do really enjoy their teas - just the perfect amount of sweetness! My absolute FAVORITE are their taro balls which are always fresh and warm whenever I order. They also offer a tea sample when you order which always pushes me to try a new order as a creature of habit. The wait usually isn't too bad, but I have seen times where their line is literally out the door and wrapped around.

Chi Cha experience is truly unique! They brew every cup with precision and freshness. Instead of using coffee espresso machines, they use a "tea presso" to extract the tea perfectly and turn it into smooth, delicious milk tea. They even have a tea experience station where you can try different teas and learn more about the brewing process--it's a really cool touch! If you get a chance, definitely check this place out. It's a fresh take on bubble tea that tea lovers will appreciate. But I think Chagee is my first choice and Molly second their tea is more fragrance

Idk if it's because I went kinda late, but my tea was so watered down. I saw them brew it and then it got shaken with the ice, but when they poured the tea most of the tea got thrown away.. not sure if that's how it's suppose to be, but very disappointed.

Top notch quality boba - one of the best (if not the best) taro milk tea I've ever had. I usually avoid taro drinks because it tastes so artificial and sweet, but ChiCha San Chen's is so natural, almost clean. It can be a bit heavy with both taro balls and paste, but worth it. Also tried the creamy mango tart - not bad! $7.75 in Atlanta vs $11 in New York is so wild to me...

High quality tea, friendly staff, beautiful interior. There's a good reason why Chicha San Chen's tea has won many recognitions. Came here on a Friday afternoon and the place wasn't super busy, thankfully. Didn't really know what to get, but they featured a sample drink, which I tried, and was immediately sold on. We were able to order and get our drinks in a few minutes. Super refreshing and a nice treat to have on a hot day.

I'm not sure exactly when they renovated their seating space, but it's much, much nicer now! I love how it's kind of blocked off for each group to have their own little space. Though it can be a little cramped depending on number of people, Ding Tea makes for a good place to hangout now. It's just a bit difficult to walk through and see whether it's busy or not. As for the drinks, they're relatively good. They're consistent, and the drinks don't take very long to come out. I prefer the fruit teas or coffee drinks over the milk teas here, though if I were to choose where to go, I wouldn't normally pick Ding Tea.

I'll start with the service, because unfortunately that was the biggest letdown. During ordering, I asked the cashier if the drink could be made blended. She simply said "no" without any real explanation. That caught me off guard since I've ordered this exact drink blended at Ding Tea before multiple times. It didn't seem like a complicated request--I wasn't asking for extra modifications, just for the drink to be put in the blender. The lack of clarification made the interaction feel dismissive and confusing. Because of that, I'd rate the service and product knowledge a 1/5. A simple explanation (like equipment limitations or store policy) would've made a big difference. The store itself, however, had a really cozy and inviting feel. The décor leaned into a Vietnam-inspired aesthetic, with warm tones, subtle cultural touches, and a relaxed, intimate vibe. It felt clean, thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable--somewhere you could easily sit and unwind for a bit. The ambiance was calm, slightly rustic, and charming without being overdone. As for the drink itself, I'd give it a solid 4/5. The Vietnamese coffee had a smooth, bold, and slightly nutty flavor with that signature deep roasted richness. It struck a nice balance--not overly sweet, but not too bitter either--making it really easy to drink. The salted cream on top was the highlight: light, velvety, and slightly savory, adding a creamy contrast that complemented the coffee really well. The texture overall was pleasant and indulgent, even without being blended. Overall, the drink delivered, but the experience didn't. This visit would've easily been much better if the cashier had taken a moment to explain the limitation instead of giving a flat "no." Clear communication goes a long way, especially for returning customers who've had different experiences in the past. I'd still come back for the quality of the drinks, but I hope the service becomes more consistent moving forward.

I have been to this location a few times before, but I have been to the one in Midtown more frequently. Sweet Hut has a BUNCH of different pastries, both savory and sweet. They are all Korean influenced. They also have a full drink menu, think bubble teas and hot drinks. They also have other snack type items and sandwiches/paninins too. If you aren't picking up what I'm putting down....they have something for EVERYONE. I got there around 10:30AM, so I grabbed some breakfast. I got a Crème Brûlée latte and a ham and cheese pastry. The pastry was the perfect breakfast snack! It was honestly quite filling. The latte was perfect too! For lunch, I got some fries and their chicken nuggets. I have been getting these chicken nuggets for YEARS, and they are so good!! I always get them mild, cause they already come a little spicy. Making them any spicier (which you can do), makes them hard to eat for me! But they are so good, as well as the fries! I brought a book with me to read while I waited. Sweet Hut is the perfect place to hang out, get some studying done, or just a place where you want to focus. Great place to go to by yourself or with some friends. I really do love this place!

The boba is always cooked well and their custard pudding is smooth and delicious. I met a friend here to get some work done and we opted to sit in one of the booths to have a little bit of privacy. Well, what a disappointment, the seats are are torn up and the foam is exposed, the table is super wobbly, so to get any writing done... it's not ideal. After a few minutes, we decided it's time to move to the benches. One of the table is still a bit wobbly, but not as bad as the one in the booth. The seats are in good condition with pillows to support your back, a plus! What really ruined our work time is this lady coming in soliciting for people to give her money. I'm not sure if the staff is aware that she keeps coming in and going out multiple times going around to every table. She asked us 3 different time during our entire time there. As people are working and having a snack and enjoying quality time with friends and family, the last thing I want is someone coming up to my table and ask for money.
