Prices was just outrageous! A bowl of regular noodles is $17. Special bowl is $22. Omg I rather go get a big bowl of pho for those prices & be full all day. Not trying to sound cheap, but it is what it is. Just pricey. My fat ass need something more fulfilling & hearty. This is how I feel. Sorry but not really sorry. Hope you guys lower the prices. Just saying.

I came here for the first time because some friends recommended it. First bubble tea place that offers sit down since Coviad car into town. Very surprised on this!! I ordered the Peach Orange Strawberry Oolong Tea with white pearl toppings. It was super delicious and I can't wait to drink more of it. We also ordered the Royal Fresh Lychee drink. I definitely can't wait to come back and try some of their other drinks and snacks out!!

This drink was given to us looking like this, actually more like only 60% full. To say 75% full is being generous of me to say! Rip off!

Hubby & I frequently drove by this shop, but never got to try them out. Well, this past Saturday, for once we decided to make a stop! We're really excited for a good bubble tea! But, unfortunately the experience was so awful, it is our 1st time & LAST TIME EVER that we'd be wasting money on this bubble tea shop. If you want a bubble tea, made with sugary filled flavoring, gunk & syrups, low quality teas & terrible quality toppings, maybe this place wouldn't bother you much; but if you're looking for high quality tea drinks drinks, decent customer service, this is *absolutely not* the place to go. The menu was nothing spectacular, just typical of a bubble tea shop. Our high hopes for a good bubble tea just sunk. So we asked the (barista) lady serving us) what is the top 10 best seller since this is our very 1st time there, we need her take on what's good. Well there seem to be no good choices that jumped out. We zoomed in on 2 to 3 possible options, after she pointed out 5 & asked if drink here are made with fresh real fruit ingredients or sugared syrup. She said there's almost none with fresh fruits, all syrup & powder flavoring. We were disappointed to hear, "even the one with the dragon fruit"? She replied & said its Yes--dried dragonfruit bits & pieces that go in that drink. So I ended up ordering a honey kumquat bubble tea & my hubby ordered a YingYang coffee & milk tea. We were her only customer at the time of the visit, a Saturday at 2pm. It's a 1 man operating shop, my gut tells me it's bad news to be there ( no noise in the kitchen, you can hear a pin drop) . STILL, we always want to support small mom & pop businesses & here's our chance! But Boy, when the 2 drinks were ready, at 1st look, We were already disappointed! Cuz the cups were barely 75% full! I inquire with the lady who made the drinks: hey, did something go wrong, because it looked like someone had already took a few gulps-- may I ask, where did the rest of the drink went! She informed us since we ordered with "no ice", that's why the drink content can not be full to the top. They leave several inches of space to accomodate ice. I told her Well, I prefer no ice, its a teeth sesitivity issue, but that doesn't mean I should get only 75% of a cup of a drink that I'm paying in FULL price for, it was not a discounted drink! Customers Obviously don't get what they pay for. The cups are small enough already & when they short you of the liquid content, in addition-- it became a mini size drink 6 oz. at full price. This tea shop is stingy & skimp on customers. Beware! & If you buy for your co-workers or family or friends, it would look like you took several gulps from each drink before delivery. No body likes that. Our drinks are down 3 inches from the top. We Paid $16, it's pure rip off ! Asked if she could fill it up at least a little bit, cuz it doesn't look good, we were not warned that this is what they do & she declined; said she "has no power to do anything". Quality of the food /drink purchased: I rate mine a 2 star. There was no kumquat citrus taste to it whatsoever. The drink is but just brown sugar syrup, & barely any taste of tea nor honey in it. My hubby rate his a 1 star. Worst coffee tea drink he ever had. Low quality coffee & he asked for no sugar, She added sugar even though sticker even clearly says zero sugar. Beware: At this place,You're basically buying sugared flavored syrup mixed with low quality tea , coffee. Ambiance: I would rate a 3. It's warmly lit with accent lighting & zodiac signs on tables, a collection of small bubble tea plush squishmallows to the left of the register. Service: Terrible way to treat customers. 1st & LAST time, with this business. Save your money, go else where We should've asked for a refund. It's unacceptable way to do business, taking advantage of customers. To the owner, we're huge fan of bubble teas & wouldve given you aton more business; instead you saved on ingredients /drink contents (0.50cents ?!!) but lost a customer for life. There are plenty excellent bubble tea shops in Duluth area, don't go here, worst one we ever been to-- unless you want money wasted. Buyer Beware !

There was alot of teens being very loud while I was trying to enjoy the mediocre tea which tasted horrible and the employee working was very rude.

Nice newer shopping center with lots of evening entertainment. This location has an outstanding gated seating area. Interior seating were booths with astrology signs at each table. Cool vibe, great date place. Plenty of parking. I tried their cheese cream boba tea. Interesting. Never had one. But their small size for about $4 was a bit small and finished in 5 mins. Maybe on m6 next visit, I'll try the ones without the cheese cream on top.

SO EXCITED to have another option in the Duluth area! Located at what was formerly CUPS joint, the layout is still pretty similar. So I asked what was highly recommended by the manager and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! So they are known for using REAL Fruit, innovative drinks, and The Fried Bao that I haven't found anywhere else. Cutting to the chase! My Faves in no order. Creme Brûlée - Very Sweet and tastes just like CREME BRÛLÉE! Topped with caramelized sugar, brown sugar glazed boba, and fresh milk. Cloudy Dragon - The salty cream cheese, real dragon fruit, and milk makes this aesthetically pleasing drink tastes like ..... ice cream? I would describe this as a creamy fruity drink, great for a hot day, once shaken up! Peach Orange Strawberry Oolong tea, when you're wanting something not so sweet, refreshing and fruity. In regards to snacks, the wings stood out the most being EXTRA crispy, so brace yourself.... if you're looking for a not so messy finger food, the fried bao and Fish cake cubes(fish tofu) are the way to go!

All these drinks can't be done with NO ice. They kept telling me I couldn't do this or that with my drink. ALL of the drinks were NOT GOOD. They tasted like straight powder. The boba and toppings were not good. The drinks were overall horrible. I wouldn't come back here. Just save your money.

Royal tea is located where Rustic Couch used to be. The changed around the interior. It continues to be spacious with a lot of seating. It's in a large plaza so there's plenty of parking. Service is pretty quick as they have a lot of people making drinks so it went by pretty quickly. Today, 8/8, is their grand opening so their drinks are currently half off! I tried three of their drinks with my brother. We had the cake cream pearl black tea, royal milk tea, and the cheese cream milk tea. 1. Cake cream didn't taste as I expected but it has grown on my brother. He says it has a slight birthday cake taste. Their boba is okay, tastes like what you would get at a pho restaurant. $4.50 2. Royal milk tea is pretty usual. However, royal milk tea is usually black milk tea and jasmine milk tea mixed together. It tastes really familiar but I couldn't really taste the jasmine. $3.50 3. The cheese cream tastes like condensed milk!! If you like condensed milk (the OG Longevity brand), then you'll like this. The "cheese cream" tastes like it! It has a touch of saltiness. I believe their base is the royal milk tea. This one was a bit sweeter than the other two above so I would go less sugar. $4 Overall, the drinks do not run overly sweet and I actually think they're good the way they come at regular (we typically get like 50-70% at KFT or 50% at Tea Top). They didn't allow for no ice and I feel like it's a 12oz drink but I could be wrong. It's only one size for each style drink (their fruit teas are a larger size). They run kinda pricey at regular price in my opinion, but worth a try for new tastes!

They only have one person working. We came in and placed our order. People kept trickling in after us, and she kept taking more and more orders, and not making any of the drinks. Took forever for us to get our Boba. She should have fulfilled some orders before taking more orders.

Ok so living in Duluth, when I see a new boba spot pop up - normally I have to recount the tally (I think we are up to 20 spots). That said, having lived in China and fallen in love with Royal Tea in Shenzhen, I was extremely excited when I saw the sign pop up for this place. Royal tea is a Taiwanese Franchise that is extremely popular in Asia and China. I have only been once because the lines are normally so long in Shenzhen, you gotta be willing to give up an hour to get your tea (which I just can't do normally). That said, this opening does not have all fo the top drinks that you would see in Taiwan or China (I think it's missing 3) but the concept here is great so let's jump into it. ATMOSPHERE The Atmosphere here is pretty awesome actually. It has a unique modern feel and you can tell they remodeled this from the original Rustic Couch and Kups layout to be a bit more open. The tables are espresso colored with beige cushions. Something unique that you're not going to see in other places is the neon-lit signs based on zodiac signs. I suppose they do this to better know what tables to send the orders to but it also adds a unique pop to the overall view. There is outside seating but it's not fully covered so it can be a bit wet. I see the umbrellas outside so possibly, this is a working progress. DRINKS Ok so, I can't go into all the drinks here but there are quite a few. The first time coming here, I wanted to get the royal black tea which is what they are known for and I loved it. After they won my trust I had to try a few other things so bear in mind that this review is over some days coming here and trying different items. The menu is broken up into Cheese Tea, Milk Tea, Fruit Teas, and regular Matcha assortments. My favorite cheese foam tea is the Royal Black Tea but when it comes to the fruit teas, they use real fruits (no powder) and they all have a green tea base so it's not just a smoothie. If you find yourself here, get the dragonfruit or avocado those are my favs. Also good to note that no tea here is powdered but everything is brewed fresh. The same goes for the fruit in the fruit teas - they are all blended and not powdered. SNACKS One thing I usually have against tea spots in this area is that there are no snacks or things to eat, so cafe workers like myself normally need to leave and get something to eat and come back. There isn't a full diner menu here, but they have snacks such as wings, tofu, fries, calamari, and fried bun (my fav). The fried bun here reminds me of the previous location rustic couch (miss that place) and is pretty filling. You get 2 for 5.50. STAFF The staff has been very nice and answered all of my 1000 questions so hats off to them for that. I think that this place will do well as more people come and give it a try. For now, its one of my favorite spots to hang out and get some work done.

Cute bubble tea spot in satellite blvd in Duluth across from I luv hotpot. I'm a taro bubble tea girl and that's my go to drink- drink was pretty decent. The ambiance was cute and young crowd was hanging there. They seem to have food options too although we didn't try any! I recommend this place!

i came in after my tattoo appointment and it was cute. the plants and lights made a nice atmosphere, but it was a little too loud for studying. cake cream black pearl milk tea: i like that the tea flavor was strong. the boba had a good chew to it. i'm not sure what the cake cream was but it was really good! it was sweet and so was the boba which balanced the slight bitterness from the tea.

Very cute place and would be comfortable to hang out at! I ordered the oreo drink and their new roasted oolong milk tea and i found those to be better than alot of other places ive gone to here in Gwinnett county. These are pretty common drinks and they didnt mess up so im sure their other selections are good as well! I gave them a 4 star only because i dont think they give you an option on sizes and its like a smaller size. My friend drank it literally in like 7 minutes. Maybe they do this for everyone's health benefit? Lol Def. Will go back and you should try it out when in the area. Oh and the employees are very attentive as well as kind~

Not too sweet either just how I like it!

The shop itself is small but really charming. It felt clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully put together, with a cozy, welcoming vibe. The décor was cute and modern with soft lighting, neat counters, and a handful of seats and chairs that made it feel comfortable without being crowded. It's definitely more of a quick stop-and-sip spot rather than a place to hang out for hours, but still inviting. We ordered the Mango Sticky Rice Milk ($7.50, $7.95 after tax), which we had heard great things about and were excited to try. Overall, we'd rate it about a 3.5/5. Flavor-wise, it delivered on what it promised--the mango taste was fresh and noticeable, blended nicely with a creamy, milky base. There were bits of real mango throughout, which added a nice texture, and the sticky rice component tasted just like you'd expect--soft, slightly chewy, and subtly sweet. The drink wasn't overly sugary either, which we appreciated since we tend to avoid drinks that are too sweet. It had a balanced, mellow sweetness with a smooth, lightly tropical profile. That said, there were a couple of downsides. The drink had quite a bit of ice, more than I would've preferred, which made it feel like we were getting less actual drink. If I could order it again, I'd definitely ask for less ice. Also, the cashier didn't ask for a size, so I assumed there was only one option--but I do wish the portion was a bit larger. I finished it in about 10 minutes, which made it feel a little less worth the price. One small bonus: the WiFi password was printed right on the receipt (bestboba123), which is always convenient. Overall, a solid spot with a cute atmosphere and a good (but not amazing) drink. I'd come back to try other menu items and maybe customize my order a bit more next time.

Bear in mind, I visited this location back in June of 2024 but just forgot to make this review. I am still basing this review on the detailed notes I take at every restaurant, but take this review with a grain of salt as things may have changed in the year and a half it has been since I visited this location. (PS: According ti their online menu, their prices have increased since my visit) Atmosphere: Medium-light ambience. Dragon Ball themed decorations. Tables are very close together so not a good restaurant for an intimate meal as you can clearly hear every conversation around you. Food: For appetizers we got the Goi Cuon / Shrimp Fresh Spring Rolls ($4.95). This was the only decent thing we had. Ingredients were fresh, the sauce had good flavor, and was reasonably priced. I got the Pho Dac Biet ($15.95). This dish was very disappointing to me. It was a new experience to get the noodles and meat on the side. I guess they want you to put it in yourself so that the noodles would be fresh and not soggy? Or it may be another gimmick to "build it yourself" for entertainment. Either way, I wasn't a fan of this style of serving. Just bring it to me assembled with the vegetables on the side like other Vietnamese restaurants. Besides that, the dish overall was just bad. Two important components to pho: Rich broth and bouncy noodles. The broth was very subpar and the noodles were terrible. Not the standard vermicelli you would get with traditional pho. No bounce, way too soft, not enjoyable at all, and not filling. My companion got the Com Bo Luc Lac / Rice with Sauteed Shaking Beef (Filet Mignon) ($17.95). There wasn't much to say about this dish. The beef was decently tender, but it lacked flavor. Overall the dish was pretty bland. Service: This is what had me upset. My companion and I put our orders in together at the same time. It took almost 20 minutes to get my order. I'm the type to not start on my meal until everyone at the table gets their food. Another 20 minutes pass and my companion had not gotten her food yet. I asked the waiter how long it was going to take. He asked what she ordered and said he would ask the kitchen. Another 15 minutes later, he brought out her food. I suspect that they somehow forgot about her order, put it in again, and then made us wait for the chef to cook it. In total, we waited about 40 minutes to get all of our food. By the time my companion got her food, my pho was already lukewarm. Overall: I would not recommend this restaurant. I would only be happy to pay the price they charged me for my pho only if it were quality, even average pho. The food overall was subpar. The service was careless. You're not paying for good food, you're paying for the gimmicks. Dai Loi 3 is a much better option
