This Ding Tea in Suwanee has a drive-thru!! It's the only drive thru bubble place that I know of in Georgia. Makes it so convenient. They have a variety of bubble teas, fruit teas, etc in their drink menu. This location also has bahnmi sandwiches on their menu from Super Pho. Very cool! They also offer a combo deal for a sandwich and a drink. The bahnmi is tasty and appreciate how they load up the toppings. Bread was fresh and good too. Came here after shopping for a quick drink. I ordered a Jasmine Green Milk Tea and a Matcha Milk Tea. The Jasmine had the monster boba in it, which was severely over cooked, it had no chew at all. The flavouring on the Jasmine Green was great I will say. The Matcha was not mixed properly. There was excess powder on the sides and covering the bottom of the cup. read more

I got a regular Thai tea with boba, nothing too special. I was a little skeptical of getting boba from Ding (I've just never had a good experience) but I can confidently say that this was probably my best experience with Ding Tea. They just have you pull up and wait in a parking spot and they'll bring it out to your car. I actually have not been inside the store yet, but I love that there is a drive thru, which limits contact. Love this during these uncertain times! They also offer Vietnamese Banh Mi's. I really like this place. It's small and cute. Extremely clean. There's also drive-through available. They have delicious drinks and there's Boba available. I don't think there's any food inside there but the drinks are amazing. I've had a couple of them and I've enjoyed all of them although I don't remember the names. 4 out of 5 drinks were correct. My coffee was however prepared hot instead of cold. I told them it was wrong and the person who took the order said my wife ordered incorrectly and said 2 hot lattes. Instead of an apology she came back with this. Then I said I stood next to my wife and heard her order the 1 hot and 1 cold bc I wanted to make sure mine came out cold. I knew mine may mistakenly be made hot so I made sure my wife repeated what I asked when she ordered. She then said my wife "mumbled it". I told her it was clear what she ordered bc I was standing right there. Then she also said my wife could have looked at the order to make sure it was inputted correctly. Fair. Refund. She then said she couldn't issue a refund and started off on something and I asked if I mumbled. I will never come here again and ask everyone I know in suwanee to stay away from this place. The service is less than desirable. Edit. So I walked away leaving my wife, father, mother and mother-in-law. My father is elderly and handicapped so I left them while there until our lunch spot opened at 1130 which was another 15 mins. Got the lychee green tea with boba and 50% sweetness and it was the perfect sweetness! From what I've heard from many people, they never order 100% sweetness at ding tea was I think it wouldn't be a bad idea to get less sweetness for your drinks. The flavor was a standard fruit green tea flavor you can find typically in other boba stores. There was nothing special to it but it still tasted great and refreshing and I can see myself getting it again because of the reliability and the familiarity of the flavor. I love the idea of a drive thru for boba. It's pretty clever. However, I have a love and hate relationship with Ding Tea. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's horrible. I normally adjust my sugar levels to 50% or 70% but my drink will taste like they put in 100% or 150% sugar. I look forward to going whenever a friend or my siblings want to go - mostly cause it's like playing roulette "Is it going to be good or bad this time?" Is my drink going to give me diabetes? I love the drive thru concept. They don't have a speaker box, so you have to order at the window, but there is a large menu to look at prior to approaching the window. I always get their signature milk tea. It's my favorite. I ordered their bbq pork banh mi recently, and it wasn't bad. It's definitely not a traditional vietnamese banh mi. The bbq pork meat was a Char Siu pork, and for some reason there was so many juices inside the bread. As I ate the banh mi, lots of juices were dripping out and made the sandwich very soggy.
