Really near spot! We went after on a Thursday and there weren't many "bread" options, but service was great and it had games next to the cashier for you to play while you wait. I loved the spinning seats by the door. Relaxing spot to sip on your tea!

Taro Smoothie with Boba and Coconut Milk Tea with Boba

We drove past this place one day and put it on our to visit list... and finally got to it! First, there are so many options from toppers, flavors, teas, and more. Someone ordered a brown sugar black tea latte with boba and a cream cheese topper, sounds like a mouthful but it looked absolutely delicious. Might have to try it the next time we visit because there will be a next. Second, the ambiance.. there have some really cute seating areas and different activities. So, there's the couches to just chill, the flower wall to take pictures, and on the side there's a arcade type game station. They also had a bookcase with children books, cards and games. So, go hang out! The service was great as they were quick and helpful! They also have little iPads to take orders if you prefer to order that way. We didn't try the food but they have a few options for pastries and waffles if you need a little snack! Overall, our selections were great and the boba was the perfect texture. We also loved the fact that we could customize the sugar level, had a variety of different milk options and customize the ice levels.

Decided to try a new boba spot for national tapioca day and landed at this spot. It is a small cute place with some games & cute decor. I always appreciate a boba place that has milk alternatives and this one did! I ordered the thai milk tea with almond milk and black boba pearls. I got normal ice and sugar levels. This tea was way too sugary. If I went back I would get 50% sugar in this flavor at least. You order through a kiosk so the interaction with staff was very limited, I never spoke to them which I also wasn't too fond of. Sometimes I think customer service can make the experience so much better. Overall, it was okay boba, but I probably would not go back.

As an avid bubble tea lover, my cousin and I had a blast finding this hidden gem right in our neighborhood. Cute design, decorated for the holiday, fairly priced drinks and fun games and photo set ups. Definitely a place to go again.

I like bubble tea!!! This place is absolutely adorable! Great lunch meet up spot! We only ordered peach tea and because it was only my second experience with this kind of drink, I made it simple. Word of advice, they give you levels of how sweet you would like your tea... if you get the bobas you want to probably add no sugar to the tea- just from my observation. They also serve Korean style sandwiches. Try the peach tea with the mango! Yummy!

Got to check this place out this week and it's awesome! I got the Vietnamese iced coffee and my friend got a strawberry smoothie. Both were amazing and they have great decor all over. We also enjoyed playing their arcade games especially while waiting for the drinks. We appreciated their Instagram selfie back drop and I'm already planning to revisit them

Jasmine Tea with Cheese Foam

They just opened last Friday 01/14. Tea is great! Flavor of tea is strong and the cheese foam is just the right savory. I personally chose 25 sweet with little ice. They have a ton of topping varieties. I'm not a toppings person though. There are a few unique toppings. Banh Mi was pretty good for local options. I took it home to toast myself. However, will try it freshly toasted in house the next time. They loaded me up with toppings. I had a thit nuong. Not as good as Quoc Huong or Be Banh Mi, but if you live out here in Northeast Gwinnett, this is a great convenient option for both the Banh Mi and tea!

This is my new favorite tea spot! They were super helpful with helping me decide which bubble tea to try. The jasmine tea with lychee juice and black boba balls was delicious! Can't wait to try all their other teas.

10/10 service! This place is so cute! I love the flower wall which is perfect for content creators and IG/TikTok posts! I had the house special Vietnamese Brown Sugar Coffee...when I tell you it was DIVINE we also got the Vietnamese Bread with Pork and the House Special!! Again....A-MAZE-ING!!! They also have arcade games to play with your friends and tons of space to talk and not overhear someone else's convo. I will definitely be back!!

Seating was top tier.

Omg ok so this place is so so so cute like everyone is saying. Their taro milk tea tastes like trix cereal milk, which I personally like. Their brown sugar milk tea is also really nice. The cheese foam is rlly good and goes well with the brown sugar milk tea. Their boba is good, chewy but not mushy. The workers were really nice and very helpful. And omg they have games and also water bottles that are the cutest and adorable keychains. Really recommend this place to a lot of ppl!

Just stumbled upon this cute lil shop. Teas were pretty good. Got the Matcha Bingsoo and Mango Smoothie. They also had Banh Mi's which we're just ok. - at Bread & Bubbletea - 3157 Sugarloaf Pkwy Suite120, Lawrenceville, GA 30045

VIRAL GA PEACH MILK MATCHA…read more I continue to get messages from local folks saying that they are disappointed in the local Asian food scene... Are they disappointed in the food scene or are they just disappointed that there are no good food accounts to show them the way? Most people have trouble researching local food, I get that. I understand. I have many thoughts on this, especially when your feed is now clogged with foodies that are only money grabbing local businesses and not truly supporting the community and it's innovation. If a businesses doesn't have a "social media marketing budget," that doesn't mean that they don't have life changing food and drinks. You just haven't found them yet, because the business is not willing to pay a model to promote them. A delicious moment is when you realize that OTP Atlanta is a food travel destination. Especially, Gwinnett county. Nothing brings back a specific memory like the flavor of a beloved drink at the coziest bubble tea shop. It is my secret, hidden gem hangout spot. These moments make me question my own origins, where I live, and just like many of you --- how I take Georgia for granted. 1 Peach Milk Matcha Latte - Creamy, delicious and not too sweet. I'm surprised how well the peach flavor pairs with matcha. 2 Yuzu Citrus Drink - Super refreshing and mild citron style drink. This drink is best at 50% sweetness and with crystal boba.

I have always driven past this cafe but never had the time to stop by. Well today was the day I was…read moregoing to check it out. Parking can be a bit confusing as there are some in the front and I believe having some In The back as well! The cute logo stands outside the door and the sign and once you go inside you are greeted by nice staff and a very spacious environment with an inviting ambiance. There was many things to do and keep yourself entertained such as board games, arcade games, claw games and tons of comfy seating. This place is perfect to hang out with friends. I ordered a Thai tea latte with oat milk and got tapioca pearls. They do charge you $1 for milk substitute and the tapioca will be 0.90 so be aware. The barista took his time allowing me to figure out what to order but also creating my drinks from scratch. He helped me out and gave me a bag to hold my drinks together. The drink itself was okay. It tasted a bit off as far as flavor wise but the tapioca was fresh. Thai tea was a bit too milky and almost as if powder hasn't fully dissolved. I think I will try a different drink next time as I wasn't too much of a fan. The service and environment is what sold me so I will be back!
