    Kokee Milk Tea

This is a cute little boba shop tucked away in the Publix complex. When I entered, the overall aesthetic of the place was bright and pretty cute with tables and chairs set up to work or hang with friends. They on my have one size for their drinks, but you can customize the ice and sugar levels. I went with the Kokee tea with less ice and 50% sweetness. The tea was essentially an earl grey and pretty great, and not overly sweet which I enjoyed. I got my drink pretty quickly after ordering as well. Overall, a great place to get bubble tea and would love to come back and try some other drinks!

What a cute little boba shop! They have a great selection of milk tea's and herbal teas! This store is at the corner of a Plaza that is connected with a Publix. I'll order the brown sugar milk tea. I was quite disappointed because it was all milk. I did ask for 50% sweetness but I didn't expect it to be 50% of the flavor. It was quite disappointing but next time maybe I will get a different flavor but I definitely will not be ordering that again. The interior is very cute as you can tell from the photos they have a lot of baked goods for sale, which look like they are homemade. They do have a lot of knickknacks and items for sale. They also have some tea sets available. There's a bit of seating for people to sit and enjoy their tea however, we took this to go! Overall, it is a great Tea spot and it's great that John's Creek is providing Asian food and beverage options!

This shop opened up near by so I grabbed a few drinks for me and my friends. Their store front was super clean and decorated nicely. The staff were friendly and helped when I had questions about certain drinks. I got their new green green grape tea and it was delicious! Will definitely come back in the future when I want to grab a quick bubble tea!

Found this new boba tea spot. Very nice and clean, and the person assisting me was very friendly and helpful with choosing a drink. I chose the Oreo C&C Brown Sugar with Honey Boba. I wasn't crazy about the Oreo in the tea as the texture made it hard to enjoy. They just had a soft grand opening but it's in the same plaza as Publix. I love how they even sell little tea pots and other merchandise, even cakes and macaroons.

My daughter got so excited to see this place open near us. Apparently there is one in Mall of Georgia, and she goes every time she can. I was happy to take her, but didn't want to risk having boba so late and it keeping me up, but she got her mango slushy. I'm not the biggest slushy fan, but I gotta tell you...this drink was so good! It had the crushed ice in it, and the mango flavor really stood out. The place is very new, very clean, and super cute inside. I have to come back soon and try their boba, because they had a really nice selection, including honey, aloe, crystal, peach, mango, coffee jelly, lychee (I love me some lychee), and coconut. It's definitely worth checking out if you are in the area. I'm sure we will be back soon!

***FOOD: Love the Teas, especially the lychee, mango and taro teas, have macaroon & cheesecakes. They also have waffles and will try next time I'm there. maybe should have CREPES too, like nutella, nutella & banana, lemon, ice cream, honey, strawberry & whipped cream crepes. This is just a suggestion but would love to have a place that does crepes & bubble waffles or the matcha fish ice cream ***COST (OUT OF 4$) $ $ Reasonable cost ***DÉCOR: Clean new, a little cluttered and mish mash of things ***SERVICE: friendly ***RECOMMEND: YES would definitely RECOMMEND and will definitely go back.

different flavors ! the croissant/ waffle ( croffle) is tastefully done !

I've seen Kokee tea locations in shopping malls before but never one outside. The store is clean and bright and there was a friendly lady who greeted me upon arrival. I got the kokee milk tea with crystal boba and honey milk tea both with 50% sugar and less ice. The honey milk tea was a bit sweet for my liking and the kokee milk tea was okay. The drinks were a bit watery but overall decent. I ended up paying 6.89 + 1.05 (15% tip) =$7.94. This was with a grand opening BOGO promotion so the drinks are a bit pricy. I will come back to try the other flavors during the promotion period.

I've traveled all over, had coffee in cities people romanticize, stood in lines at "famous" spots--and nothing hits like this place. Nothing. This is my daily go-to, and every single time I walk in, it delivers the exact same feeling: calm, grounded, present. The moment you step inside, the vibe is immediate--peaceful, welcoming, almost humbling. There's a rhythm to it. No chaos, no ego, just people who genuinely care about what they're doing. And that shows in everything. The team behind the bar? Phenomenal. Not just friendly--knowledgeable. You can ask anything, and they'll walk you through it without making you feel out of place. It's not transactional, it's collaborative. They actually involve you in the process, like they want you to understand and enjoy what you're drinking, not just buy it. And the coffee... this is where it separates itself. Whether it's hot, iced, something classic, or something you didn't even know existed--they're never afraid to push boundaries. They experiment, they refine, and they absolutely deliver. Your palate will expand coming here. You'll try things you didn't expect to like--and end up loving. What's wild is this:The feeling I get grabbing a coffee here is the same feeling I've had standing in Little Havana, getting an espresso from Versailles. That same energy. That same emotional connection. That same "this is exactly where I'm supposed to be right now" moment.

Their menu is full of creative coffee drinks, and everything we tried was spot on. I ordered the Verde latte, a unique blend of coffee and matcha, and it was perfectly balanced--not too sweet, which I really appreciate. My husband got the Tiramisu coffee and was "very impressed." As a Colombian, he's particular about his coffee, and he said he was very impressed. That says a lot coming from him--he even told me more than once that I needed to write a raving review because of how much he enjoyed it. We also tried one of their Croffles (a croissant-waffle hybrid), and learning that they import the croissant ingredients from France made it feel extra special. The shop itself is bright and welcoming. I loved the little touches, like protective padding on table corners for kids--such thoughtful detail for families. They even surprised our son with a prebiotic drink, which made the experience even more memorable. On top of the great drinks and food, the service was warm and genuine. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in Suwanee. This spot is going to be the next big coffee destination!

The cafe is located in a shopping center with shared parking. I love the name and the aesthetic of this place. The staff is always really kind and patient. You definitely don't always get that kind of treatment at local coffee shops. I have tried their Einspanner and can confirm it's my favorite! The tuna smash (not pictured) was so tasty! I love the sourdough a the flavor profile of the tuna. I ate the entire thing so fast. I definitely recommend. The menu consist of a few items and they have a lot of sweet treat options available. I was confused about how many cars were in the parking lot 10 AM and the place was actually packed. Must be a good sign. Wanted something for breakfast and a cup of coffee tried to figure out the kiosk to order a cup of coffee, but couldn't find it so I asked person behind the counter. This was the strange thing that a coffee shop does not have coffee. So I ordered a corn latte that was different. It was really really good. For food I ordered a bagel and lox plate. It came out really colorful and decorative. The stuff on top of the bagel was really good but since I'm from New York City, I give the bagel zero stars. If they changed where they sourced the bagels from it would be 10 of 10. Price was steep for what it was but it's the economy. Everything's expensive now.
