This place is located near the Asian market and had convenient parking, which made it easy to stop by. We went in looking for collectible cards and ended up having the place to ourselves, which was nice and quiet. We ordered the Felix mango green tea and the brown sugar milk tea, and both drinks were enjoyable and refreshing. Unfortunately, they didn't have any collectible cards available, which was a big disappointment for us since that was the main reason we visited. This particular tea shop is small in size but big on flavor! When we walked in we were the only ones in there. We were quickly greeted and helped. The shop was clean and the employee was as friendly. I went with the 3 jelly tea. It had custard, boba and herbal jelly. I went with light ice and the least amount of sugar. I enjoyed all of it except for the custard. I had never had it before and know I know to avoid it in the future. They were also offering three different types of teas for 3 dollars which seems like a pretty good deal. Gong Cha had become one of my favorite tea shops. There are a lot of options in this area but I would definitely come back to this location. read more

This establishment had been on my list of places to visit. My nephew and niece also wanted to try the boba tea. During our visit, the venue was crowded, and employees displayed a reluctance to assist with our order. When I posed questions regarding the menu, the staff member recommended using the automated ordering system, demonstrating a lack of willingness to engage. As a result, we restricted our order to boba teas via the machine. While the seating area is well-appointed, featuring multiple tables and board games, customer service necessitates improvement, and our teas were ordinary. They have ample of seating and it's pretty presentable place. I am unlikely to return to this venue in the near future due to customer service. read more

Stopped here after a great meal at a nearby restaurant and shopping at Assi Market. I ordered the Iced Oolong Tea (they have a $3 special), half sweet, regular ice. It was perfect and absolutely refreshing. The service was super fast and friendly. This was a very pleasanty quick trip to get a deliciously, refreshing iced tea. read more

Tried three different drinks and each one hit the mark! The Strawberry Milk Slush was light and refreshing with great flavor. Caramel Chocolate Slush was smooth, chocolaty, and not overly sweet--just how we like it. The Pearl Milk Tea was a flawless classic with great balance and bouncy pearls. Gong Cha in Suwanee across the Assi Plaza is amazing! Their teas are so delicious and I am a massive fan of their Earl Grey. They have the best Earl Grey tea of all the global boba/bubble tea chains in my opinion. I recommend the Earl Grey Milk Tea with 30% Sweetness, boba, and milk foam! I get 100% ice to make it refreshing! The customer service here is always nice. They are always patient when I order and are usually always smiling. The associate that helped me is Gao! He is so nice!! The shop itself has seating, but I usually grab a drink and take it Togo. I recently visited again with my family and it is a great place to catch up and talk! Gong Cha grand opening was not too long ago. I passed by as I was on my way to the grocery store and knew I had to pick up a drink to try. Unfortunately there's not a lot of traffic going in and out because of the COVID-19 pandemic going on right now, but they are still taking to-go and phone orders and giving 20% off discounts, which is great as I definitely want to support! The interior is small and cozy with tables and benches lined against the wall! There are lots of outlets as well, so I imagine that there will be a lot of students camping out here in the future. As far as the drinks, I ordered an earl gray milk tea with boba and 70% sugar. I noticed that the black pearl was a little smaller than what I'm used to and very chewy. Flavor wise, the boba was pretty good. I was also interested in tasting the while pearl in which they let me try a sample. It's pretty much lychee in the shape of mini pearls - not chewy at all. As far as the tea, I thought it was pretty tasty and refreshing. Not anything special, though. I wanted to try their bubble waffle but they weren't making them at the time. Would I come and try something different next time? For sure! After all, it's less than 2 miles from my house :) read more

We visited two days in a row :) The number of options and customizations can be overwhelming. They were great at trying to describe and answer our questions. My girls love popping boba but they didn't have those. They let us try the mango pearls to make sure we liked them before ordering. I love that you can choose the sugar level - half sugar was plenty sweet for us. My pick: Taro and Strawberry milk tea with black pearls, half sugar. The purple and pink color is so fun and it's delicious! For kids: The smoothies are great for hot summer days! Bubble Waffles: My girls loved the chocolate and the original. They don't have anything inside like I thought. The 'bubble' description is the shape of the waffle. I got the green tea / matcha waffle for myself and that one did have red beans(?) inside. I'm not reading the sign and seeing we could have ordered toppings on the waffle! Next time. *plan on extra wait time if you order waffles because they make them fresh* You can also order online, and probably call to place an order for pick-up. All employees were wearing masks with proper social distancing from customers and the restaurant was clean. read more

The only bright spot was that the employees were really nice and helpful. The drinks were both bad unfortunately. The Brown Sugar Milk Tea was extremely sweet and tasted very strongly of Brown Sugar syrup? I've had the Brown Sugar Milk Tea from all the other different nearby Boba locations and they were all much better in the flavor balance, overall flavor, and sweetness. You can adjust sweetness here so maybe lowering it might save the drink. The foam was not bad though. The peach Yogurt was "like a Capri-Sun". Peach flavor was really artificial and not sure where the yogurt flavor aspect was. Wasn't immediately noticeable as peach right away either. read more

5 stars because the folks at this location were so patient and accommodating despite our large and confusing order! The drinks were pretty aligned to the standard boba tea shops. Not my favorite but still hits the spot! I tried the oolong pearl tea with 50% sugar and it was perfect for me. The mango green tea was a bit too sweet even at 50% but it could have been an anomaly. I'm personally not a fan of gong cha bubbles- smaller and more dense than chewy but the teas were solid. Would come here again. Their black milk tea (#2 most popular drink) with light ice and 50% sugar is amazing. The matcha smoothie with 50% sugar was not that good. The sugar level is good but the drink was too ice-y. Make sure to ask them to blend it a lot. The flavour is average. The original bubble waffle was slightly overcooked and ever so slightly too crunchy. Staff are rly knowledgeable about sugar level and can give good recommendations! Super friendly and nice, too! read more

Awesome place to get my boba teas! Every time I have been here the service has been awesome! The coffee boba tea it's my to go one here as in almost every other boba tea shop. I should try other flavors soon but I can't find myself ordering something else besides the coffee ones. I finally got to try this place and I'm glad I did. The employees were helpful when I asked them questions about the drinks. I got the black milk tea with black pearls and I feel like they give you more toppings compared to other bubble tea places. Due to Covid they have plexiglass dividers and the employees are wearing masks. They had few seats available inside with disinfectant sprays and hand sanitizers for customer use. read more

So glad to have a new Gong Cha in the neighborhood. The space is so beautifully decorated and make you feel at home, it's a great place to hang out with friends but for now during the Covid-19 pandemic social distance is still in order. The employees are well equipped in face coverings and a glass barrier by the cash register. The waiting entrance is a bit small and crowded. The drinks were fantastic and we love the waffle bubble snack. Highly recommend this place. read more
