Decided to go here after seeing their bubble waffles. Took my kids for snacks and a fun afternoon. Small cozy spot. Helpful friendly staff. They explained the drinks and toppings. The food menu was not as extensive as some of the other locations but they still had lots to offer. Had sugarcane kiwi Strawberry, oolong sea salt milk foam, shrimp egg rolls, crab Rangoon, hot dog ball, chicken empanada's and ice cream bubble waffle. Everything was delicious. Fried perfectly with bold flavors. The crab Rangoon's had real filling with a creamy texture. The Shrimp Egg Rolls had whole fresh shrimp inside. The drinks were smooth and refreshing. The waffles did take awhile to get but that's because they are made fresh. Fun snack spot for the family. If you're in the area stop in. read more

Although this is a personal preference, id probably suggest 50% or 75% sweet. *Taro milk tea: Also a good standard taro flavor. This one was not too sweet however! So the 100% (standard sugar) turned out well. *the boba in the teas I must also make a side not about were really chewy, plenty soft enough, and were great!! Food We ordered the boom boom shrimp, single item (not the meal) I'm not sure if this part of the order was forgotten about. Nonetheless, I wouldn't say it was exactly worth the price we paid for it, but it was a nice idea to have on the menu. Originally, I thought King Kong was closed, because there was a padlock on the door. Luckily, I saw someone leaving and I went to take another look. Personally, I don't see this as a cafe that I would study in. Most of the tables were dirty, and although the music choice is nice it is also very loud. This would be a cool place to bring a small club or just to hang out with friends for a bit. The server/barista was incredibly nice and super patient (I didn't know what I wanted to order). There are several huge menus with plenty of options, so there is definitely something for everyone here! My drink had an amazing taste, but I ordered a smoothie and the consistency of it was just not there for me personally- it was already melted. If I were do get this drink again I would ask for extra ice blended and I wouldn't add kiwi popping pearls (they are good but combined it just tastes like sugar). I would definitely come back and give it another try for a better rating, because of the vast menu options and the location, but I would be hesitant to get any ice blended drink again. read more

After arriving home with my order I found shredded fibers in my sandwich. i went back to show what I found and they were rude a dismissive. Great drinks with flavorful tea and soft boba. There's a lot of drink options so you're bound to find something you like. I would recommend trying the mangonada or wintermelon milk tea. Ok so this is the only bubble tea place near me, and the bubble tea is good, which is why I keep coming back. However, the food is terrible, and the service sucks. They have not had a single clean table in the 5 times I've been here (and it's dead, 1 customer max every time I'm in there and yet no clean tables???) and on my last visit, there was no one in the store for 5 minutes. As in no one working. Just an empty restaurant full of dirty tables and no one to serve the customers. Like I said, good milktea, bad food, poor service and poorly ran. read more

I've been to Vietnam before and I would say this place reminds me of the best coffee I've ever had which was in Vietnam plus the feel and look of the place reminded me of Hong Kong. The girl ringing me up was confused when I gave her change and said that my order was $14. But then gave me change back when I initially tried to give her exact change. I have a milk intolerance so she was able to offer me Almond milk as an alternative and discussed with me the best flavors to order with that substitute. Can't mess up a simple dish, but I'm amazed that it can be. *First time: I went I had wings and fries(no picture), I made of video eating it. The wings tasted like soap and the fries was poured with Cajun seasoning. Smoothie was good. *Second time: I order the empanadas(no picture). I believe I had three. One of the empanadas was cut in half..?? I guess they wanted to see if it was cooked? It was just fried rice and chicken inside the empanadas. Nothing fancy. Texture of the empanadas was good. It was plain though. *Third time: I order Eggrolls and smoothie. Eggrolls was good, but the sauce tasted like it was made weeks ago.. like it sat in the fridge for some days. You can taste the old bitterness and sourness of the sauce. It was OLD and watery. It would of been good if it was fresh. The color wasn't a pretty color red. *Fourth time: ordered smoothies. *Fifth time: I order the popcorn chicken.. the seasoning.... noooooo. Too much seasoning. Wayyy too much. I'm highly disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. The workers were not wearing masks while preparing the drinks/food for their customers during a global pandemic. I think that this is disrespectful and highly unprofessional considering masks are required at other restaurants and even retail businesses. After confronting the staff about my concern, instead of being understanding the staff proceeded to argue with me. The staff member said that as long are they are working in the back they do not wear masks.
