My husband and I stumbled upon this shop and we wanted to try it out. Parking can be rather far and it always available but once you find it you are good!! It is tucked away in downtown Duluth and is In The cutest little area perfect for a walk or spending time with family. Upon entering you are greeted by friendly staff and a very botanical aesthetic. Lots of people enjoying coffee and doing their work. I ordered an iced matcha latte and my husband got an espresso tonic. We chose to sit at the bar and our drinks came out quick. My only complaint of the matcha was the ice, it was very small and easily would slip through the straw, and was almost melted so it watered down my matcha a bit. I loved the vibe and the friendliness of the staff so if we are in the area we will come back if we are able to score parking.

One the best coffee shops in town, very nice store with convenient location and parking option, the coffee smell is amazing inside, they produce their our coffee, it taste fresh and well toasted, friendly service at the bar, ambience great for business and family, we ordered a blueberry iced tea with good natural flavor, cappuccino was good too. Must try this one.

I stopped into Break Coffee Roasters on a whim and ended up having one of the best matcha lattes of my life. Seriously--this drink is pure, velvety green magic. The vibe of the shop only added to the experience--calm, warm, and exactly the kind of place where you want to linger with a cup in hand. Break Coffee Roasters clearly knows what they're doing, and this matcha latte is proof. If you're even remotely a matcha lover, get here. This cup might just convert you into a full-on devotee.

Came here to chill and get a little breakfast at our fave coffee shop. They have great options and I love getting the lavender latte with almond milk yum . My partner got a matcha latte. The person the helped us was so cool, def loved the vibe. Actually the whole staff is cool af lmao! We also love the bleacher options. There were some people on laptops etc on a Tuesday which was cool. Croissant and apple baked goods were consumed with lots of enjoyment. Now they have stickers too!

Your IDEAL workplace/study cafe! Vibes here are immaculate, lots of tables, sunlight, plants, and open space! Drinks and pastries were good, service as well (they warmed up my pastries for me!)

Love this place for great coffee and its location is great in downtown Duluth. There is plenty of parking in the hotel garage a bit down the street. They have yummy pastries and savory snacks as well. Its not the best place for studying with friends since there is not a lot of large table space, but they have some couch seating for hanging out. Its right next to the Duluth downtown lawn space and the other restaurants there.

Break is located in downtown Duluth. It is a perfect place to stop by to grab a coffee and walk around downtown or to stop and take a break. I ordered the orange mocha with oat milk which may be a seasonal drink. I generally do like orange flavored chocolates, so this was a nice change to a regular mocha. The decor is modern, and I love the staircase wall with pillows.

We walked by Break after a trip to the library. We never saw this place before but decided to try it out. We got the orange mocha to share. The interior is really nice and has plenty of places to sit. They have a wall where it's pretty much like a nice version of bleachers with padding for seating. I think it's a great ambiance for the neighborhood and those who come visit nearby. The orange mocha was interesting. I probably won't order it again, but it was a new experience and I always welcome that! I would definitely come back here if I'm in the area and craving for some caffeine. The staff were friendly, but it was a straightforward, order and pick up for us.

This coffee shop is so cute, and somewhere I would definitely come to get work done. It's located in downtown Duluth, so you can't park directly in front of it but there is plenty of parking walking distance away. I tried the vanilla rose latte, cookie butter latte, and the raspberry latte. They were all pretty good. I especially enjoyed the danish. Overall, I really enjoyed the vibe of the coffee shop. For a Sunday afternoon, service was fast and friendly. The orange lavender latte was mild with perfect balance of sweetness. The jalapeño orange lemonade was very sweet and subtly tart but refreshing. For a small space it is functional and not cramped. The light wood with green plants add a vibrant and earthy feel. Background music is chill like church.

Very pleasant ambiance and nicely decorated interior. They have a wide range of beverage/coffee & tea menu while food menu is very limited. We had pumpkin spice latte and Earl grey latte, both tasted good. The bakery stuff didn't feel very fresh neither stale, they tasted ok. Service is quick as we were there early around 9:30 AM on Saturday morning. Overall good vibing coffee place in the neighborhood.

The iced mocha latte was absolutely amazing with a good depth of flavor. My friend got a churro latte with cold foam which he enjoyed. The ambiance is nice and the plants make it very calming. Staff is very friendly here too. There's also a little water station.

I decided on the Crème Brûlée Croffle it was delicious and will definitely return and order that flavor again. I can understand why the Crème Brûlée is the best seller. There's plenty of spacious seating inside, this is an overall place to come study or meet up and talk for a girls afternoon out over matcha or coffee. I also ordered mango matcha and I did not like it very much as it was not sweet at all. The young lady said she could adjust the sweetness. It didn't work for me this time so I'll try it again my next visit and stress that I'd like it sweetened a lot little more than the usual sweetness. UPDATE: Earlier I said I didn't like my Mango Matcha, now I have to change that once I put the straw in my cut and stirred the matcha it was delicious. I didn't realize I shouldn't drink it from the cup without stirring first. I feel so silly now. I changed my four stars to five stars and a newbie like me now will know to stir the matcha first. I received an awards card after ten stamps I believe I get a free item. Sounds fun. Parking is not a problem there's plenty. I can't wait to visit here again.

The parking lot always seems to be packed, which is kind of annoying. I've only tried the chai so far, but it was very good. I'd come back. The atmosphere is probably the biggest reason. It feels a little different from most of the coffee shops around here. Their black sesame latte has changed me. It's all that I want and I can't stop thinking about it. I got it hot with oat milk so it's creamy, nutty and it doesn't even feel like I'm drinking coffee - which can be dangerous. I got a second one to go before I left. I also had a croissant which is very reasonably priced at $3. I'm not much of a sweets person so depending on the next time I'm in, I'd be curious to try their croffle - I still haven't had one yet in general.
