Was in the area and my boyfriend wanted to give this place another try! I will say, I absolutely love the service here. The employees are always so helpful whenever I have questions about a drink or want recommendations. This time, I tried the Mango Coco. I believe it's made with mango slush, coconut milk, salted cheese foam, and sago. It was good! I definitely should have reduced the sugar level though, because it was too sweet for my taste. One thing I really appreciate about Artistea is that the drinks don't taste artificial. During my last visit, I got the Banana Pudding Matcha, and although all I could taste was banana, it tasted like real banana rather than artificial flavoring. Today, the mango tasted real as well, which I really appreciate. As for the activities offered, I think they're such a cute idea and I would love to participate. However, I would personally love to see more practical painting options, like mugs or plates. I just can't quite justify spending $20+ on a small figurine. One thing I would like to mention for possible improvement in future is upkeep. While the activities are cute and fun, it can get messy. We noticed a lot of paint and glute on the tables and chairs. Overall, I enjoy stopping by for the drinks whenever I'm in the area, and the service is always great. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

I love this place! It was my first time there with my friend for her birthday. We had a choice between either the paintings or plushies. The plushies were so cute and we decided to stick with those. Their drink choices all sounded so good too. Most of the staff there were helpful, but the one we had didn't really explained everything for us first timers. We had to listen in on another worker there to understand what we're supposed to do. The tables are kind of too crowded next to each other. There were only 2 of us, but people kept on repeatedly bumping into our table to the point where our items would keep falling to the floor each time. I literally had to pull the table next to me to prop against ours just so that people would no longer walk in between our aisles. Drinks were very good. It was a very relaxing place, but then again, I feel that all art places gives you that feeling. I can't wait to come again with my 2 daughters!

our group visited here on a weekend to make plushies after seeing people rave about it online. the experience is incredibly unique and much more time and labor intensive than you'd think. it's definitely not like a build a bear situation where they'd just stuff it. you pick out the fabric and stencil, cut it out, pin in together, stitch, and stuff. I'd recommend this experience for older kids, teenagers, and adults. theres also a fairly long wait on the weekends/lots of people around the fabric and charms area so be aware of how that can effect your experience. during the experience you can order from their cafe, I got a matcha coconut drink that was very refreshing but because it was so busy it took a long while before I received my drink. overall, I'd say this was a memorable and fun experience but I don't think I'd be doing it again anytime soon. making the plushie is kind of a one and done for me but the painting could be more easily repeatable if the paint quality was better.

Come for the workshop, stay for the drinks. My most favorite drinks are signature milk tea with cheddar cheese and Jasmine Oolong milk tea. So fragnant and not too sweet. The teddy bear making workshop is fun and a great way to learn a new, usefull skill as well. Love the service and their employees since they're always helpful and knowledgeable. Def will come back for more!

The Guava & Grape Cheechee was super refreshing and unique, and the milk tea had a rich tea flavor that stood out immediately. The food was honestly a surprise highlight too. The Seafood Satay Noodle Soup had a rich, flavorful broth with a really good balance of savory and spicy flavors, and the spicy sour beef soup was comforting and packed with flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, making it a great place to study, catch up with friends, or just hang out for a while.

Walked into Goodwin expecting a more relaxed, self-serve style environment where customers could take their time browsing the menu without pressure. Instead, the atmosphere immediately felt tense and uncomfortable -- more like "hurry up and order or leave." The owner are def fuzhouese. One of the first things I noticed was two tables eating directly out of large rectangular aluminum trays, the kind you'd normally see at Chinese buffets or catering setups. This is a sign that tells me they are family member of the restaurant owner 员工餐 . It honestly threw me off and made the dining room feel unusual and unpolished. The female owner immediately came to the entrance as soon as I walked in, which added to the pressure and awkward vibe. My mom actually comes from a very similar cultural and business background and has worked with many restaurant owners in that community through commercial restaurant sales. Based on her own experiences in the industry, I became uncomfortable with what she described what possibly would be going on and that made me uneasy as well. At the end of the day, the atmosphere just didn't feel welcoming or relaxing. I ended up leaving before ordering because something about the experience felt off to me personally. There are plenty of other no-tip restaurants that manage to feel modern, clean, and customer-friendly without making people feel rushed or uncomfortable. To name a few: Korean: kisoya, Naju myunok, and sambong naengmyun, the food court inside mega mart Chinese: Papa dumpling, or the food court at dinho in doraville, or chenji in Duluth, Xi an gourmet noodle inside jusgo food court

First of all, the shop is adorable! The interior is playfully designed with white and pink paw-shaped seats, giving it a fun vibe. I was the only customer when I walked in and placed my order using a self-serve kiosk, which made the process super simple and efficient. I ordered the Super Paws Fruit Tea ($8.99) for my partner with 25% sugar, and I got the Mango Orange Green Tea ($6.99) with lychee popping boba and 50% sugar. Service was impressively fast! Both of our drinks were ready in under five minutes. My drink had a light, refreshing blend of mango and orange flavors. It was not too sweet, and the popping boba added a fun burst of lychee flavor with every sip. While I enjoyed mine, I have to say the Super Paws Fruit Tea was my favorite. It had a colorful mix of fruits and the perfect level of sweetness. Next time I visit, I'm definitely getting the Super Paws Fruit Tea for myself!

The shop is bright, clean, and has a cute, welcoming interior with plenty of seating. I ordered the Matcha Strawberry drink and absolutely loved it. Some places use too much matcha, making the drink taste overly powdery or bitter, but this one had the perfect balance of matcha, strawberry, and milk. The flavors blended together beautifully without any one ingredient overpowering the others. It may have just become my new favorite place for matcha drinks! My daughter ordered the fruit tea with Jasmine Green Tea with lychee, and it was equally delicious, light, refreshing, and full of flavor. They were giving out prizes by spinning a wheel with a Large drink purchase. My friend got a drink holder and I got a free drink coupon. At this time, the drinks were pretty decent. I was super excited and make sure to come before the coupon expired. When I came to redeem it, she still charged me for a drink and told me she gave me a free size drink upgrade. I ordered a medium and she gave me a large which was only a dollar off my order. The coupon stated for one free drink. She said I read the coupon wrong, when I asked to see it again she refused. I hate supporting small businesses, and they try to scam you of their own promotion. The coupon clearly said free drink. A purchase wasn't even required, which I did also buy an ice cream cone. Not only did I get charged for a drink. It was disgusting . Previously, I had only ordered the Yuzu drink. I had never had their Boba before. I think I ended up throwing the whole drink away. The brown sugar drink didn't even taste like real brown sugar, and the tapioca balls were so soggy. The ice cream was very bitter. I ordered a coffee ice cream. I tried to give them one last chance by ordering the Yuzu tea again. They switched up the yuzu Boba and it didn't even taste like anything. My nephew also thought this place was nasty. He's seven years old and he's very honest. The quality of the drinks have changed DRASTICALLY within a year. I don't even think I would want a free drink from here. I think I'll stick to the New York chain.

Overall Decent…read moredrinks, outstanding service. The menu is massive, so the experience really depends on whether you know what flavor profile you want and how you like your sweetness. Service and Staff Service was exceptional. The team was patient, kind, and genuinely knowledgeable. They walked me through how the menu works, helped explain the differences across a ton of options, and clarified terms on the spot (for example, "cloud" means coconut milk). That kind of guidance matters when the menu feels like it has a hundred choices. Ordering Experience The kiosk is super helpful because you can search by keyword, which makes a huge menu much less overwhelming. If you have specific cravings like ube, taro, or passion fruit, this makes ordering faster and easier. Ambience and Seating The ambience was very cozy and nice. They had Christmas trees and seasonal decorations that made the space feel festive and cool. There was enough seating to hang out comfortably, and there was even a small claw machine that kids were playing with, which added a playful touch. What I ordered I ordered a passion fruit drink (I wanted something lighter after a heavy beef buffet meal). I also left a custom note asking for the least amount of sugar and extra sourness. Taste and Sweetness They did try to accommodate. They added extra lemon, and I could taste it, but the drink still came out pretty sweet for my preference. If you're also not into sweet drinks, you may want to plan to dilute with more ice or water, or be very explicit about your sweetness level. What I'd do differently next time Next time, I'll probably stick to ube or taro based drinks since I can usually adjust sweetness more reliably with those flavors. I want to try more of their ube and taro options before I judge the menu too hard overall. Final note Nothing has beaten my own homemade ube smoothie yet, but BEP is still worth a visit for the service alone, especially if you like exploring lots of drink options.
