After an excruciating HIIT exercise, we came here to get a treat lol!! I got the strawberry lemonade green tea with less sugar and less ice. They can only do less and nothing more for the punch type drinks regarding sugar level. That's fine. I need the pick me up lol! The team is always so nice and caring here. I love dropping by when I can. They also have theme cups and merch that sometimes aligns with the anime of the season lol!! Very culturally aware.

Wasn't busy when we stopped in so we were in and out pretty fast which was nice for our busy schedule. Cute decor with approachable staff. Plenty of seating space. I'm not a fan of tea myself, so I got the Strawberry Lemonade which was quite tasty! Nice and tangy lemonade with a super sweet chunky strawberry syrup. A nice balance of flavor. They offer cooked snacks as well. I recommend giving it a try if you're in the area and looking for a nice pick-me-up!

Was mango slushie with mango jellies lol

This is one of mine and my partner's favorite spot! We love the drinks and lot! My favorite is the mango slushie with mango jellies. Sometimes after our workouts we would treat ourselves to this to end the day with lol. As you can probably see in the picture attached, the drinks are so good that it was gone so fast lol

I had the rose hip strawberry lemonade & it was delicious. I love how the menu has such a wide variety of options. I can't wait to go back & try another item.

Stopped by here after dinner to get something sweet and it did not disappoint! ***LOCATION*** Plenty of parking as this is in a strip center next to the movie theater! There's a huge lot out front and we had no trouble finding a spot even on a Saturday night! ***EXPERIENCE*** We were greeted when we walked in and the staff was very friendly! She let us know we could customize the sweetness and Ice which I love. I don't like when drinks are too sweet and I loved that here you have so many levels from none to little to half to less to full to extra, they have the perfect level for everyone! ***PRICE*** I paid around 5$ or 6$ I cant remember with the tip but it was a normal price for boba ! ***DRINKS*** I got the KF black milk tea with boba half sweet and it was 10/10! The perfect amount of sweet without being too much! ***CONCLUSION*** I live 20 min from here but if I am ever in the area I will definitely stop by again, and I highly recommend ! The inside is very cute and the service is great!

Really good drinks and fish tofu and amazing service too (very fast and efficient despite a constant flow of customers) Loved the mango and winter melon green teas with lychee jelly and regular boba respectively! Really refreshing! Plenty of parking outside, overall good experience, and will likely be coming back!

I tried this location today. We came at 6:39 and we ordered 4 drinks and 2 appetizers. I always drink honey oolong tea at kungfu tea (it was fine other times) but this time, it was DISGUSTING SWEET. I talked to the cashier and they were insisting that they made the drink correct and they refused to remake the drink for me. This is so disrespectful and It was such a waste of my money. Never going back to this location again.

I love their fried chicken and popcorn chicken. Unfortunately when I ordered last night, and came to pick up they said their main fryer was down and it will take longer because they are using a portable stove .... so I decided to wait since I already paid on the app. The result was quite depressing. The fried chicken that I love and always order is not crispy anymore and is very soggy (See photo) I should've checked before going home. By the time I got home it was too late and I accepted my fate. Note to the owner/manager of the location. If your equipment is down and you cannot produce the same quality items as before, it is better to cancel the order and let the buyer know so they can pick something else instead of providing terrible quality to your loyal customer. Now my favorite fried chicken became my worse nightmare.

They closed bathroom due to covid, seats are for people waiting on drinks. They changed the cup of it so it looks slightly different. Drinks are good as always, good customer service as well! Parking- open space

I liked this Kung Fu Tea location. It has been a couple of years before I went to one, and was surprised to see a place with such an ample variety. The menu has vastly grown since I was last at one when I lived in DC metro area. What was quite surprising to me most of all is the food menu. I don't know if this is now typical of all locations or if this is simply an independently owned location that has a kitchen, but either way, it is pleasant to know that you can dine here. Staff was friendly and I enjoyed my drink. Kung Fu Tea quality remains unchanged from previous experiences. I do like their boba, milk teas, and fruit teas, however, the downside is that I feel they put a ton of ice in your drink and that makes for less product you get to enjoy. Price gauging in a way considering prices are a bit steep. I did ask for less ice, but I also noticed less contents in my drink when I asked for it. In any event, I like Kung Fu, though it is still only 4 stars for me.

Even though there are so many bubble tea options in pleasant hill, Duluth I decided to give this place a try. I know this place is well known and I heard good stuff about it so why not? I ordered the Kung Fu Milk with Oreo, and it tasted really weird and the jelly was too hard, almost impossible to chew. Only reason why I finished was the Oreo, but I tried not to get any of the jelly cause it was honestly disgusting. I only had in mind getting some bubble tea because I didn't know they had a food menu too. They have some options so I decided to order the Taiwanese minced Pork rice ($7). It came in a little box which seemed not enough in the beginning, but it actually comes with a lot of rice, and pork. I could only eat half of it and took the rest home. It tasted very good, and it even had a boiled egg on it. The place is general is pretty cool. Very clean, and cute decor. The service was also great. I had a little conversation with the guy on the register and he was very sweet. Would probably be back and try something else.

Their services are worse than "Not Good". I ordered "green tea", they gave me Milk Green tea, and told me its not refundable.

This Ding Tea was originally a go in and pickup order to go kind of location. You can stop and chat…read morefor a bit, but it wasn't super comfortable or anything. UNTIL NOW. I'm not sure exactly when they renovated their seating space, but it's much, much nicer now! I love how it's kind of blocked off for each group to have their own little space. Though it can be a little cramped depending on number of people, Ding Tea makes for a good place to hangout now. It's just a bit difficult to walk through and see whether it's busy or not. As for the drinks, they're relatively good. They're consistent, and the drinks don't take very long to come out. I prefer the fruit teas or coffee drinks over the milk teas here, though if I were to choose where to go, I wouldn't normally pick Ding Tea.

My partner and I stopped by Ding Tea tonight, May 3, 2026, at 9:40 PM for a quick drink run. We…read moreordered a large Vietnamese Coffee with Salted Cream for $7.70 (with taxes). I'll start with the service, because unfortunately that was the biggest letdown. During ordering, I asked the cashier if the drink could be made blended. She simply said "no" without any real explanation. That caught me off guard since I've ordered this exact drink blended at Ding Tea before multiple times. It didn't seem like a complicated request--I wasn't asking for extra modifications, just for the drink to be put in the blender. The lack of clarification made the interaction feel dismissive and confusing. Because of that, I'd rate the service and product knowledge a 1/5. A simple explanation (like equipment limitations or store policy) would've made a big difference. The store itself, however, had a really cozy and inviting feel. The décor leaned into a Vietnam-inspired aesthetic, with warm tones, subtle cultural touches, and a relaxed, intimate vibe. It felt clean, thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable--somewhere you could easily sit and unwind for a bit. The ambiance was calm, slightly rustic, and charming without being overdone. As for the drink itself, I'd give it a solid 4/5. The Vietnamese coffee had a smooth, bold, and slightly nutty flavor with that signature deep roasted richness. It struck a nice balance--not overly sweet, but not too bitter either--making it really easy to drink. The salted cream on top was the highlight: light, velvety, and slightly savory, adding a creamy contrast that complemented the coffee really well. The texture overall was pleasant and indulgent, even without being blended. Overall, the drink delivered, but the experience didn't. This visit would've easily been much better if the cashier had taken a moment to explain the limitation instead of giving a flat "no." Clear communication goes a long way, especially for returning customers who've had different experiences in the past. I'd still come back for the quality of the drinks, but I hope the service becomes more consistent moving forward.

I have been to this location a few times before, but I have been to the one in Midtown more frequently. Sweet Hut has a BUNCH of different pastries, both savory and sweet. They are all Korean influenced. They also have a full drink menu, think bubble teas and hot drinks. They also have other snack type items and sandwiches/paninins too. If you aren't picking up what I'm putting down....they have something for EVERYONE. I got there around 10:30AM, so I grabbed some breakfast. I got a Crème Brûlée latte and a ham and cheese pastry. The pastry was the perfect breakfast snack! It was honestly quite filling. The latte was perfect too! For lunch, I got some fries and their chicken nuggets. I have been getting these chicken nuggets for YEARS, and they are so good!! I always get them mild, cause they already come a little spicy. Making them any spicier (which you can do), makes them hard to eat for me! But they are so good, as well as the fries! I brought a book with me to read while I waited. Sweet Hut is the perfect place to hang out, get some studying done, or just a place where you want to focus. Great place to go to by yourself or with some friends. I really do love this place!

And the cakes are always a show stopper, so beautifully decorated. We get our birthday cakes from here. Today, I got some bread to take home and the crème brulee milk tea. Of all the milk teas I've tried from different boba tea places, I always come back around to Sweet Hut. The aroma of their tea is fragrant and you can actually taste the tea. The boba is always cooked well and their custard pudding is smooth and delicious. I met a friend here to get some work done and we opted to sit in one of the booths to have a little bit of privacy. Well, what a disappointment, the seats are are torn up and the foam is exposed, the table is super wobbly, so to get any writing done... it's not ideal. After a few minutes, we decided it's time to move to the benches. One of the table is still a bit wobbly, but not as bad as the one in the booth. The seats are in good condition with pillows to support your back, a plus! What really ruined our work time is this lady coming in soliciting for people to give her money. I'm not sure if the staff is aware that she keeps coming in and going out multiple times going around to every table. She asked us 3 different time during our entire time there. As people are working and having a snack and enjoying quality time with friends and family, the last thing I want is someone coming up to my table and ask for money.
