I put Le Sorelle in my list of "places to go when everything needs to be right." A friend recommended Le Sorelle and I'm so very glad they did. Don't let the externals fool you. The inside is warm and welcoming, with an almost chill, mature vibe. First of all, ask for Ivan. If Ivan isn't available, I'm sure they'll take good care of you, as Ivan and his team took spectacular care of us. He really knew his way around the menu, and was able to explain various dishes, answering all our questions. But the food? You will go back for more. I got the pesto gnocchi. It was almost smooth. The gnocchi were delicate, which is a word I never thought would apply to gnocchi. My wife got the lobster ravioli and made the whole dish disappear. I may have to order that next time. This place is in humble location, nexbut the food here is really really good. I've tried the lasagna and bolognese on two different trips and both were very very good! I'm almost inclined to say they are pretty close to authentic Italian. Sure the menu also has the Americanized dishes like fettuccine Alfredo with cream sauce that will satisfy those who like that. The Wine, cocktail and beer selection are very good. Service was top notch and I very attentive :-) The decor is simple yet nice and both times I've been it's been busy so this place is popular. This restaurant is run by the same people as Los Hermanos so service is top notch. The manager Jerry is super friendly and hand crafts most of the specialty drinks and offers them all at an extremely reasonable price for their quality! The restaurant gets a lot of good natural lighting with the front windows and is upscale and clean. I came to hang out at their bar just for their seasonal drinks. The Gingerbread Espresso Martini uses real espresso and is amazing if you're looking for a little caffeine kick. The Tipsy Santa is a blend of yuzu and whiskey and is super refreshing. A great experience. Came on a Saturday evening (around 7pm) for my son's 7th birthday. We got seated right away and our server was very attentive and accommodating. We ordered. -lasagna -lemon butter capers branzino meal w/ mashed potatoes & mixed veggies -fried calamari appetizer -burrata salad (amazing) -lamb shank w/ potatoes & a side of mushrooms -Hugo spritz cocktail (very light & refreshing- made perfectly) -tiramisu Everything was so delicious. My son loved the calamari, we ordered 2. It was fried lightly, but still had a nice crisp and flavor to it. The lamb shank meal (from what I was told) was different, but good. It came with risotto but they subbed it out for potatoes. The lemon butter branzino was filling, but the branzino lacked a little flavor to me and was more on the bland side. My son loved the lasagna and gave it a thumbs up. The tiramisu was a nice big slice, moist, and tasted good. Towards the end, for my son's birthday, they brought out a slice of their lemon cake with happy birthday writing on the side w/ a little candle lit. They did not sing (which is what we wanted) but I liked the nice surprise of free dessert and the fact that they still honored his birthday. My son was very happy. read more

Second visit over the course of a year. We were very impressed the first time, despite getting the last seat in the house and sitting right by the kitchen. Today's visit was a slow Monday afternoon (4:00-ish) and just as impressive. Servers both visits were great. Heitzel tonight. Owner was present, friendly, and active both times. Food on both visits was great to excellent. Pics from tonight attached. My wife eats seafood and her comment when asked about her seafood dish was, "Very good. The seafood has never been frozen. Fresh." Nice service on real plates, glassware. Paper napkins. Nice, but not necessary to dress up. You wouldn't feel out of place dressed up, but neither would you in casual attire. First, easy access and easy parking. Very welcoming vibe as you walk in. We were meeting two other couples but they had no problem seating us as an incomplete group. Ivan was our server. He's a gem. Really knows the menu and very warm. The food. Wow. Fantastic. My wife got the grouper. Other orders were a pizza and the gnocchi. Three of us got the seafood ravioli. Everything was perfectly cooked. Including the seafood. Highly recommend this place. We are already planning our next visit. It's 25 minutes from N Decatur. And so worth the drive. read more

I was craving some linguine and clams. I came across this spot and said, why not? So we did. It was in a very regular strip mall with lots of Latin and carribbean shops. The service was excellent. We were treated like royalty and could tell they truly appreciated our patronage. Our waiter was Patricio and he was extremely professional and knew his job well. He gave us suggestions, checked our water and cocktails many times, he was friendly but did not linger. This will probably embarass him, but he is also very handsome. The food was very good, freshly prepared, came to the table with lovely presentation. The burratta appetizer was all I wanted it to be (and the bread was crave worthy). The clams may have been a little over done for my liking (im picky about seafood) but still tasty. The white sauce had good flavor and the pasta was fresh and not just a reheated gluey mess. I would order it again. My friend had a saffron seafood risotto that was tasty and al dente. Dont let the strip mall scare you away. The restaurant was clean and classy. The person (who I think was the manager) came to check on us and that was a nice touch. You can tell they do a little extra to show the Italian flare. The customer service here went a long way and the food quality was topped with parmesean! We will be back to try other things. read more

Amazing pasta! My wife and I ordered the bruschetta, gnocchi with sausage in a vodka sauce, and fettuccine-like pasta with chicken in a light tomato sauce. We also ordered tiramisu for dessert which was slightly more moist than we were expecting but still delectable. The total cost plus a pibb was about $55 (excluding tip) which I believe was well worth the price especially since we both had leftovers to take home. Jerry was our waiter and he did a fantastic job ensuring we were well taken care of offering suggestions for the type of food we were in the mood for with an exuberant and cheerful demeanor appetent to meet our every need. The restaurant itself had a cozy atmosphere in the back, however it was difficult to hear near the front of the restaurant close to the bar. The only critique I have to offer is I felt that the music did not reflect the up-scale environment that the restaurant was trying to create. Perhaps softer or more classical pieces would be better suited? Regardless, if you are looking for fantastic Italian food with excellent service, call ahead and go here! read more

A friend took me to dinner at Le Sorelle; I was not aware of this restaurant in Lilburn. I did not take any pictures unfortunately, but the food was surprisingly delicious. We shared the Caprice salad, it was fresh and tomatoes which tasted like tomatoes (in December!) , the mozzarella cheese was soft and moist; the perfect salad. They had the chicken parmigiana and I lasagna; honestly wish we could have swapped plates half way through to meal so I could enjoy both entreesDessert was cannoli, I could have easily eaten two. I was pleasantly full after the meal; however, who could pass up a great cannoli??? I plan on going again soon, and often. Next time I will have pictures. read more

The staff were welcoming and inviting! We came in on a whim and decided we would try it out for Lunch. We asked our waiter Patricio what to order and he gave us his recommendations and let me tell you that his choices did not disappoint at all. The other good part about it is our drinks stayed full and the music wasn't so loud you couldn't enjoy a nice conversation with the person sitting in front of you. We decided to come for Mother's Day lunch. They bring out a bread basket for the table which was nice. I had a peach bellini, loved it! We had lasagna bolognese and the Pollo parmiagiano, both were really good. The limoncello cake was fluffy, light and sweet. Our server, Hazel, was great. The parking was full due to it sharing with the grocery store and some church goers from across the street. So be mindful of that you may need to circle around to get a spot. read more

From the waitstaff to the kitchen this restaurant gets an A! The server was knowledgeable about the menu and the specials of the day, and the wine. Our appetizer came out promptly. Our meals were delivered piping hot. I wanted to try them because I like Los Hermanos and this restaurant is owned by the same family. The warm focaccia bread was quite good as was their take on bruschetta. The desserts we had were super fresh and tasty. We will be back to try out more of the menu . The croutons were delicious as well. The large freshly shaved Parmesan cheese pieces were so good! It was a large portion and I ate it all. The lasagna was delicious as well. My husband got the 1/2 pollo (chicken) that came with roasted potatoes, broccoli, zucchini and carrots. He loved it. He said the chicken was well seasoned and juicy. He really enjoyed the vegetables. Why can't I give 10 stars, five stars are not definitely not enough for this spectacular authentic Italian restaurant. We started with two of their signature handcrafted cocktails that were delicious. Hubby got a mojito, I had an Italian style wine spritzer that was garnished with cucumber and gorgeous (see pics). We ordered two apps to share, one a special salad, the other eggplant parm. I literally am still thinking about the eggplant it was spectacular and just melted in your mouth. Everything is homemade. Our mains were lasagna and chicken piccata. We loved everything. The service was incredible, our sweet server was on point, a dirty dish, silverware was cleared from our table immediately. Restaurant well lit and spotless. We arrived around 7:30pm restaurant was packed, we were greeted immediately upon walking in and seated promptly. I have eaten at Le Sorelle several times, mostly mid to late afternoon and sat at a both. Everything was very good. On a recent evening visit my friend wanted to sit at the bar. The special, of which I don't remember hearing the price was $30, very top tier price for Le Sorelle. I asked for ice for my water twice and then gave up asking for ice. I had 2 cups of regular coffee and was charged $3.50 for each cup. I resent sitting at the bar and having a bar tender present the "give me a tip" device before I even had an opportunity to look at the bill. These guys made it obvious that they were friendly, attentive (or so they thought) and knowledgeable in order to increase their income. Should I return I will be very careful of where I sit and what I order. read more

Not Italian at all. Overpriced. Food was not fresh, it obviously was reheated many times and overcooked. Toscana soup was nasty and cost me $8. I paid $50 just for my meal and the soup.
