Ive passed by this place a few times, today I decided to place an order online for pickup... Arrived to pickup my pizza and bottle water.... Paid then was informed my pizza was coming out, was also informed that they didn't have any bottled water....The cashier showed me my pizza, I noticed the extra toppings (mushrooms and spinach) that I didn't order but didn't say anything because I assumed everything else was correct, which it almost was. I went outside to eat my pizza and noticed there were no fresh tomatoes on my pizza, at this point I didn't feel like going back in and waiting for them to prepare another pizza, so I decided to go ahead and eat it..... The pizza was very good, however it wasn't what I ordered. I will return and hopefully next time they get it right read more

My other half and I had a great Uber Eats experience from this place. We ordered the meat lovers pizza and a strawberry cheesecake slice. Great portion of meat on the pizza, sauce was just right (not overpowering), and the crust was nice and soft. My only complaint was that we didn't order a bigger pizza. We only got the 10 inch personal pie to share, just to try the place. Next time we'll get a bigger one. Not sure if they still do the $13.99 large special advertised two years ago, but if they do I'll be going with that next time, along with some sides and another yummy dessert. read more

For one...girl behind counter is rude and off putting when trying to be polite. Two, prices are an extreme over reach for a medium "specialty" item. Upon receiving pizza I said, "Thank you very much" to said girl. She said nothing and walks away. I get home within two minutes of location. Pizza is drastically soggy!!! Like slime. Thought to myself, "well maybe it'll taste good. Ugh!!! All I could taste was soggy dough, and sauce that may have as well benn ketchup. Couldn't taste cheese, pepperoni, sausage, or anything. I barely was able to taster black olive. Let alone there was to be mushrooms, and green peppers!!! I can only say that a Tatino's frozen at the grocery is 10 times better than the overpriced NOTHING this place puts out. I picked up a slice and everything slid off right back into the box. So sad... This is how you lose business.... Came here for dinner on Sunday, July 9th... Not sure if this guy is the owner/manager or what of this location, but Louis J the guy at the cash register was just rude, unprofessional and not something I'd expect from Italian Pie. My job spends hundreds caterings pizza from this place every few months and we have been doing this for years. When we order pizzas, we usually order about 6-7 large pies (almost $20 per specialty pizza). My boss, who is part Italian loves their pizza and has got me hooked on it now for the past two years and I have been bragging to a lot of people about how great their pizza is. However, the manager, the guy who wears black athletic shirts and shorts while the rest of the staff dresses professional was just rude. First off, why is the guy dressed in street clothes? When we walked in, no greeting. When I walked to the counter with my family, he said "wait", (he was not evening doing anything) then I kindly asked him if they sold slices, he pointed to the "sign" and said LOOK at the sign... I then placed an order for a few slices of pizza for my young kids and myself and when my wife said what she wanted, he said "I am not finished", then after a few seconds, asked her "what do you want?"... His demeanor was terrible, he definitely did not want to be there. After we started to eat our pizza, he came out and started watching television, while one of the kitchen guys was talking to a friend outside the back door with his t-shirt off. I asked for some water, something they offer at their other locations, but here the guy gestured towards the coolers and said to buy a bottle. I did not get the impression that any patrons were wanted here. As I walked past the manager who was watching television to put my pizza box in the trash (even though we were eating here it was put in a box) and above the trash was a sign to put the boxes above and not to put them in the trash can, which I did read... but before I put it up there this manager guy said "put the box up there"... This is a total 180 degrees difference from the Italian Pie in Dacula. There they are friendly, the employee came to my table and asked if he could cut the pizza slices into smaller bites to make it easier for my son to eat. They put the pizza on a pizza tray, instead of wasting boxes and they provide cups of water. That location they treat you so well, something I love about family owned places... like those in NYC or Chicago... (you can see my review on their page praising them) On a positive note... the lady in the kitchen who brought my family the food was wonderful. She was very polite and friendly. Seriously Gross. Do these people know how to make italian food? Ordered a Large Calzone and a Chicken Parm Sub. Calzone was filled with ground beef that looked and felt like boiled meat. Gross, rubbery and tasteless. Pepperoni was sparse. The calzone was Huge, but 80% of it was overcooked chewy tasteless dough. Dough did not rise because it had been stretched too thin causing it to be overcooked, and tough. I could not cut it with a steak knife! Calzones are crescent shaped, this one could have been used to paddle a canoe. It was gross, my dog wouldn't even eat it. Sadly just a year ago this place rocked. The Chicken Parm Sub was Sub-Par as in inedible and tasted nasty and old. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I've been going to the Italian pie franchise for a long time probably over 15 years now. the one in Lawrenceville is terrific the one on Beaver ruin road I will never go again. I ordered three calzones with certain ingredients they made up three strombolis with different ingredients then what I ordered, for 50 bucks I'll take the ride out to Lawrenceville. They also argue with me for what I ordered and my son had been sitting right next to me when I placed the order and they confirmed calzone and they confirmed the ingredients none of the three strombolis had what they were supposed to have and it was supposed to be calzones. The one in Lawrenceville is five star, and worth the drive, never again to Beaver ruin road. read more

I ordered a margarita pizza and the first flag was the price difference compared to other Italian pie. Then the dough had no salt. It was so bland and beyond edible. I ordered extra sauce but this was soles and not cooked. It was like a uncooked dough with some attempt at trying something. I paid $20 for something that just was not edible. Very disappointed. I know the owner Raphael but at this location they claimed he was not the owner and they had no idea who he was. Well if that's the case I will never buy there again and recommend you too don't wast your money there. Very bad business to be honest. They should know better. read more

I ordered today from door dash Italian pie did not fix my order right at all and the driver gave my food to someone else , it states it comes with tomatoes and lettuce on a cheese steak with mushrooms, onions and peppers, not the case . I went to Restaurant Depot to pick up 50lbs of onions. I I went to the front of the building where the handicapped spaces were and the they were full of regular cars without stickers. The BMW from Italian Pizza Pie - Lilburn was one of them. I could see there was a woman and child waiting in the car as I approchaed it. By the time I got to the car the man you see carrying the cases saw me taking photos of his car. I told him I was going to call this manager. I was told he was the F-ing manage among many other vulgar things. I tried to call the other four locations they have listed but it seems the Italian Pizza Pie has no management available on weekends. So, that means I will just post the photos here and every other available sites I can. As you can see there is no handicapped sticker or tag on his car and he is carrying those cases just fine on his shoulder. I don't understand why people think that it is okay to park in a handicapped space if you leave people in the car while you go in. Recent transplant from NYC to ATL and always on the lookout for some good pizza, I tried this place after someone recommended it to me. Staff was friendly and the pizza is really good, not quite epic Bronx pizza but properly good pizza, I will be back for sure. One request for management, put more garlic and oregano shakers out. read more

I've lived in New jersey and New York for most of my life and coming down to the south where all my friends eat lil ceasars and papa johns exclusively, finding a place like Italian Pie was nothing short of a revelation. The short and sweet of it is this is the best pizza I've hand in Atlanta, hands down, with reasonable prices, and good sandwiches and fries if you're not feeling down for a pie. However this isn't the location that offers tacos and those are pretty good as well if incongruous with the rest of what the menu has to offer. My favorite pizza to get is meatballs, mushrooms, basil, and ricotta, just the right combination of whats good. read more

Went to pay my friends order but the manager supervisor ate a slice from it..so I asked whats the precentage off of that..and they said 15%..That told me they didn't care....they should have made a fresh one and apologized...my friend showed up when I left no Idea what happened after that. read more

First of all. Very late delivery, horrible customer service, offers specials. But won't deliver over 30$ for a pizza. Ordered extra pepperoni, extra cheese, I call back the pizza place and he proceeds to keep lying and telling me theirs double pepperoni on the pizza, and that it's under the cheese. Italian pie is my definitive place to get a GIGANTIC calzone for cheap (15 bucks on uber before fees) that serves 3 (or at least me 3 times) and i have only ever received fantastic customer service from them despite the fact that i oftentimes order it immediately when they open (i work 3rd shift). They always follow my special instructions to the letter and then some and my absolute only complaint is that i cant tip through the ubereats app. OH! I almost forgot, their marinara sauce is PHENOMENAL, its the perfect base for parmesean cheese or red pepper or (in my case) hot sauce. 6 stars. read more

I order pizza here often - the pizza's are often larger than the boxes can hold. They are always hot and use fresh ingredients. I must say though, Thursday night I ordered a large with mushrooms and sausage and some wings for pick up. It was raining, so the guy behind the counter brought it out to my car for me (very nice guy). I got home and saw that there was no sausage on the pizza. I called to tell them, and even though the manager was reluctant to do so, the kid that brought the pizza out to me convinced him to replace our pizza and let him deliver it to us. This not only made things right, but proved that they are willing to go the extra bit to make sure the customer is happy. Good job, guys! read more

I went in to order two slices of Hawaiian w/ Spinach pizza. I thought i would try this place out because it is close to my home. When i received the pizza, it looked like a slice of cheese pizza with toppings just thrown on it. The spinach looked like it just came out of a bag wasn't cooked at all. I asked them to cook the toppings, he told me the reason why it's like that is because i didn't order a whole pizza just the slice.
