I have come to this location for Murray's in a Hurry quite a few times. I will say they are not consistent but when they do it right it's very good. On this day I happened to just get a large pepperoni pizza (halal) and it looked and tasted great. I'm not sure if there is new management (because there was someone at the register who I hadn't seen before) but if they keep this up I would go there more often. I recommend you try them out. Historically, Murrays had quality halal options that couldn't be beat. However, for the past couple of years they have been taking advantage of their customers. First, their customer service is absolutely horrid, it borderlines on disrespectful. They have an attitude that makes it seem like their are doing the world a favor. While it is appreciated that they have an all halal menu, now that there are more halal options in the area, just existing cannot be their only claim to fame. Second, while I understand that post covid inflation is inevitable, Murrays has raised their prices but also significantly decreased their serving sizes. On top of that, they have continued to perform inadequately when they do not provide the value of food that they are charging for. For example numerous times I've ordered a Meat Lovers pizza, and almost every time they continuously to skimp on the toppings. I counted literally 4 pieces of pepperoni, a few strips of ham, and 4 pieces of sausage on a 14" pizza. Honestly of things don't change at Murrays, things are only going to get extremely worse. On another recent visit, I saw a man smoking a heroin pipe in the entrance, when informing the staff, they dismissed it and took no action. They regularly have homeless people outside their exit harrasing people frequenting the restaurant. The staff is unmotivated, highly disrespectful, and often rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this location at ALL. They over charge, under deliver, and give a bad name to Muslim owned businesses. read more

A really casual, chill joint with all the American classics such as burgers, pizza, sandwiches, etc, however with a Muslim-inspried twist! In fact, the meat is all HALAL! This is super convenient for anyone who needs it! Parking is pretty abundant, so there shouldn't be any trouble finding a spot closeby. The interior is nothing special; just a basic layout of booths and some tables/chairs with little decorative flair. Ordering is done at the main counter, but the food is brought out to you once it's prepared, since it is made fresh to order. The prices are very reasonable, at around $8-11 for most entrees! I ordered a tandoori chicken sandwich after a recommendation from a friend, and I was thoroughly impressed at how flavorful and juicy the meat was! The portions are also huge, so you could even split with a friend. It is comprised of a flatbread with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and a special sauce. Let me tell you, I don't know what is in the sauce but it is amazing!!!! My friend got the Monster sandwich, and the flavors in there are absolutely delicious, with tender beef kabob. I also tried the chicken Behari which was alright, though definitely overshadowed by the burgers. I am bad :-( So lets start by Parking.....there is more than enough free parking, as this is located in a shopping strip. Type of Food: This place offers HALAL American and Italian dishes with a twist of Pakistani / Indian flavor. Great option for families with young and teenage kids who want to have Halal western dishes. From burgers to pizzas, from meatballs to stromboli, from wings to kabab wraps, they have enough variety to please everyone in the family! Quality: The food is prepared after you place the order, so its always fresh. The ingredients always appear to be fresh, except sometimes the lettuce seems a little "not so fresh". Portion sizes: Portion sizes are quite large, for example, when I order Chicken Tandoori home made flat bread sandwich, by the time I finish it, I am stuffed. Similarly, their Philly cheese stake will fill you up......bottom line is, for $10 -$12, you get enough food to feel "stuffed" Store Interior & Ambiance: For a desi Halal place, I would say, this place is pretty big and has enough space to accommodate a large number of guests. I have always found the place clean and inviting. I get finding halal places is tough, but if you even remotely care about hygiene or this pandemic, steer clear of this dump! Literally none of the employees were wearing masks, nor do they enforce usage. No sanitizer to be seen or social distancing precautions taken whatsoever. Honestly they should probably be reported. And to add insult to injury, when they saw me taking precautions, they had the audacity to ask me " Are you really that worried about getting coronavirus", to which I respectfully informed them that I've had multiple family members die from COVID-19, and that this for was actually to give to my mourning family members. Guess I shouldn't be surprised when even employees complain about the filthy conditions the food is made in. The food is honestly kinda overpriced for the quality but tolerable. They scooted around the corner from their previous location, I see - I had hoped they had closed up shop completely after what happened. We used to walk over there for pizza when we first moved to this area, but quit going after five guys cornered my girlfriend and told her to get in their van - they said they would feed her and then have a "talk". She kept trying to get away from the guys and the store owner and his son just stood there and watched as they backed her into a corner table, up ONTO the table, and she finally had to dial 9-1-1 to get them to back of as they kept trying to abduct her. I won't frequent any place where the owners will stand and watch as a customer is harassed let alone coerced to get into a vehicle. This was disgraceful. read more

Excellent food. Great portions. I've been here a few times. Everytime I have gotten the Homemade Tandoori Sandwich. This thing is huge. I think next time I'll tell them to go easy on the mayonnaise. Haha. They have this pepperoni cheese stick thing. That stuff is AMAZING! One thing. Their entrance is one of those where you have to go through two sets of doors to enter the restaurant. I went this past weekend, and it smelt worse than a public restroom in between those two set of doors. I mean, the smell makes you not want to get food there. They need to clean that bad boy up. I'm a huge fan of gyros (I grew up eating gyros in New York and while it's not like the ones there, it's pretty good). Their fried rice, wraps, pizza is delicious as well. This doesn't even deserve 2 stars, but I'm in a good mood right now. So my husband kept saying how great the pizza is here. One Ramadan night, after a looooong day of fasting, we decided to order a steak fajita pizza here. Knowing it's Ramadan and a lot of people would be ordering ahead of time, I called and ordered to dine in around 8:45. My husband and I arrived exactly at 8:45, and we found the order wrong. The pizza had only steak and onions (no green peppers, we asked for no mushrooms). My husband asked to remake the pizza since it was cold and to correct the order ( note: it's time to break out fast now). About 5 mins later, the pizza comes back. There's no way in hell this Pizza was freshly made. So they took the pizza , put minced green peppers on it, put some sort of garlic sauce on the crust, and put it back in the oven. Ummm.. now we have a burnt pizza with burnt steak and cold uncooked green peppers. We asked the girl upfront what was the problem and she said the manager won't make a new pizza and he would come out to talk to us. He never showed up to talk to us. Of course at that point I was dying of starvation so we ate some of the pizza and threw away the rest. read more

OH WHAT A PATHETIC EXPERIENCE IT WAS....THE WORST AND UTMOST RUDE SERVICE EVER...NEVER GOING BACK THERE! I went to their new location that just opened up on 880 Indian Trail Lilburn Road NW Norcross, GA 30047. Upon entering the establishment which was previously a Thai Food Restaurant, one faces a very dim lighted place on your right hand from which a logical human being can construct a sketch of a bar which was used roughly since the lighting and floor inside that specific area is not in the most mint condition but the dining area seemed spacious. The pizza crust was burnt but the wings were good and fries were soggy and cold. Upon inquiring for our desired items on menu we started ordering our food and also inquired about the drinks and they have this ridiculous rule that only to-go orders and take out orders can purchase a 2 litre soda bottle, otherwise customers are stuck paying $1.20 for a can of coke. I even offered to pay extra to for a bottle of coke but was rudely told that it is for to-go and delivery orders only. From arguing with customers to having food slammed and slided on the table for a disabled person i have witnessed everything in that restaurant and unfortunately most of the aforementioned things happened at our table.It seemed like the ladies working at the restaurant have this attitude that they are the "God's gift to earth" and their rude behavior shows so and no matter what they think, the rule should always show courtesy for disabled customers and not slide the food on their table like they are any less of humans. Ordered a pizza that the server recommended but it was really boring so halfway through we also tacked on an order of wings - those looked good and we were hoping they'd be tastier than the pizza. They looked tasty, but they were awful -- I genuinely think they *boiled* the wings and tossed them in a watery, flavorless sauce. The menu is extremely flexible and they offer a large variety of foods from pastas, to calzones, pizzas, wings, wraps, salads, sandwiches, burgers, fried rice, ice creams, desserts, etc. This place is literally like a Halal version of American Deli lol no joke I am in love with their tandoori wraps and their tandoori burgers and pizza are amazing. Two stars because their food is very good especially the honey BBQ wings and homemade chicken sandwich. However, the staff is very rude. They WILL mess up your order EVERY SINGLE TIME! A few weeks ago we went in and ordered wings and a calzone. The wings came out in about 25 minutes. Consider changing your name because 25 minutes does not mean "in a hurry." Anyways after waiting half an hour for wings we began eating but the calzone never came out. We thought it was just gonna take some time like everything else. After about 10 more minutes my husband went and asked about the calzone. Turns out they never even made it. So we were told to wait another 20 minutes. Finally the guy comes out with our calzone and literally SLAMS it in our table and walks away with a scowl. This was completely unacceptable and extremely rude. It's not our fault that YOUR staff messed up our order. Also last night I ordered 25 wings and they gave me only 20. So if you go here get used to waiting hours for your food and when it finally comes it won't be what you ordered. read more

I went there with my family last week . The restaurant have two halls, one hall with regular chairs and other have 16+ safa seating with a big TV for NFL games and they have carrom board there too. i used to go to murray's in a hurry all time when it was located in Sugarloaf Pkwy., Lawrenceville, GA and it was the best but they shut down after this location open there pizza are ok but i just got there meat lover calzone for the first time, and honestly it sucks completely bland so much cheese and so little meat even after i ask for extra meat and almost to a point that is completely raw from the inside, and i don't understand the sesame seed on top of a calzone when its supposed to be Italian food , honestly I would rather have a Pizza Hut calzone then this crap what a waste of 12.00$ read more

I've been going to murrays since they've opened in there first location on harbins, so for about 15 years. It used to be really good. Sadly, I will no longer be ordering from here again. Customer service is terrible. No one is ever at the front, they say ring the bell but no one comes out when you do. Food is never consistent, and the past majority visits, it's just been awful.
