We came here about a year ago and the pizzas were great. Seems like the ownership may have recently changed. Our pizzas were lacking toppings and I'm sure they've changed the dough because it tasted like pre made bread. I've had better grocery store bought pizza. I've tried their pizza and frozen yogurt a while back. I wouldn't say it's the best thing around, but it's alright if it's the closest thing to you. PIZZA: I ordered a personal sized pizza with chicken and pineapple. It's extra charge for toppings which, I don't like and there wasnt a lot of it on my pizza either for the amount I paid for.There weren't any specialties, or deals that caught my eye. The personal pizza was a good size for one person, but the pizza did not satisfy my pizza cravings. The crust was thin. It's not like the fluffy regular kinds at pizza hut or the bigger pizza chains. The cheese and sauce were okay, pineapple did the rest of my taste buds. Dough was chewy but thin. I wasn't too thrilled after eating my personal pizza. You can tell the chicken I had was from frozen and not "authentic". I havent gotten another pizza ever since then. FROZEN YOGURT: This is a different story. I could give them 4 stars, but I have a different liking to frozen yogurts. I like my frozen yogurt to be a bit tart like Pinkberry's. The frozen yogurt here is sweet/similar to soft serve ice cream. They have good flavors such as different variations of chocolate, cookies and cream, fruit selections. They also have a lot of toppings for your yogurt. However, price per ounce was a bit high for what kind of yogurt they had. Still okay to try. I've been here for their frozen yogurt abiut twice. The store is basically 2 stores combined into one. The staff would manage both sides so you'll most likely see the same person serve you your pizza while also checking you out at the cash register in the frozen yogurt side. I thought pizza and frozen yogurt was a weird mix for me, but I havent ordered both at the same time. The frozen yogurt side is definitely bigger, as it has seating and the pizza side is very small where you only have space to stand and order. You would have to eat your pizza in the frozen yogurt side if you want to eat there. Ambiance is okay. The frozen yogurt side has a water fountain in the back, but it seems out of place. It's a bit dim also. Overall, it's definitely not a wow factor place and I haven't been there in weeks. But it's okay to try out if you're feeling adventurous. read more

Unfortunately, they recently went under new owners and we noticed a price increase as well as a few interesting cosmetic changes to the restaurant. For instance a quote obnoxiously loud door bell at ear level when walking in. That'll make you drop your car keys on the way in and then your pizza on the way out. Their specials aren't really 'special' anymore, as it's not a deal. We may have to branch out of these new folks don't drop the menu prices very soon! Happened to order 2 large pizza for carry out from this place yesterday and I am not impressed at all about the quality of service or food. I asked for special when I placed the order over the call and they had large pizza with any 2 toppings for $9.99 (YAY !). So I placed order for 2 and went to pick up in 25 minutes or so. At the time of check-out I asked my wife to see if they are made to order we found out that the cheese pizza was BURNED. I mean there was not an inch on that pizza that was not black. On asking reason for that they said the cheddar cheese looks like that when we do 'Well done' pizza which we asked for. True, we asked for well done pizza! That does not mean it has to be burned. On top of that the teenager kept arguing about it. The manger had to intervene and resolve by putting another pizza in oven. This is a classic example of owner letting the teenagers run the responsible business with no clue of what it takes. While waiting for the pizza we ordered a Frozen Yogurt just to find out that 3 of the 6 machines are out of order ! That's 9 flavors. Out of remaining only 2 or 3 were dispensing Frozen Yogurt. Considering the time of year (Fall!) they seems not interested to fix those machines but they should not offer it either. The second pizza was ready in less than 10 minutes but it was soggy and underdone. I am not sure if they know the art of making customer happy. Very poorly run business ! It used to be good place. I called the store to have them send me out the proper pizza and Troy was dismissive and threw the mistake back on me since I ordered on line and must have been "user error". Troy, here's a basic math and civics lesson for you since you obviously skipped those classes... you just cost Stone Creek a household of customers at 4-6 pizzas a month exponentially because while after having to call back to speak to your manager Chris and he being far more polite, cordial and accommodating to correcting the order you've left an indelible image in my mind that a version of your disrespect may in fact accompany any further deliveries to this house. I really love to support local and small businesses. This pizza place is great! We get pizza and yogurt here at least 2-3 times per month. The service is always top notch. I have NEVER had poor service and my order has NEVER been wrong. That being said the pizza is good but don't expect knock your socks off NY or Chicago style pizza. A lot to be desired. I learned of the restaurant via Tik Tok, so I decided to try them out. Clearly obvious the video was posted by someone that owns or works at the restaurant. I placed my order online and paid. First mistake! Part of my order included fries, which was on their website menu. I was immediately called back and told they did not have fries and the price of the fries would be removed from my total. I've yet to see the credit. I went to pick up the order and part of the order wasn't prepped, which required an extended wait time. I returned home and found my order was incorrect. I ordered a veggie calzone. Cut into it to find chicken. I was told I must have been given the wrong order. At this point I am irritated. The manager asked me to bring it back and they would replace it. NO! You come pick it up and bring me another. I was told their kitchen was closed, on a Friday evening, just after 8p. Whaaaat? The manager said he would credit the calzone and would replace free of charge the following day. Not only did he not credit me, he charged me the amount of the credit. When I brought this to his attention, he said he couldn't fix and I would need to work out with Chow Now. How this became my responsibility, I dont know. I got home, the following evening, with my replacement calzone and found it contained items that I don't like, didn't order and that was not advertised on their menu. The manager told me they were under new management and the menu must not have been updated. I am thinking to myself, "You have got to be kidding me". So my second calzone was not edible and I refuse to give them a third opportunity to do what they should have done correctly the first time. I contacted Chow Now and they did what they could, but advised I would not see my credit for 5-7 business days. I see I should not have done business with Stone Creek or Chow Now! I will not ever know the quality of their food and I will not ever know, if it is anything like their poor service and poor product knowledge. Two thumbs down Stone Creek. read more
