The sauces are homemade; I recommend Hot with garlic pepper sprinkled on top. They offer small, medium, and jumbo. Get medium, they're the perfect size! Honestly the owner takes pride in her business and stands behind everything that leaves the door. She is almost positive no mistake has been made with your order as she double checks everything before bagging! We're Chicagoans so we are very critical of food; this is GOOD FOOD! The ranch isn't some pre packaged ranch...it's literally the best ranch I've ever had! Lol. I don't care for the fry seasoning so I get garlic pepper seasoning instead. The Phillies are super tasty, however, I recommend paying the extra $2.50 for extra meat or else you'll have more bread and grilled veggies than meat. My 4 year old loves the chicken fried rice(tell them easy on the oil if you order it) Hubby loves Xhot but that's a little too hot for my taste buds lol. Ps: if you like your wings crispy like us, dont bother ordering extra crispy...they already cook the wings to the perfect crisp! We've never had an issue with them not being crispy bc like I said medium is the perfect size'

The presentation was nice with melted cheese on top and the portion was a good value. The service was pretty good. The hostess forgot to grab a menu for me, so I had to ask her to get one. I didn't know who my server was, but saw a lady taking orders at the table next to me so I asked her for a check. They were super quick, but service seemed disjointed. Ambiance is casual mom & pop Italian food restaurant. Good for a quick meal.

As we get into cooler weather, that Hero is going to pure comfort food, I'm sure. I've always been there for a weekday lunch, just myself. Service has always been very attentive with drink refills fast. Overall a 4.6, rounded to 5 for now. I do wish they had a good Godfather Hero, though. The food was excellent- everything was cooked and seasoned right. Fries too was great. I wiped out my meal. Prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking and plenty of seats inside. Downstairs has a cool lounge with I think 5 sofas/tables and TV on the wall. They offer hookah so that would be ideal area for hookah or just a hangout spot post dinner. The only downside is I had to wait so long for my food. I waited about 30 minutes. I realized that the cashier (woman) was running back and forth between the kitchen and register so I think she is the only staff working... handling orders and cooking. Eek. So I recommend calling ahead and ordering food before coming to the restaurant so by the time you arrive the food is ready or at least almost ready. Nonetheless I will still come back and try other items. I have tried in the past their wings, gyro sandwich, gyro wrap. All of them are excellent as well. I look forward to trying more stuff.

The portion was quite large and much to my delight the entree came with a large side salad as well. Included in my take out was bread, fresh Parmesan and packets of hot pepper flakes. The Carbonara was delicious yet I could only eat half of it. I saved the salad for my lunch today, the vinaigrette is very good. The rest of the Carbonara will be my dinner tonight. I was greeted with enthusiasm when I walked in. I can't speak to their service when dining in but I just may be back soon to check it out.

The app stated it would be about an hour.. so figured that was not bad at all.. so about 40 mins after ordering I started to head to the address listed for the place.. the address is for a pool house in a sub division.... It is not a real restaurant at all.... Mind you I was on a company trip so I paid with the company card for dinner... I called the number for the place and a guy answered... asked me if I was at a pool house and I said yes right by one... he said give me 2 minutes and I will be there... extremely odd.... But I figured it was a mom and pop place... anyway o got the food and headed back to the hotel... once I got to the hotel I saw there was no receipt... so I called the number again and he said he would send it to my email... well guess what never came... so now I have to pay for this out of my own pocket..... Now onto the food... the food was warm, not hot.... The fettuccine was pretty dry and not creamy... there were 5 large shrimp in the dish... burnt and rubbery... and very little sauce that you come to expect... the salad was ok... and the only thing that was really good was the cannoli... it also came with a dipping sauce... So for my overall review I would not give this place the time of day... it is way too much headache for food that is not worth the cost...
