The price is absolutely worth it because the flavors are immaculate. I'm a huge truffle fry fan, and these are the best I've ever had. My friends and I met up at Trend Urban after trying to go to Guac Taco. We sad to see that Guac Taco(their sister restaurant in the same plaza) had closed, but Trend Urban didn't disappoint! It was karaoke Friday too and we had a blast. Trend urban had lots of food on a very expensive menu. We secured some seats first, and then stood in line to order food. Most of us ordered tacos and I order the fried chicken. My friends also ordered margaritas and ginger beer while I enjoyed their lemonade. The cashier was nice, the restaurant felt a little tight because of the combination of all three restaurants seating coming together. There was plenty of patio seating outside too. We enjoyed ourselves and closed the restaurant down with full bellies and lots of laughs with a great night of karaoke fun. We plan to become regulars. read more

They have both indoor and outdoor seating with umbrellas and heating lamps if needed. The service is phenomenal. We were welcomed when we walked in and decided to dine in instead of ordering to go, as originally planned. I ordered the jerk quesadilla with portobello fries. The cashier gave me a number to place on the table. The cup she gave me for my drink was kiddie size but you do get free refills. We didn't have to wait long for our food. Jerk Quesadillas- It comes with three quesadillas. I was disappointed because it didn't have any kick and wasn't as flavorful as I fully expected. It was good, don't get me wrong, but would I order it again? Nah. Portobello Fries - Amazing! The dipping sauce? Even better. The "fries" are basically pieces of mushroom fried in a batter. The sauce that came with it was REALLY good and had a kick to it. I actually used that sauce for the quesadillas. There was more than enough to share between two people. I asked the hostess -- she had a big welcoming smile -- for what she would recommend. She recommended "Tipsy Chicken Sandwich" that I promptly ordered. The sandwich was a massive one with two perfectly fried pieces of chicken with a delicious sauce. I ate half of the sandwich and took the other half home. The restaurant has plenty of seating and very clean. The interior of the restaurant was very welcoming and cozy -- it does have the look and feel of an urban cafe! This place is great! They have a big selection on the menu. We were with another couple and all of the food was delivered correctly, quickly, and tasted fantastic. We tried the cauli nuggets and they were the best cauliflower " chicken " nugget/wing substitute that I have ever tried! They had so much flavor and a perfectly crunchy exterior like an actual breaded nugget. Most places have some crunch but it never sticks to the cauliflower or the cauliflower is too mushy or too hard but these were cooked perfectly!! We also tried the sweet potato tots which were good but felt more like a dessert, like sweet potato meets tater tot meets funnel cake. My parents got chicken, a sandwich and fries and said they were all excellent as well! The shrimp po boy had an ample amount of shrimp. Slightly spicy mayo drizzle on top of the shrimp. The wings and po boy were hot and fresh. The oriental salad was a regular salad. The sangria however had a sour taste. The manager was very nice and replaced the sangria with jam jar wine. From the time we entered the restaurant the customer service was awesome. The young lady at the register was the picture of professional. The manager was very informative with items on the menu. She was also very friendly and chatted with my party and I for a few minutes.
