For some reason I believe this place really doesn't get much business but I could be wrong. This location seemed a little small and they do not have restrooms for the public, just so you know. I had to pick up a prescription for someone with an insurance card who wasn't in their system. The whole process may have taken 5 minutes max. There wasn't any big wait or anything. Depending on where you live like I do, the distance traveled is a little great. 20 minutes for me when I could have traveled 7 minutes to another pharmacy. However the other pharmacy didn't carry what was needed, Kroger for example. I had to make two 20 minute trips there because someone (me) forgot the insurance card and drove all the way there before I realized I forgot it then had to go back to get it. Before I arrived home I had to get strong armed robbed at the gas pump first. $60 brought me a little over half a tank. (Jesus Help Us!) That would be a place you could probably just go into to take your Covid shot without any appointment. However I don't know for a fact if Covid shots are done there, it is a pharmacy and I don't see why not. To be on the safe side, call first if that's what you need before you drive there.

I was beginning to feel pain again as I submitted my prescription to the pharmacy worker. I very obviously had a large incision on my neck from just having surgery. The pharmacist working (a female) said it would be 1 1/2 hours to fill the prescription, even though I had told them I was feeling more and more pain. I asked if the prescription could be put in their system, but we pick it up from our local pharmacy in Dacula, GA since we still had to drive home, and that would be at least an hour. She said no, because it was a controlled substance. She was very quick and not friendly. I took my prescriptions and told them to forget it and I'd go home and take my chances with my local pharmacy. I have been using the Walgreens on Dacula Rd. for a few years and had my husband call on our way up there. He explained to the pharmacist that I had just had surgery, was feeling pain again, and we also had our 9 month old with us, so we didn't have a ton of time to wait around. The pharmacist told us no problem and to bring it in right away. My husband brought the prescriptions inside and they were filled immediately. We thanked the pharmacist so much. Great customer service and care for the individual!

I have now visited this Dacula store three times and have yet to see anyone working the floor. I just needed to know where a few things were located, but could not find anyone to ask. I waited in line to ask the teenager working the front register where I might find an ear bulb, the gizmo that is used to flush out your ears. Not a common product, but one working at a drugstore should know it. She had no idea what I was talking about. Said they had no one on the floor, and left the counter to walk to the photo area to ask another teen. Meanwhile the counter was six deep. The three times a hve been in there, this has always been the case. Come on Walgreens. Add some staff, and train them just a little.

The employee took down all of our information and we had a prop for the top that we agreed to bring in the following week closer to party. When we brought it in on the arranged date and time, there was no record of our order at all. The party was 3 days away. I am so glad that we didn't choose something detailed or custom! On the day of the party we picked up the cake, and the icing colors were wrong. Got a tiny discount. No time to fix it. I wanted to order bread during the holidays and I called the bakery. I asked for the bread which I have been ordering over 20 years now from Publix and was told "we don't do that." I called another Publix down the road and ordered it there instead. They knew exactly what I wanted. Decided to give them another chance recently and wanted to order hot food from the deli. Called several times and was put on hold for 5 minutes or more and then hung up on each time by employees who were very rude. I purposefully did not call during mealtimes, and I didn't even mind the wait, but it was clear from the way they spoke to me they did not want my business. I seriously don't know what is going on at this store. We use the Mulberry location now. Much better!

I replied I'm fine but if I got rid of this pain I'd be a whole lot better. He inquired as to what kind of pain. I acquiesced instantly and shared my experience and he shared his experiences as well. He stated his go to for relief and escorted me to the pain relief aisle. I'm so grateful for associate like Shawn. They are fare and few in between and they are rare. He is most definitely an asset to the company. He relayed a deeper message and not a isolated view. I took his actions as to say, the associates at Walgreens care, whether you're in Georgia or another state, we got you! On check out the young lady possessed exemplary customer service skills and pleasantness. She was thorough in communication. I appreciate a good visit at any place I go. It was in and out with no stress just left me impressed!

I have SingleCare coupon for Concerta for $39.65 but because my insurance covers same drug at $59.76 CVS steals the $20.11 for perceived benefit to the customer. They blatantly stated that it was my "perception" that I was gettting ripped off even though the basic math shows that very fact. They were extremely nice while stealing my money though. So they have that going for them.

They didn't catch the error as I was honest enough to contact them to let them know of the error, and also returned the medication. My BP medication was still showing ready for pickup. Fast forward to the next day, my dentist called in a RX for pain medication (as I had dental surgery) and the pharmacy flagged it as delayed-pending insurance. I contacted my insurance company and they had no record of it being under review. I called Walgreens pharmacy to inquire about the RX and was told it was delayed pending medication review as if I'm a freaking drug addict. Why lie on the insurance company. Her so called review took less than 20 seconds. For the record Walgreens Pharmacy, I don't abuse drugs and none of the prescriptions you've filled would suggest otherwise. Just know, you've LOST a longtime customer. Get your act together!!! I could've been easily harmed by your carelessness of giving me someone else's prescription. Looks more like a Target, but again- still that chaotic Walmart energy; screaming children (they can't help being hungry or tired...), disrespectful customers & rude patrons who simply have no respect or understand how to help keep the store clean do still exist. Unfortunate. I normally shop before 9:30 am on the weekends- a much more pleasant atmosphere. By the time I am leaving the weekend crowd is coming in. I do have to say check out is WAY WAY better & employees now actually speak & smile- how wonderful!!!! Shout out for the efforts & even knowing the parking needed work too!
