The store is very clean. Everyone we been in. Staff is always wonderful. However I must say the prices are incredibly high compared to up north where we shop. We do not have Publix up north but they are big down south. Great store but again the prices are just very high. read more

Honestly, no other publix has ever made me felt like home besides this one. From medicinal needs to freshly baked pastries, this Publix is superior to all. Every employee (from management to floor staffs) are kind, helpful, and patient. You can ask any one for directions and they'll personally guide you and assist you with your purchase. They are committed to providing the best customer service possible. This location specifically is clean, tidy, well organized and quite literally, DUST FREE. Normally you'd go to a supermarket and around the corners or the backsides of shelves, you'd notice some specs of dust but for this publix, it does not exist. Overall, this has and always will be my go-to Publix store no matter what. From their delicious "pub-subs" to their very cheap seasonal sales, this Publix is one step above the rest! read more

This Publix is located less than a mile from Little Mulberry Park, right on the edge from Dacula, and Auburn. This has been my usual spot to shop since I moved to Dacula and it is great! The place is always very clean, and it seems to never be packed! I guess this area is just quite enough like it is, but that is totally fine with me. The pharmacy staff is great, they are always so helpful, and very fast. In the pharmacy area there's also a HiGi machine used to check your high blood pressure for free. Before getting our own blood pressure monitor this was very convenient for my mom and we kept visiting every week. The staff was always very attentive and helpful about the machine, but in general is very easy to use. I went to the Mulberry Publix. I've not had a really negative experience from Publix deli before. They were short on potatoe wedges and only had a few wings left. Both wings and wedges were dry as if they had been under the heating lamp too long read more

Was very upset at the deli department most of the time they crew don't seem to want to work. Today I went for cold cuts the kid working there didn't even clean the machine and when I questioned him, I told me I had to wait 15 min so he can clean the machine so I can have what I wanted. You should check out this Publix. The store is very clean, no wait to check out. Subs were ordered online and ready when I arrived.

EXTREMELY slow Deli service. They are clearly understaffed. 45 minute wait for a sub. This happens constantly.

Every time I visit this store, it doesn't matter which dept the employees are super nice AND very helpful. If asked where an item is, they don't tell you / they take you to it and then take it off the shelf and hand it to you!!! This store is awesome. It's very neat and clean. Also, the staffs here are always nice and friendly to their customers. I walked in and bought some chicken in Deli, got 2 meals. Then, when I checked out, the cashier told me Publix has a deal that I can get 2 free bottle of soft drinks if I bought 2 meals. She is absolutely lovely and warm. She did really good job for taking care of a new customer, who didn't know about the special deals of Publix!! Iam so happy and pleased to shop here, why don't you? I was right in the middle of preparing to make my first batch of dill pickles. I discovered I had to have Dill Seed, not Dill Weed. I called every grocery store in Winder and surrounding areas and NO ONE had Dill Weed!!! I called the Publix here in Winder and they were out, but they did carry it. So I called the next nearest store ( Dacula ) Not only did they have several bottles, but the manager promised to stay open until I got there. I was only a few minutes past closing, but he was there and I made my purchase. It could have ended there, but we talked a minute and I let him know this was my first time and he gave me several good tips on the process. read more

If it's not on sale, things probably cost more here, but you can't beat the shopping experience. The service is impeccable. Tonight for example, I was choosing corn on the cob in the produce department, and an employee came up and asked if I'd like fresher corn. He thought the corn on display was looking a little dry and pointed me in the direction of the new stock he was getting ready to replace it with. The baggers are always so friendly, and accommodating to my kids riding in the cart as well. They load your groceries into your car every time and don't accept tips. read more

Stopped in to grab a Italian sub from the cold case and saw a Foot long Publix Italian was 4.99! I was greeted by Connie and she told me about the difference in the two subs, Boars head and Publix brand. And we were off. Connie was cheerful and a pleasure to converse with. She made me a great sandwich and I have a new favorite sammich! I love Publix (this one especially) great personal service. read more

This Publix is by far one of the best out there. Service is very good, workers are very hospitable. My usual shopping spot.

I order a cake online a week in advance. Then I called later on to make sure they got it, and that it would be ready at the time I set it for on the website. When I showed up the person couldn't find the cake. Many minutes later they could, but they had to still decorate it. The girl took her sweet time even though it was already suppose to be done. Finally I got the cake only for the decorations to be trash. A strawberry and a raspberry fell off which ruined some of the icing on the one side. read more

Went to the Deli to get 3 sandwiches, a woman jumped the line and got a custom sandwich which involved 2 of the available employees. When I was finally helped the employee did not want to cut the meat for one of my sandwiches and directed me to the premade sandwiches in the cooler despite my explaining I needed fresh --with no condiments on it. Finally just gave up and went to Deli case for 3rd sandwich. Won't bother this store with my business any longer. Not sure why the woman buying 1 sandwich got so much help and I could not get them to make a menu sandwich?? It was also lunchtime. Go to Firehouse or Subway they will not defer making a sandwich. read more

I love this store. Everyone is so friendly. I'm a big fan of the veggie subs.If you ever have a choice between a sub from a chain restaurant and a publix sub, I strongly suggest going with the publix sub. Things like deli, meats, produce & seafood are always way above anything the competition offers. Good selection of products too. Always plenty of parking. It's in a real nice neighborhood also. Just left the Publix in Dacula Ga. and was not happy with the service counter. I had a check for $13.00 and the guy would not cash it.The check was from the electric company .When I called back they said he should have.I had to drive 20 miles to cash it.I am in this store every day and they are not very friendly any more,maybe it is time for a change.Customer service is a talent and it keeps people coming in. read more
