I have now visited this Dacula store three times and have yet to see anyone working the floor. I just needed to know where a few things were located, but could not find anyone to ask. I waited in line to ask the teenager working the front register where I might find an ear bulb, the gizmo that is used to flush out your ears. Not a common product, but one working at a drugstore should know it. She had no idea what I was talking about. Said they had no one on the floor, and left the counter to walk to the photo area to ask another teen. Meanwhile the counter was six deep. The three times a hve been in there, this has always been the case. Come on Walgreens. Add some staff, and train them just a little.

They changed my prescription brand without telling me, or my doctor, and now until this is gone (which I can't take because of the difference in fillers) I have to pay almost $100 a month for 3 months, for a prescription that is FREE, because Walgreens told me that the insurance won't cover their screw-up if they order me the original one I take. In the meantime, I have no medication for a serious liver autoimmune issue. It's not the first time in the 8 months we have lived in this area that this particular Walgreens has screwed up, but it will be the last, and is proving harmful. The absolute worst pharmacy!!

I have SingleCare coupon for Concerta for $39.65 but because my insurance covers same drug at $59.76 CVS steals the $20.11 for perceived benefit to the customer. They blatantly stated that it was my "perception" that I was gettting ripped off even though the basic math shows that very fact. They were extremely nice while stealing my money though. So they have that going for them.

Fast forward to the next day, my dentist called in a RX for pain medication (as I had dental surgery) and the pharmacy flagged it as delayed-pending insurance. I contacted my insurance company and they had no record of it being under review. I called Walgreens pharmacy to inquire about the RX and was told it was delayed pending medication review as if I'm a freaking drug addict. Why lie on the insurance company. Her so called review took less than 20 seconds. For the record Walgreens Pharmacy, I don't abuse drugs and none of the prescriptions you've filled would suggest otherwise. Just know, you've LOST a longtime customer. Get your act together!!! I could've been easily harmed by your carelessness of giving me someone else's prescription. The employee took down all of our information and we had a prop for the top that we agreed to bring in the following week closer to party. When we brought it in on the arranged date and time, there was no record of our order at all. The party was 3 days away. I am so glad that we didn't choose something detailed or custom! On the day of the party we picked up the cake, and the icing colors were wrong. Got a tiny discount. No time to fix it. I wanted to order bread during the holidays and I called the bakery. I asked for the bread which I have been ordering over 20 years now from Publix and was told "we don't do that." I called another Publix down the road and ordered it there instead. They knew exactly what I wanted. Decided to give them another chance recently and wanted to order hot food from the deli. Called several times and was put on hold for 5 minutes or more and then hung up on each time by employees who were very rude. I purposefully did not call during mealtimes, and I didn't even mind the wait, but it was clear from the way they spoke to me they did not want my business. A disabled customer was having some issues with the shelf checkout. I found a manager (bald head black guy) knelling on the floor stocking the shelfs. I asked him was there anyone assisting in the front? He didn't stop to acknowledge me. He said rudely "the self check up there is". What if I needed something from behind the counter? I replied, it is not. Do you want to come check it out? He still did not turn to look at me. He said to an employee "go up there to see what he needs" (condescendingly). It only takes a second to acknowledge a customer. This was poor management and service. No wonder this store looks like trash! The younger employee said "corporate wants us to use the self checkout". Im sure this is not what corporate had in mind.
