When I arrived there were no spots available at all but the app said it was 4 spots still available for purchase. I parked on the lot, went inside and asked for assistance in finding a spot. I was told that the lady responsible for that wasn't going back outside after dark. (Please note it was about 19:30 with the sky clear and bright enough to see the clouds in the sky) I said, "she need to come out now to find a spot if that is the rule at this store." She then rudely walked away. I went back out to search again and found nothing. I came into the store a total of three times asking for assistance and no one was willing to help. I was out of time on my 14 and couldn't go anywhere else so I moved to the front parking lot near McDonald. About 30 minutes later the same lady that said she couldn't come outside made her way outside to call my company and the cops on me about moving. She said I will have to find parking in the rear and I told her if the spot I paid for was available I wouldn't have to park up front. She proceeded to argue with me about the parking spot a paid for until the cops arrived. The cops were pretty cool but they asked me to leave because they said I was trespassing and if I didn't they would put me in cuffs and take me to jail. REALLY??? OVER A PARKING SPOT??? I said all of that to say don't spend your money at this location. These people are underpaid and overworked with a chip on their shoulder. Shoutout to the guy who did try to calm the situation and the girl leaving work at the time. I appreciate y'all and the Brasleton Police Department. Please bypass this location and don't pay for parking there because if you get there late and someone is already in it they will get it at your expense. I will also be pushing this matter up to the corporate office for the treatment of a paying customer. Safe travels everyone

Clean place and usually well stocked. There is some room for improvement. Ice cream machines are…read moremany but 2-4 aren't usually working. When the Indian guy that runs the register is there he looks and watches everyone like they are up to no good. It made me uncomfortable. It's like that small town all eyes are watching you if you're from out of town feeling. If you know what I mean. This is a good area and I think it's a bit much... Anyway, my kids love getting ice cream from here because of the ice cream bar. They have a roping bar and there are no rules or signs anywhere about usage. Topping are included free with ice cream purchase and everything racetrac has station I have ever been to. But on our visit today, the Indian guy (Sorry I don't know his name) thought that since my son put a spoon of peanut butter chips in the lid that is provided for the ice cream, and held it under the cup ( it's clear) that he should charge us for the extra topping.

Well managed, Oman (sp) is super nice and recognizes repeat customers and has a plethora of things in his store including those late night needed household items you run out of at 10 and just don't want to go to publix or kroger. Serving locally for some time, EZ is a standard for the locals . Really like this place. Hard to Find if New to area- pull through Jeffries and keep going to the next building. He's in the corner. Great staff, plenty of coffees beer grocery items when needed. Great team her!!

last night we came into the store to buy some reduced fat milk, the guy that we bought it from was…read moresuper nice. We left no problem, we open the milk last night to it being chunky and it having bad oder meaning it had gone bad. The expiration date was July 16th. We came back to the store at 11:30 in the morning to give the milk back in hopes of getting a refund, we walk up to the counter to a guy that was super rude. he gave us attitude and sighed at the fact we didn't want another milk because we didn't want the same issue to happen again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
