I've always filled up gas here or QT whenever I'm on Lawrenceville-Suwanee and it always just seems to have the best gas on. The gas station does seem a little bootleg but don't just a gas station by its appearance because you only need very minimal things for gas. I think I've been in the gas station maybe a few times but I didn't really need much except gas. I will say... it is not open 24 hours like Racetrac so don't come here at 3AM expecting it to be open!

I shared with him what happened and to my surprise Iria the manager was standing there the whole time. She mumbled something and I asked what was she saying. She rudely rolled her eyes and rudely said that I told him to fix it. I said so no apologies for me almost falling and hurting myself? She said to the next customer in line is this all for you. She was very dismissive and rude. When I went outside to take pictures she went to the pump next to where I was and the young man came to put something over the spill. I said thank you and I see she's not going to apologize with her rude attitude and behavior. She then came over to my car talking about she's a grown woman and I had to step back into my car to ask her what she was planning on doing. She then said I tried to flip things on her when I came into the store respectfully and I returned her rude energy back on her. Why not say you are the manager when you first heard me ask? Why not immediately apologize to the customer who almost fell because you didn't have your staff cleaning the pump areas? Why roll your eyes and then become the victim when the customer responds to your attitude? Then act like I inconvenience her when her pump areas are nasty and full of gas on the ground. 3359 hwy 317 Suwanee I will never come back there because the manager got me out of character with her rudeness and dismissive attitude. My intentions was to make them aware of what happened and could be worse for the next customer but I had to defend myself against a manager who wouldn't identify herself in the first place.

Everyone is always pleasant, greets you immediately even if engage with a customer, service with a smile, and the icing on the cake is that while many faces pass before them each week they somehow remember yours and say, "Nice to see you again. How have you been?" like they had just seen me a week ago when it's most likely been several weeks since I was at the deli counter. This store just has an exceptional crew working at this location; and that's saying a lot because Publix is just the creme de la creme of grocery stores! Kudos to the hiring manager for picking such a stellar crew to be the face of the Dacula Publix Supermarket!

The employee took down all of our information and we had a prop for the top that we agreed to bring in the following week closer to party. When we brought it in on the arranged date and time, there was no record of our order at all. The party was 3 days away. I am so glad that we didn't choose something detailed or custom! On the day of the party we picked up the cake, and the icing colors were wrong. Got a tiny discount. No time to fix it. I wanted to order bread during the holidays and I called the bakery. I asked for the bread which I have been ordering over 20 years now from Publix and was told "we don't do that." I called another Publix down the road and ordered it there instead. They knew exactly what I wanted. Decided to give them another chance recently and wanted to order hot food from the deli. Called several times and was put on hold for 5 minutes or more and then hung up on each time by employees who were very rude. I purposefully did not call during mealtimes, and I didn't even mind the wait, but it was clear from the way they spoke to me they did not want my business. I seriously don't know what is going on at this store. We use the Mulberry location now. Much better!

Either way ; I recently get something to eat and take a break while I'm doing Uber eats. I went to approach the kiosk to order me something to eat because I was hungry. Usually, I was stopping right chat because I am employee Racetrac and one thing about Racetrac. If you thought we strive on guest service, I know I should have probably not been here, but it was on the way so I went anyway. The roller grill food looked fantastic and all options were Available for use. I don't remember the girls name in the kitchen, but I know it started with a J she was very helpful. She was sweet and I truly enjoyed her great customer service as far as the cashiers. I can't say it was the best experience . hate complaining, but things are expensive and just eating and surviving it. The least you can do is not a robot now don't give me wrong. He did everything great it just felt like his demeanor . He didn't want me there. And I'm sorry I'm not trying to throw a race there, but she even gave me two coupons for a fountain drink and I thought that was really nice! He literally sounded like an AI robot. pretty sure he won't be reprimanded for this because he is white and it is what it is . I'm not sure what your core value you are and what your company stands for because I've never looked but I'm pretty sure positivity is definitely on that list ! Maybe this could be a couching lesson for everyone. Make your customers feel valued! Ms J! Thank you for exemplifying that! I hope in the near future it rubs off onto your colleagues
